Hi Janice, We're sorry that you feel you made the wrong decision to travel with Stray. Our travel itinerary consists of all the places we would consider to be the best destinations to give our travellers an ideal mix of culture, nature and fun and to showcase the very best of New Zealand. Our 'off the beaten track' destinations consistently rank as our traveller's favourite destinations in our feedback survey. In the winter we run 3 times a week as we have less people travelling. Our timetables for each season are always available on our website. Unfortunately the app doesn't work in China, we do have technical troubles there which we are working on. We're glad you had positive customer service experiences with our staff and we'll pass on your appreciation to the team.
