What to Expect
River Explorer Cruise (50-minute loop):
Board your River Explorer ferry at River Mersey’s Pier Head. The boats run hourly between 10am and 4pm.

At Pier Head, use your 24-hour pass to board the open-top City Explorer double-decker bus, and enjoy a sightseeing drive around attractions such asthe Cavern Quarter and Albert Dock.
Disembark at any stop to explore independently, or stay aboard for the full loop, listening to the onboard commentary. See the Itinerary for listed stops. Buses run every 30 minutes.

Birthday Weekend

Did the open top bus tour on the first day, had discount code with the booking of accomodation on booking.com. Had an amazing tour guide on the bus called Viv. She was so knowledgeable and funny she made the tour extremely knowledgeable and fun

Interesting commentary.

Yes there were many small children also babies on both the bus and river cruise .
