About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- nikki10110 contributionsZip-lining under La Fortuna!Amazing zip-lining experience for our group of 8 people, ages 11-adult! The staff was very attentive, safety orientated, and kept everything moving so we were constantly active. The Tarazan swing is a MUST- huge adrenaline rush, you will be glad you did it. Thank you for making our first Costa Rica activity a winner!Written 23 February 2025
- Kelli R0 contributionsGreat experience! Highly recommend!!!This was an incredible zip lining experience. We have 3 teen boys (age 13, 15, & 17) and they loved it. The 13 yr old even did the Tarzan swing! The guides were amazing and so helpful. We paid for the photographer and I’m so glad we did. She took amazing photos and videos and allowed me (mom) to enjoy and not worry about taking pics.Written 11 February 2025
- 198keric0 contributionsAmazing. Worth every penny.Totally amazing! Kiko,Diego,Brian and team are so friendly and chatty. One of our party was very scared as it was their first time. The clipped her on with them to get her confidence which meant she also loved the experience.Written 6 February 2025
- Mike B0 contributionsWhat a thrillWhat an amazing time! We did this tour with our kids aged 8 and 10 and they were nervous but absolutely loved it! The team of guides were incredible! So friendly, attentive and funny. They even took photos and videos of us and got all the right shots! We were lucky to be the only ones on this tour, and they surprised us with the incredible Tarzan swing!! It’s been the highlight of our vacation so far. Plus, we got to use the hot springs at the resort for the remainder of the day, which was incredible. The pools and slides were beyond our expectations! Serene, warm thermal pools with toucans and even a chameleon on the grounds, and cool pools with water slides that were so much fun! Thanks to the team for a fantastic day!! This is the place to go zip lining!!!Written 24 January 2025
- smalltownlady0 contributionsProfessional and funThe owner of this fabulous company went above and beyond to find our invoices through Viator and get us on our way after an online glitch. The zip line tour was really fun and we felt very safe with this professional team.Written 23 January 2025
- AlexnJim0 contributionsBeautiful canopy tour - bonus hot springs!Beautiful tree to tree zip lining - truly through the canopy vs just above it. Nice variety of zips. You do need to manually break so something to consider if you don’t have the strength or comfort level for that (eg if it’s raining). The guides will help you - they are terrific. We had a blast.Written 11 January 2025
- N2933QHamyf0 contributionsMust do!If you want to zipline in the area this is the place! We did first spot in am and we were the only family on the tour. We had 3 guides and they were all great - and know how to get all the pictures and videos you want! The ziplines are through the mountain side with beautiful views - we were lucky to be able to see the top of the volcano as well! With just our family they let us do the Tarzan swing as well and was scary and fun! Safe and fun tour for the family!Written 30 October 2024
- albir20220 contributionsFUN ADVENTURE!Our guides Antonio and Koki provided us with an unforgettable and adrenaline filled experience, definitely the highlight of our Costa Rica trip!! An amazing time with some amazing guides! Highly recommend!Written 24 September 2024
- B6920IVbenw0 contributionsFantastic family funAntonia, Bryan, Kiko and Diego was fantastic guides for our zip lining adventure. - mikemM323GK0 contributionsWonderful zip lines up Arenal, howler monkeys, and tarzan swing. The entire crew was very friendly and very professional. My family had an absolute blast. We were lucky enough to be in a smaller group and we’re given the choice to do the jungle swing for me. It will be a once in a lifetime experience because I never want to feel that drop again, but my other family members loved it and there is no pressure to do it. Zip lines are amazing. We saw monkeys in the trees above the lines. The crew was more than willing to allow us to take our own pictures instead of paying the fee, although I am sure those pictures will be beautiful for those that shoes to have the professional photographer film their group. I would recommend this to anyone and the price is very competitive for the region. It also felt very safe. I can’t remember all of the names, Miguel and, his comrades were all friendly and helpful. Thank you all for the great experience. The included hot springs all day pass complete with garden/zoo access, complete with free well appointed locker/changing rooms makes it an outstanding value. Thank you all.Written 8 August 2024
- jpinero740 contributionsFunWe did horseback riding and zipline with this compnay and both were amazing! The horses were beautiful and gentle. In the stables there were several foals with their mothers. We went to a mirador and had a great view of the Arenal Volcanoe and a lake. This included the hotsprings but weren't able to go in due the heavy rain. Zipline was a blast!! The guides, Antonio, explained the process, safety measures and extremely patient with us. This was the first time for some of us and that kindness made a difference. The views were amazing as you zip over the canopy. You could see a small waterfall and creek at the bottom. The family that went before us, saw monkeys! This also included the hot springs which was fun. You can also purchase a USB with pictures, so worth it. The drinks and food are inexpensive. The bartender by the pool was great, friendly and equally as curious about us as we were about him, Oscar, as we are chatters and like to get to know people. Would recommend both these activities in a heartbeat. Pura Vida!Written 30 June 2024
- 986normanw0 contributionsGreat country to visit.Just want to let you know that we just returned from a trip to Costa Rica with Caravan Tours. It was great! Our tour guide Martha was fantastic. She knew about all of the local birds, history, fauna and culture of the country. Our bus driver could not have been better. Sergio could drive a bus where I would not want to drive my car. You may think that you want to drive there, but I would advise think again. Most of the roads off of the main highways are narrow and have hairpin curves. This eight day excursion gave you a good feel of the country. The country itself is great. They have environmental laws that make the US almost look like a backwards country. They value their environment and strive to make it to keep that way and it shows. They are pushing for the green environment. The country is all of 5.3 million mostly scattered over a country the size of Virginia. We would definitely recomend it.Written 20 May 2024
- G8272OUsusans0 contributionsFun zipline and hot springs pools very nice after. So much fun, felt very safe, professional guides! Scared of heights but so worth it! Great views of the jungle and volcano.Written 5 February 2024
- Ifcho900 contributionsWas harrassed by personnel called alex aquninoRead before you go there because most likley you will be harrassed by the abusive stuff working there - called alex aqunino! You should fire the person called alex aqunino or whatever you spell it - the one being receptionist at the tourist info desk. This person is so disgusting and disrespectful and purposely put me on the wrong shuttle which was not the one for tourists but the one for the hotel personnel. They refused to stop me at my hotel and kept driving out of La Fortuna so I had to shout to the driver and insist to bring me back. This was like a kidnapping experience and this person will be reported to the police for harrassing tourists! Shame on you - what a disgusting place which tolerate to abuse tourists in La Fortuna!Written 2 February 2024
- stephmcarr0 contributions100% recommendGreat experience! Total of 13 lines with experienced staff. So much fun! After zip-lining, we also got access to the resort which had a restaurant, swim up bar and various pools- hot springs and regular pools. Super relaxing!Written 16 November 2023
