Like other commenters I agree that the time and effort and humour shown by Murray Pratt the owner in ensuring that his bike renters leave the shop with confidence and skills is amazing. So to is the product. These are not rinky dink bikes- they are solid and well put together with reliable batteries and a comfy ride. The other notable thing about renting from Delta Pedego is that the area around the shop provides great opportunities to practice and ride- There are lots of park rides and rides on the shoreline but also quiet neighbourhoods with beautiful views. We will be back a second third and fourth time- and may end up buying a bike from Murray it isthat much fun

Thank you Murray. Great customer service!!!! Murray spent time to ensure that both if us were comfortable in using all the features the Pedego e bike has. Initially Murray had us on our bikes on the road getting use to the gearing system.Once comfortable with that he introduced us to the e bike assistance. Once the in road demonstration was complete and both if us felt very comfortable in the bikes Murray took us over to Boundary Bay Park and outlined the trails along the dykes to follow. Great way to spend 3 hours touring Mud Bay. Thanks again Murray.

We had a great experience with Murray & my rental e-bike at Pedego. I was hesitant & nervous about riding an ebike but Murray was very kind and helpful and gave me an overview and after that rode around with me briefly to ensure I knew how to use it, which put me at total ease. The bike came complete with everything you could need plus a very comfy helmet. I rode it to the ferry nearby to Galiano Island which is a very hilly island and it was a breeze. Had a wonderful day being able to keep up with my hubby going up the hills, something I was mostly unable to do on my regular bike. The e-bike itself was very comfortable & fun to ride. When we arrived back at the shop Murray had a surprise for me as he had detailed my own dusty bike which I had left at the store which was very kind & sweet of him to do. I highly recommend Pedego e-bike shop in Tsawwassen. Great customer service.
