I've had an amazing day trip & would do it all over again! We've had around 3,5 hours to discover Marrakesh, which is enough time to see some beautiful places, visit the markets, walk around and try some tasty food, sit somewhere and enjoy the vibe!I'm sure Marrakesh is worth to spend days in it but I've just had a few holidays, so for me it was perfect to get an idea of this town. Our guide gave us some excellent information about culture and history along the way and made himself available for individual questions. His English was excellent as were his other spoken languages. The guided tour in Marrakech was well organised. You really need a guide as the market is such a labyrinth. It was good to have free time however if you wanted that time in the market you needed a guide (which we had) to ensure you didn't get lost. I loved that they helped with bargaining which meant we didn't get ripped off. They informed us about safety and some common do's and don'ts which was very much appreciated. We had lunch at a nice restaurant where we sat on top of a terrace overlooking all of Marrakech which was stunning. The food was exceptional! A good stop on the way there and back allowed for stretch of legs and a coffee and toilet break. Would recommend.Written 1 September 2023
- aaliah m0 contributionsVery Good ExcursionThe trip to Marrakech was excellent and exceeded my expectations. The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly, he made us feel comfortable and protected. The driver drove carefully along the way and we was in a nice comfortable coach with air con. We had a break along the journey to stretch our legs and grab a drink if needed. Once we arrived at Marrakech, we had a guided tour around the city and got to experience the real Morocco. I would definitely recommend and book again.Written 28 September 2022

Collected on time and our guide spoke excellent English. Really enjoyed the cable car trip to visit the ruins. Our guide was really informative telling us about Agadir and showing us all the different areas and about family life in Morocco. Went to the factory where Argan oil is made and finished in the market. Well worth the money spent and would highly recommend this trip

A fabulous afternoon with Hesham who told us lot’s shout Agadir and the surrounds. He could not have been nicer nor more helpful. On time with every meeting point and collection and return to the hotel. Fab views from the fort and the cable car. A great experience. Thoroughly recommend to anyone.

The views were amazing. Zach was a great tour guide. It was a great experience. Throughly enjoyed all our stops and seeing Agadir. The souk was incredible to see got to haggle brought some great things

So we booked this tour through viator rather than the hotel ... The driver Hitcham picked us up from the hotel on time, not his fault other folk were late and kept us all waiting. He was very knowledgeable.
Stop 1 was the old fortress , a great cable car ride to the top. Nice views despite the cloud cover.
Stop 2 was the Mosque in Agadir. You can't go inside, which you should have pointed out when booking. So not much to see here.
Stop 3 - Argon oil factory .. was interesting but designed to sell you stuff, of course.
Stop 4- The Old Souk market - oh closed on Mondays again should have been pointed out when booking. This really annoyed me as I wanted to see it.
Sop 5 - an alternate market much smaller but nice enough.
So did I feel I got value for money 💰...not really to be honest so average it is which is a shame.
As I said driver and guide was loverly... let down by Viator ...

Not worth the money, cable car to go and back then stop at mosque, then argan oil shop, then souk 1h that's all. Too much money for 3h city tour experience I was expecting more from this experience.

We booked this exact tour through GetYourGuide but the service provider was Weidel Tours not Okey Tours. I can’t see an entry for Weidel Tours so I’m warning folk on here to avoid, unless being transported in a dilapidated and dirty 4x4 by a guide who did not speak the language they promise (English) is OK for you.

Maybe we were out of vehicles so we used a different company to operate your tour instead of cancelling you and ruining your planning, but to speak bad about our vehicles I guarantee you that you are lying because our vehicles are up to date and always clean before any tour.
