This was a dream come true. I always wanted to ride in a hot air balloon. It was way better than I imagine. We got up early in the morning and came to the location by boat...a boat name "Dream" and watch them blow up the balloons. And then by the time we were up in the air, the Sun was rising. It was beautiful, so many balloons. Just gorgeous. Don't be scared....The basket is so tall that you cannot accidentally fall out. Im 5'11 and it came to my chest...climbing in and out was hard. We landed in a cornfield which was a surprised. I thought we were gonna land back where we started or something similar but no....right in the middle of a muddy cornfield. I would 100% recommend this trip, it was an amazing experience from start to finish, our tour guide was phenomenal, so knowledgeable and passionate about all aspects of the areas rich history , the day was planned and organised expertly, we saw so much, with small breaks to rest whenever we needed, our drivers were very professional and courteous, nothing was too much trouble , by far the best trip we have been on, I cannot recommend this experience highly enough, a 5 star experience all round and not to be missed!!

Was a great tour by night saw the sights we wanted to and the Alabaster factory was fantastic not only seeing how it’s all made but no pressure to buy something. Then on to the restaurant which was a great meal loads of food we could not eat all of it thanks guys what a great team.

The operator is the only one that has replied to me after I requested to see the details of the cruise ( room, name, pictures&videos). After seeing different options we upgrade to Renaissance which is a fabulous deluxe cruise. Ahmed (operator officer) is very flexible and highly responsive in helping us to find our ideal cruise. Impressed with the consideration in details and great hospitality! Definitely should consider this one when do Nile cruise planning.

OMG! What a wonderful private Egyptian tour of Cairo and Luxor. We were treated like VIPs during our 5 day visit and couldn’t have asked for more. Beginning with our arrival in Cairo where were met at the airport and escorted to our hotel to the end of our time there, we were always escorted everywhere with our very own guide and driver. Ahmed, our personal travel planner, planned our entire itinerary including additional sights not included in the customary tours that we wanted to visit. At sunrise we soared in a hot air balloon over Luxor, visited the less popular Valley of the Queens, and floated down the Nile on a private romantic dinner cruise. Our tour guides were all certified Egyptologists, having a graduate degree in that field and could read hieroglyphics and could identify and name all the gods and their powers!! Just want to recommend Ahmed as a very good, emphatic, knowledgeble and funny guide. He showed us Karnak and Luxor Temple and we enyojed the time together so much , that he even changed his plan to take us to the valley of the kings next day. So I can really highly recommend him for any tour in Egypt.

Our tour guide, Ahmed was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us. We had lots of questions and he seemed to enjoy our curiosity. Our trip to the Valley of the Artisans was especially beautiful. We loved seeing the different type of art and learning about daily life of the workers. Ahmed suggested another tour to Dendra and we went the next day. He was right! It was beautiful. His English is very good and he was easy to understand. We had lunch and the ice cream on the way back to the hotel was a great surprise!

My partner and I stayed in Luxor and took a day trip with Ahmed to Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut and Dendera. Ahmed was recommended to us by our host in Cairo - and what a recommendation! From the first moment when Ahmed and Sayed picked us up, to Sayed dropping us to our next destination in Soma Bay - they were fantastic. Ahmed is incredibly knowledgeable, having studied in Cairo, he spent hours taking us around the sites, translating hieroglyphics and explaining anbout the ancient civilisations. He is an extremely well qualified guide. He created an excellent timeline of the dynasties. The tour was great value, and you’ll simply get so much more out of your visit if you are with Ahmed - his English is also excellent. I am Rashda and I am employed by BCADS and we work with Nurseries and primary schools, children and families in Bradford. Fantastic place for a day out for children and Families. Very clean place, food is excellent and the staff namely:- EMMA,SARAH and JEZ were absolutely wonderful and very caring. They welcomed us like royals. The train driver Paula gave us such a beatiful train ride and we loved her when she gave us all the safety tips. Best place to go - Lightwater valley.
