The tour got cancelled early in the morning before it started, not giving us the time to book a tour with someone else the same day. They should have mentioned the cancellation the day before

Horrible !! DO NOT BOOK! My trip was canceled and nobody told me. The morning of we got to the meeting point and there was no one there So I texted him and he tells me that his phone died and he couldn’t get in contact with me to tell me he canceled. Mind you they had my email in which they could’ve contacted me with. We had to pay a fee to enter the dock too. Ruined our vacation.

Fantastic tour, great hospitality from everyone, John Freddy was extremely helpful and the boat capitán and his helper were super attentive throughout the day, this was an all around fun experience with chances to see all the great spots around the island.

The people were very nice and kind, thanks, I really enjoyed de tour 🤗 The tour in San Andrés Islands on the pontoon was truly delightful. Exploring the mangrove was fascinating and educational, providing a unique insight into this vibrant ecosystem. Moreover, the food served during the tour was exceptionally good, adding a perfect culinary touch to the adventure. The combination of lush nature and exquisite gastronomy made this tour unforgettable. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area. It was definitely one of the highlights of my trip to San Andrés Islands.

Great tour, the water was beautiful, the boat was comfortable and had a cover which was nice after being in the water with the sun all day. The driver, Luis and guide Oscar, were great! Very nice and helpful through the tour!

it was really hard to figure out where our group was and the communication was poor at the beginning. The snorkelling was pretty terrible and there was no water brought only beers so if you don’t drink, bring your own water and a lot of it. you had to pay for lunch and it’s only fish and chicken so if you’re vegetarian, bring your own food and snacks. The time spent at each spot was too much. We spent an hour walking in the water, not seeing any fish or anything just in the sun. it would’ve been fine as a four hour tour but 6 1/2 hours for what we did was much too long. The guides were nice to talk to you when you asked questions but overall seem pretty disinterested in socializing or talking further about anything to do with the island.

Amazing day, full of fun, snorkelling and breathtaking views. Captain was very attentive, tour was well organised, plenty of time on each location!

What a great day and very well organised trip by John fredy rico! It’s a long day in the sun so make sure you slap on plenty of sunscreen (I still managed to burn!😂) The island and its surrounding waters are absolutely breathtaking. If you are coming to San Andre’s then this boat trip is a must do! Thanks guys!

Really lovely day out! Rejected your of the mangroves, a great so for swimming and cocktails, amazing lunch on cotton cay and then to finish off the snorkeling at the aquarium was awesome. Really friendly Captain and the price was very good too. Would definitely recommend it.

A must do in San Andres! Easy booking through Viator, the organisers gave all the info necessary for the trip via WhatsApp. Our guides were great, and lunch at Bibi's was very nice, I recommend Bibi's Filete & the lemonade with coconut. Great value for money.

This tour was pretty good overall but they did not have snorkeling gear available for rent as suggested in the description, which was frustrating. Additionally, you do need water shoes if you want to do the snorkeling portion of this tour, as the ground has sea urchins that can cut your feet. The restaurant we stopped at was very overpriced and the food wasn’t especially good, but it was still a cool & worthwhile experience. Our captain (Luis) was very nice and funny, and definitely made the trip more fun. Also, this agency typically has fewer people per boat than many others, which we appreciated (there were 11 on our tour — many boats had twice that). Overall it was very laid back and enjoyable, and the scenery was obviously incredible. I’d say it’s a good value and a great way to spend a day on the water.

What a fun day! We loved this tour! We went to beautiful islands with the clearest waters we have ever seen! Islands Haynes & Rose Cay (el acuario) were beautiful. We saw many colorful fish while snorkeling and also saw toothless sharks and stingrays! Drinks were included on the pontoon boat and lunch was included on the island. We had time to walk around the island after lunch to take pictures and sight-see. We also saw huge iguanas while on the island! 10/10 recommend.
