Your chauffeur will contact the guests after arrival by sending them a message or call them to inform where they will meet (if phone numbers are provided). If the chauffeur cannot be located or found please call our emergency number. Our cancelation fee: > 72 hours: no charge < 72 hours > 24 hours: 25% of total cost < 24 hours: 50% of total cost < 12 hours: 100% of total cost

On her first real night out for more than a year, AAA sent their 'Royal Regent' vintage car. It was stunning and in immaculate condition. Doug the driver had real class and the two passengers shared a bottle of bubbly all the way in to town, Vehicle - amazing. Experience - Pure class - Customer service - impeccable. The chauffeurs as well as the rest of the staff are very kind and helpful. High quality service is not a foreign concept for them and they really care about you as a customer. During my stay in Amsterdam I have been using there services and the communication was great. Everytime I needed their service they were ready to provide. The chauffeur even did assist in arranging leisure activities. It was like a complementary service. Keep up the good work, guys!Written 14 March 2020

Most importantly he was honest. I left my phone in the taxi. My husband called it when i realaed and he answered and returned phone to us after his current fair all the back to train station. After looking at reviews for drivers, we hired Rene with Ambassador Services and we definitely made the right choice! Rene was a wonderful tour guide with so much knowledge of history and art. He was flexible to our schedule and extremely accommodating to our last minute requests. I highly recommend!Written 19 February 2019
