Luke was great as a skipper and host for our family and friends adventure - kids and adults. He was super accommodating and made sure we got the full poor knights snorkel experience. Luke made us all feel at home, shared stories, and was careful to find us the best spots that met our level of experience. I’d go out with Luke on Hookie again in a heartbeat.

Lukes a genuine Good Bugger, right from our first enquires into his charter trips he gave us all the info we required Luke’s wealth of experience in the fishing game combined with his personality makes him the perfect person too fish with, nothing was a problem for him he made you feel comfortable right from the get go. We had a memorable charter out after that elusive Marlin , 2 Strikes 1 on the Boat..with my young fella catching his 1st Marlin was epic The weather wasn’t the best but Luke never stopped searching We have fished on other charters around the world,id rate Luke & his set up as the Best 👍 If you get the chance jump on board with Luke ,we have already re booked for another trip 😊 Cheers Tony ( Pukekohe)

We booked Fish Tutukaka for a combo trip out to the Poor Knight. Unfortunately due to weather we were unable to head out to the Poor Knights however with the flexbility this boat offers this didn't impact our experience. We were able to do so some trawling up the coast and land ourselves at a secluded bay where we could enjoy a few drinks, BBQ and a paddle board. To top it all off, Luke generously gave us a lift home after we had all enjoyed a few too many on the trip. Would definitely recommend this trip to anyone that's looking for flexibility and a true local service.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Incredible day out made even better thanks to Lukes amazing hospitality. Highly recommend to all, hope to be back soon.

Playing HOOKIE yesterday. Fabulous combo tour with Luke, our friendly and professional skipper. Poor Knights Islands, some of the best snorkeling ever, like swimming in an aquarium. Successful reef fishing as well. Great day out, thoroughly recommend

A wonderful day spent snorkelling at the Poor Knights. Luke made it all about us and wow was it value for money. Great easy communication and made very special because of his local knowledge and experience.

Luke was a great skipper, he baited hooks,unhooked fish and put us on a spot that produced 32 fish across 4 species Snapper: terikihi: Gurnard: John Dory..even a strange ghost fish! Highly recommended
