About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- 145balakrishnant0 contributionsSincerity and kindness of Policemen on duty at SabarimalaThe policemen of duty at sabarimala are doing an exemplarary job with sincerity and humanity. Lot of examples I have seen. One child started vomitting and decided to go back with two aged ladies. But policemen came forward and arranged darshan for them. My wife, who was visiting first time, she little shocked when police men pulled her up to 18 steps. On reaching infront of garbhagriha, she was looking somewhere else instead of the diety Ayyappa. A policemen who was controlling the crowd there noticed it, and pointed out and arranged darshan for her again. What a tremendous job. I was not even able to convey my sincere thanks to that good person due to heavy rush. May Lord Ayyappa give happy, healthy and properous life to all such good personalities. - krissH9493AZ0 contributionsFirst Time in Egypt and blown away!We chose the Legends of Egypt Tour, we didnt know what to expect. we were blown away by the quality and the service and the people. the hotels were well above my expectations, and the guides we had were amazing. In Cairo Minae was an excellent guide, knowledgeable on all. history of Egypt and made sure we got through crowds, and saw the most we could. At Luxor our guide Khaled Fangary, he was next level, being an Egyptologist was just the beginning, he taught us the history, the culture, helped us with bartering, told us was foods to try or avoid. get through long lines the Egyptian way. He was clearly focused on us having a great time. it would have been the same without him. we will miss him.. all aspects of this tour gave us a great feeling and memories of Egypt.Written 21 November 2024

- Z4873OHcolleenb0 contributionsTrip of a lifetimeThe highlights on this trip are innumerable. From panoramic train rides to beautiful Lake cruises. To going on the steepest cog rail train in the world. To huge gondolas going up the side of the mountain face. I was fortunate enough to have an endearing couple as my guides John and deb Showcasing Switzerland. We had dinner at one of a kind place at 7,000ft. Muottas Muragi. Food was delicious!! To church Bells ringing in Andermatt and a trail face cut into the side of the mountain offered tremendous views of alps and North face of Eiger.!! My journey was like a living post card and I marveled at every turn.. All the best to everyone at Echo rails for such a great adventure!!Written 4 September 2024
- Discover128966183560 contributionsJust the four of us.Go2africa was the tour company I went with to Namibia for a 13 day tour. They were good, trip went smoothly. The camps and lodges were great. There was a lot of game meat offered. I am not a big meat eater, so I pretty much stuck to vegetarian. The tour I took only had 4 of us. It was great because with small groups one can get to know people. Note that there are extra activities that are not included in the final price. Cash is normally what is preferred. There are ATM's but one can also shop at Spar and ask for cash back. I would love to do another tour someday. Perhaps other area's of Namibia or Botswana. Who knows. I loved the trip. There is so much more to see of Namibia.Written 15 July 2024
- C7549KMbills0 contributionsBand of Brothers TourrThe Band of Brothers tour from Bayeux, FR was excellent! Our guides were Antoine and Stephane and I would recommend this tour and these guides for anyone interested in a comprehensive tour of the area and actions of the Band of Brothers. I went on the tour with my daughter and grandson and we loved it! We went on June 8, 2024. Bill SullivanWritten 21 June 2024

- Elisa L0 contributionsBeware of this agencyTo explain how disappointed we are with this operator is beyond comprehension. We booked , through a travel contact in Ontario, what was supposed***** to be a fully private, upscale tour of Naples (1 week). Keep in mind, we were a repeat* customer so as I tell you this, our experience last year was amazing and I’m not sure what happened this year. Day 1: we got dropped off at the Ramada Naples which is literally a walking distance to the central train station. We noticed the area was not the greatest. Since nothing was planned for us on Day 1 we decided to go for a walk and explore. We were absolutely horrified. Garbage, dog feces, homeless tents E V E R Y W H E R E, it was appalling. We felt completely unsafe and my husband, who does not scare easily said we could not walk around here at night. We ate in. We called our contact back home to complain, showing him pictures of our surrounding and he said he would see what he could do. All we got was “they are working on it”. Day 2: an uneventful 3 hour walking tour which was fine, but nothing out of the ordinary. After the tour was over, we had to get ourselves back to the hotel. No other planned activities. Day 3: A 3 hour private tour of Reggio Di Caserta. Nothing else planned. All the while, our thoughts consumed by how much this trip cost and how little we received. Day 4: We are transferred to Positano, to a decent hotel that was so high on the hill, and with a ridiculous charge for anything (ie: 6 Euro for a small bottle of water). The next day, we are ferried (we had the ticket and this trip cost them 48 Euro and we could have easily did this ourselves online, to be taxied there. I specifically had asked for a private tour but were put on a ferry boat, same thing the next day. At this point, everything has been tainted and we are just wanting to go home. The best part is, we demanded NOT to be stuck back at the Ramada In Naples on our last night before heading back to the Rome airport the next day, and after spending $11,000.00 for the above (no flights included) , they expected us to pay for the hotel in Rome and part of the transfer!!! I’ve never actually broken down and cried my eyes out on a vacation, but this has been the most horrible experience abroad. Our complaints were not heeded and no one did anything to improve our experience here or make us feel they actually cared about how we felt. One more point, we booked this trip in MarchApril for this September, and I kept asking our contact in Ontario over and over for the Itinerary from Voglio Volare, and we got it the day we were leaving ( they did the same last year, we had to essentially beg for it ). We had no time to properly review it and ask questions before we left. Once we were in Naples, it was too late for us to get any response. We are devastated and even considered getting a lawyer for severe distress, financial recompense and more. Beware of this agency and only book through local agencies in your native country.Written 25 September 2023
