- darrencK9999HK0 contributionsBirthday abseilWhat an excellent experience start to finish. The instructors are great and brim you with confidence and being a red, what a place for my first abseil. To top it all we beat Palace away 0-1... Happy Saturday, happy birthday YNWAWritten 5 October 2024
- hiker1701a0 contributionsAn experience you'll never forgetThe sign asks I if you're READY FOR AN ADRENALINE RUSH and they're not kidding. Abseiling down the front of the stadium is an incredible rush. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the level of safety that surrounds you as you go on to the roof and then abseil down. I've done this sort of thing in the past, but they took safety to an even higher level than I've experienced before. I was definitely pumped when I got down.Written 28 September 2024
- g0rdss0 contributionsOne step and awayWhat an amazing time. No waiting around and the instructors were really nice and talked you through everything. I’m going to do it again. Leaning over the edge when you first start gets the heart going. But once you trust it’s safe you fly down. Great fun. Recommend highly.Written 28 September 2024
- Nayan M0 contributionsWhat and experienceThis is without a doubt the best atmosphere out of any football stadium. What a team and what a connection from the club and supporters. - OnAir071027832660 contributionsMy daughters exam effort reward and conquering my own fearsToday, I did something I thought I would never do in my life. I'm terrified of heights and never abseiled before ever. But with amazing staff here who eased my and my daughters nerves. Especially the lovely Stephanie with Chris assistance, who helped me get off the roof. I bet you won't have many people who are dangling off the edge with their feet still on the roof 🤣. They were simply brilliant and so patient with me This is what my 16-year-old daughter wanted to do for her exam efforts. She should have been doing it with her step mum, but sadly, due to a major operation in January, she couldn't. So, I only opted to do this only a week ago today. I'm so glad I did, I've now conquered my fear of heights thanks to the brilliant staff here.. My wife now wants to come back next year and do it herself. Unbelievable experienceWritten 26 August 2024
- R7989MLjasonm0 contributionsAdrenaline pumping experience.Firstly the staff are great, very professional but they also have a laugh with you. They make you feel like you're in good hands. Great people. As for the abseil, well that was a bit scary going over the edge, but once you're over all the nerves go and you just enjoy it. Staff explained how to work the ropes and even showed you what the different safety features are attached to you. Well worth the money and we'll worth giving it a go.Written 24 August 2024
- F4245ALadamw0 contributionsIf your a Liverpool Fan you must go and do the tour of AnfieldWe went on Thursday 22nd August for the Stadum tour. Firstly if your a Liverpool Fan you must do the tour. The history of Liverpool is amazing and will take you back. So we arrived got checkin and got our own audio tour guide and a free pair of headphones with lfc logo on it. Then we taking into the first room where a tour guide will give you a little bit about LFC, ask where everyone has travelled from and who your favourite players plus makes a joke about rival teams. Went up ground floor to 6th floor, they do have lifts and escalators. Then saw some amazing quotes from ex Liverpool managers, players and also amazing matches in lfc history. Then you are called into a room and then a projector comes down and Jurgen Kloop walking in and welcomes you to LFC. 5 min video of amazing moments in history of LFC hearing from ex managers, players and more. Puts your hair up on your neck then after that you are invited to go the stand on the main end where you get the view of the kop, Anfield road and the Kenny Dalglish stand. Soak up the moment and listening to the guide great feeling. Then you get the visit the press room, players cafe, carlsberg room, away changing rooms and see Jaime Carragher best 11 he ever faced against. Then you go into the homes changing room and see how well the club treat the players. Then you get to see and even touch the This is Anfield sign above the tunnel before walking out to pitch side and for a moment you feel like your a player walking out to play for Liverpool. Sit in the managers chair, sit in the kop and soak it all in. All the tour guides have a passion for LFC and know their stuff. Learnt so much more since going. After you finish the stadium tour you can go and see the LFC museum to see some amazing stuff including seeing all the thropies they hade won, Steven Gerrard, Jamie Carragher, John Barnes and many more and also have the new Jurgen Kloop room. I'm conclusion if your a Liverpool Fan or a big football fan go and do the tour. You will enjoy it. We paid 45 pounds through virgin day experience.Written 24 August 2024

The very experienced instructors, Chris & Bethany were brilliant and very reassuring and supportive. The instruction was very easy to take in. They played music before we when’s down to calm our nerves a bit. It’s a bit scary when you first lean back but when you start going it’s ok. I would highly recommend this, especially if you’re a big Liverpool fan. Unfortunately from the top you can see both new and current Everton stadiums 😂Written 19 August 2024

Massive queues waited 30 mins even though we booked as advised to speed things up, Forget getting the cup photo - absolute chaos - one person on the till in the museum explaining everything, waited 30 mins and gave up. Apparently 2000 going through today. If you know that, plan for it and only allow so many to book for specific times and have the staff available, there were plenty around the stadium. Later in around 3pm it was empty so spread out bookings and make sure people stick to them.
However, the tour was great loads of interesting information and the audio guide was very helpful. The staff in the tour were helpful although a couple could smile a bit more and not shout at the kids who were giddy to be there (not mine)
Will maybe go again during the week when it’s quieter and we can enjoy the experience more.

