- Kan L00Just 2 Hours You Leant everything about BristolMike is so knowledgeable about all the street art, buildings and history of Bristol. Leant some good diners, restaurants and drinks in Bristol from him. Definitely one of the best I have ever met.
- Amybainsy00⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely recommend this tour for people wanting to learn about Bristol's history!Myself, my husband and our 10 week old son took a trip to Bristol for a little trip. Not having been to Bristol before, we wanted to learn more about the history of the city. Totally recommend this tour!! We walked around the old city centre and harbour areas with our guide. He was friendly, knowledgeable and happy to be flexible around our son as needed. We were lucky in that we were the only ones booked on the tour for a Monday afternoon, so we had our own private tour! 5 stars for sure! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
- 456shauna00If you think you know Bristol, think again. This is the second tour I have done with Mike. Absolutely faultless. There is little to add as it is quite clear his knowledge is based his lived experience of Bristol and meticulous research. Go, you won’t be disappointed.
- Chaz W00Best tour ever, in my book.Superb tour! Mike has an incredible amount of knowledge. Highly recommend. Walk Bristol and know what you’re looking at.
- Charlessta00Great Experience. What a great experience. Expert guide took us to places we would never visit on our own. A great 2 hours well worth doing.
- Charles S00Great experienceSuperb experience, well worth the money. Very informative saw places you would miss on your own. Guide was excellent, good walking pace. Don’t miss, it was one of the best we have been on.
- LivoniaMI00Outstanding historical tour of Bristol with truly engaging tour guideThis was a truly outstanding and fun tour! Saw wonderful historical places in Bristol and gained a comprehensive but entertaining understanding of the city from Roman days until now. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and engaging and had all kinds of stories behind the stories. Would do again in a heartbeat!
- rossmM6570LF00GoodMike was very knowledgeable and informative with a good sense of humour. It was great to come away with a good knowledge of Bristols history and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending his tour. Ross
- 704rym00Great walking tour in BristolFantastic walking tour. It was about 2 hours and we covered a lot of ground. I live here but discovered some great new spots. Thanks Mike!
- AllyG595800Great tourMike was an excellent guide, gave us very interesting and informative tour, he was very knowledgeable and fitted the tour in at a time to suit us Would thoroughly recommend his tours
- NeilWM00A must do in BristolI was in Bristol for a reunion with some old friends and did this after a heavy Friday night in May. The walking tour with Mike was simply brilliant, very informative, full of facts, and entertaining stories about Bristol's historic past through to the present day. It really helped that we all had our own headsets so we could hear Mike's commentary. This is a great way to spend a few hours if you live in, or are visiting Bristol.
- CButler201400Bristol guided tourMike was knowledgeable and very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend. Will do Clifton tour too. Great experience.
- lh18500Fabulous guided tour of BristolOur guide, Mike, was extremely informative and knowledgeable on Bristol over the ages. His tour was excellent. An experience we would highly recommend!!
- ceciliabH1228ET00An outstanding walk.We very much enjoyed this tour with Mike yesterday and I am happy to describe it as exceptional. He is interesting and knowledgeable about this amazing city and although locals ourselves, we thought it would be good to find out more about where we have lived for many years. From Colston to Banksy, Mike did not disappoint! He is eloquent and insightful as he unravels the chequered and sometimes controversial past of our lovely home town.
- TwinsFanInOz00Great guide, Terrific Head-setsLearned much about Bristol’s historic people, history, art and architecture. Very interesting and told by a *great* guide. The tour uses individual ear pieces, connected by radio to the guide’s microphone - so you can always hear the commentary. Guide was friendly and factual. Recommended.

Mike's great delivery of the wealth of information he has on all things Bristol, I was amazed at his knowledge of everything we fitted in. He had a great knack of keeping our attention, pointing out lots street art and even found us a great pub with a good pint and shelter from the weather. I would certainly recommend the tour to anyone, getting the best of the fresh air and lots of steps in, much better than the open bus tours for me.

The best tour!
It was only 2 of us and the guide,it was wonderful to have a private tour.
Guide Mike took a different route-so our sightseeing places don't overlap with "Old city & harbour".It was very very enjoyable and entertaining, learned a lot.
Definetely helped to fell in love with Bristol.

Knowledgable and enthusiastic guide made this short tour memorable. Guide went into a lot of detail about the construction of the bridge and brought it to life. Highly recommend. Tour is free with optional tip at the end.

After 20 years in Bristol in the 80's/90's, I thought I knew the city and its history pretty well. Nothing could have been further from the truth. Mike's knowledge of the city is fantastic and his commentary is very informative and amusing.

This was a fantastic tour. Mike’s knowledge of Bristol and the surrounding area, and it’s History was amazing. It was 2.5 hours long and took us to places we would never have seen otherwise. It was great to see Banksy’s art. Mike was very good at involving all the family and catered very well for my son’s interest in History. Be prepared to walk 15,000 steps. Definitely worth doing and the highlight of our visit.

Fabulous tour. A great insight into the world of Isambard Kingdom Brunel and the suspension bridge. Followed by a tour of Old Clifton splendour, the bird cage walk, Christmas Steps through to the history of Bristol and art. Would more could one ask for? Thanks Mike.

Most efficient way to see Bristol. The walk hits on all the main attractions including the bridge, churches, markets and Banksy art all in a half a day. Mike is very knowledgeable and also shares with you the interesting history of Bristol. Plus a great way to get your daily steps in.

A hugely enjoyable way to spend a couple of hours getting to know the city. Mike is a real Bristol enthusiast, with so many sights and such a rich cultural history it's easy to see why.
The tour was 'ship shape and Bristol fashion' - we highly recommend Mike as your guide!

Hi - I have tried to book on this tour for Saturday, 16 October 2021, but it won't let me get past the end of September! Please could you let me know if walks are available or not on this date.
Thank you.
Hello, I'm interested in whether the walk can be with a balloon, because there are balloons in the photos and I can't find out if it's with a balloon or on foot? Thank you
