I was told this would be the "Trip of a Life Time" and those individuals were wrong (in a way); I plan on returning in 2026 and in 2027! That said, it was an experience like no other and I understand why it is said to be a "Trip of a Life Time" and why many also said I would judge previous and future trips on the time time spent in Cape Town (they were not wrong about that at all. I strongly encourage all with the means to visit Cape Town; you will find Africa is not what is assumed. People live in nice homes, the food is delicious, and the people are among the nicest I have ever encounters in my 30 years of Military Travel and personal vacations over the years. I would suggest caution when using AirBnB; record your place when you arrive and when you leave. I was able to use my personal cell phone, with my carrier, however connections were spotty depending on where you are. McDonalds and other US based chain restaurants in Cape Town is not exactly like it is in the US; the sausage, pork, and beef are quite different and seems much healthier - and the bakery are unbelievable! There are people who don't ask for money, however they will ask you to buy food. And at the airport, there are very smooth talkers that wear name tags that they are "Airport Uber Driver", but there are taxis drivers. A trip that would have cost around $10 cost me over $60 (including the tip I gave which was dumb of me). Uber does come to the airport and the cost is very nice and tipping is easy. I can go on about the tip to Cape Town; it was safe, costs were low, food delicious, the environment inviting, and overall just a wonderful place.

We had booked bitours for a private driver for 3 days while touring Cape Town for 10 hrs a day We also had an airport pickup from CPT with them. Our driver Patrick was wonderful from the day we arrived in CPT and picked us up from the airport to the following three days when we took us to everywhere we wanted to visit. Mr. Shabier helped with an itinerary and must see sights and one of three days we did a winery day also to wineries we had wanted to visit. Patrick always arrived per our requested time to pick us up from our hotel and was always ready when we were done visiting each sight. He walked us to entrances where we needed help and watched out for us and our safety throughout our time with him. Our last day even when we had a later dinner he walked us to the restaurant entrance and made sure we were ok before leaving. I can't thank Patrick enough for his hospitality and kindness during our time in Cape Town. He was flexible with our schedule and even took us to Little India for some snack we were seeking out to find. I would recommend bitours and Patrick to anyone visiting Cape Town.

I was looking for a company to personalise the garden route to stops I really wanted to visit. I messaged Shabier and he was very accommodating and was able to change the itinerary to the places I wanted to visit as well as covering the top sights in Cape Town and The Garden Route.

Driver arrived at the defined location on time and was a very pleasant person and a good driver (which was really appreciated, especially considering the quite extreme weather conditions we had that day). It would have been great if he'd been a bit more chatty, in particular in terms of providing information about the places we visited, but I realise this was not part of the brief.

Exactly what we needed for our last day in town. We were able to visit Table Mountain, see some sights and drop at airport.

Shabier and his team were excellent . We had a great time . I would recommend them 100 percent ! We were assigned driver Sasa who was very good , and punctual . The trip was superb Am Leaving with a heavy heart .. wil surely come back again with other family members

Sasa was a friendly responsible guide taking great care of us beyond just the itinerary during our 7-day tour! We had a lovely time.

We were so lucky to be able to work with Shabier to organize two private tours for our group of nine people. We spent one full day in Cape Peninsula area. The other tour was a full day in Cape Town. Our driver was Sasa, a very nice and very knowledgeable guide who customized both tours & adventures for us. We were picked up from our hotel on time in a clean, big, air-conditioned van. Everything was perfect and even exceeded our expectations with Shabier offering us to bring us back to the hotel from Gold Restaurant at night. Great communication before our arrival, during our stay in Cape Town and even after our departure (Shabier checked if you got safely back home, how nice:) We highly recommend Bitours services to everyone!!!!!!

This was our second visit to Cape Town and without a doubt the second time we have been with Bitours. Shabier is an excellent tour guide. He fixes my trip according my request and needs. I had a wonderful time in South Africa. Three days in Cape Town, I knew the main points of the city, a tour throw the peninsula and their magnific landscapes, also we have time to shopping in the waterfront. And Finally a tour for the wine zone of Stellesbosch. With a Wine Tasting. My others three days was in the garden Route. He picked an excellent option of hotel. close to the beach peacefully and beauty. I knew the main places of Garden route and i understood why this place is so popular. Tsitsikamma National Park, Knynsa, Mossel bay, Oudtshoorn, great places. Also I learned about the South Africa culture. Thanks Shabier for this amazing experience

It was a really great trip we went to a lot of great places like, cape point, table mountain & muizinberg beach it was really great and shbeer was very helpful 👍🏼