Very great stadium. Did the tour for £20 which entitles you to a stadium tour which includes home and away dressing room (best book a tour two days before a match there as they have to close off the home room the day before matchday).
Staff were brilliant, tour entitles you to the Liverpool Museum which is a great learning area on older and current players. Would definitely recommend.

I am not a Liverpool FC fan but thought I'd visit the stadium as part of a long weekend. Overall the experience was fun; I get the feeling Liverpool FC is really the heart of this great city. Most football fans are sentimental but Liverpool take it to a new level. Impressive stadium.
My only gripes was that it was self guided - it is a faff using the audio guide and I often found I had to forward or rewind it get the right area. You do miss something not having a real guide.
Also, through my own fault, I completely forgot the Museum portion of the tour. I don't think it would have been too much for staff at the exit to remind visitors about the museum as they hand in their audio guides for those more forgetful people.

The tour is amazing - you go all up to the top of Anfield.
You look down on Goodison Park & get brilliant views of Liverpool
You go round the museum which is amazing
Make sure that you pay a bit extra & get to see & have your photo taken with all of the current trophies.
This is an amazing experience & can't recommend it enough.

What a great experience to see first hand how everyone involved in Liverpool football club play a valued part in making it work. Although the tour is done in fairly large groups there is plenty of time and space to make the most of it. The stadium itself is amazing but the opportunity to access areas not usually open to the public is a real privilege. It’s inspiring to see the way the club is run, the attention to detail and the pride and commitment from everyone regardless of their role.

I bought stadium tour and museum tickets for my husbands 50th birthday. We did the tour 11 years ago, and I’ve got to say that we enjoyed this tour so much more than last time we went. We had Terry and Dave as our tour guides and they were absolutely amazing. Terry was so enthusiastic and it really came through to our group that he was a big LFC fan. They both really made it extra special- even the lady who greeted us on reception wished my husband happy birthday (she must have seen it on my booking). Overall a really great experience.

Speaking as a non football fan I have to admit that I found this tour very interesting. There is so much more than football to LFC, the social history and local historical rivalry between the and their neighbours is fascinating. I went with family and we all enjoyed the tour.
Anfield is a short taxi ride from the city centre and the tour takes about 90 minutes. It includes a small portable screen which gives you an idea of the atmosphere on match days. The guides were passionate and kept the tour light hearted while also touching on some very dark moments for the club.
Arguably a trip to Liverpool is not complete without a visit here. Also worth crossing the road to The Park Bar for a pint after the tour. Some interesting memorabilia on display.

First time I've done the Stadium Tour despite having been a fan for 43 years - it was a well organised experience, that both brought back some amazing memories (old and new) but also gave a lot of insight into the running of the club, Klopp's mind games with opponents (the difference between the dressing rooms is amazing!) and a number of personal insights from the tour guide. The museum was also great, with so many famous shirts, cups and other paraphernalia. A great couple of hours, at a reasonable price.

We went to see the new part of the stadium and it was good but definitely prefer the personal tours you got before. this one was very impersonal - last time we were taken around and it was the personal touch. Staff were friendly but it has lost its BOOM !!
We talked to the guides who were as friendly as before and have great knowledge and enthusiasm - the new interactive tour was very muddled and confusing. Last time we were able to stand in the Kop this time it was cornered off and suddenly the tour was finished - very disappointing bring back the personal touch

The tour guides really made this experience special. The tour itself is really engaging and interesting and is well up to date. We felt very looked after with a pushchair and the staff practiced social distancing. It was a very pleasurable and interesting experience which provided a sound background of the club and its history. We went into the changing rooms and down the tunnel and even onto the side of the pitch. Even if you’re not a huge football fan, the club has such a rich and varied history it is still a very interesting experience.

Hi, we have booked the stadium tour for this week but I was wondering if you can wear other team colours? We are Rangers fans but Liverpool is our 2nd favourite team, but the kids don't want to be wearing Liverpool kits the week Rangers are playing Liverpool twice. So would it be okay for the kids to wear Rangers tops?
We've always wanted to do the Anfield tour so thought we'd fit it in this week as we will be down there for the game
