      First trip to Oxford
Loved the guide provided by Rabbies. The coach was very nice and comfortable. trip to Oxford took a couple hours but once arrived we were left off to handle our visit. We arranged for a walking tour with students as guides which was great. However, two hours in Oxford is not sufficient so expect the desire to come back. the next two stops are awesome and very pretty little villages. some great shopping in Belford. Arrived back in London in good time to find a dinner spot. Would arrange trips with this group without hesitation.

      Touristic jewels
It was a really nice trip in February 2024. The minibus was nice and comfortable and our guide Francis was great: an excellent mix of pleasant humor, great tips and information, conversation and silence at the right time (his playlist was very nice as well). The places were what we had expected only slightly busier; the architecture, the atmosphere and luckily the weather did not disappoint.

      Terrific. You will love it.
I've now been on three Rabbie's tours; one to Devon and Cornwall, one to the Outer Hebrides, and one to the Orkneys. Had a marvelous time and many indelible experiences on each. Emily is one of the best guides imaginable; she was witty, acerbic, and hilarious. Rabbie's seems to hire only personable and well-prepared guides; they are also flexible and extremely helpful about changes to routine, slight additions to the program, etc. On Emily's tour, I saw a hillside filled with rippling streams and heather in full bloom; I asked if we could stop and she gave us one of my best experiences ever. The photos will always remind me of that interlude of pure joy and magic.

      Relaxing trip with entertaining guide.
Graham was a great host, fun and informative, with a wonderful sense of humour. There was just enough time at the Cotswalds villages and great to be able to wander around Oxford at our own pace. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Graham.

      Book the tour!
We did the Cotswold and Oxford day tour from London. This was our favorite tour of our trip. Francis was our guide and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made time to get to know each person in the small group. We chose Rabbies, because most other companies seem to cram in as many places as they can into one day, and we wanted to take our time. There was plenty of time in the cottages and Oxford.

Great tour of the Cotswolds and Oxford
This was the exact tour that we were looking for and so glad we found it! We knew we wanted to visit the Cotswolds and Oxford University, but were struggling to find a tour that did both in one day until we found Rabbie’s. This was a nice mix of each destination. We did 2 stops in the Cotswolds to start our day (Burford and Bibury). Our guide provided us with great recommendations at each stop. We went to Hunter’s Cakery and the Church in Burford. We walked Arlington Road in Bibury. It was a magical day with great weather for a January stop. We then went to Oxford and made a stop at the Turf Tavern and did the walking tour of Christ Church to see some of the Harry Potter locations. Then, we walked back admiring all the scenery of the town. All in all this was a fantastic day trip out of London. Our bus was a cozy 16 passenger Mercedes van/mini bus. It was easily found right at the address provided online and we were dropped back off in the same spot. Highly recommend this tour!

      Great company, great guide
Francis our tour guide was so knowledgeable and the whole tour was so well organised. We got lots of info on the way out of London and then he was quiet for the rest. A really good mix. He knew when to stop talking :)

Signed up for a tour, turned into a beautiful adventure!
We took a day tour to Oxford and The Cotswolds in December 2023. We signed up and expected a tour, but thanks to our amazing guide Sameul, we had an exquisite adventure. The ride was extremely comfortable and thanks to Sameul with his quick wit and sense of humour, along with a wide breadth of historical knowledge and interesting tidbits about all the places we went to, made the long drives go by in a flash. We were able to explore all the hidden treasures in the most beautiful places. Will always look up Rabbie's Tours in the future if this is the calibre of service one can expect from them! We plan to visit Scotland and Ireland soon and I will definitely book with them first and foremost if they have any tours available in the relevant regions. Thank you for showing us some beautiful places in a stunning way! Looking forward to doing some more exploring with Rabbie's Tours soon!

Wonderful sights, very comfortable drive and Graham made the journey and the stops very pleasant. The time of the year also helped because it wasn't over crowded

      Lost day
They do not consider timing well - after 1.5hrs security queue we had 15 min in Windsor, then they cancelled Stonehenge part, and we spent the rest of the day in Bath. I would tell it was a lost day.

What a wonderful day trip! The scenery was spectacular, our guide Laura (I’m sorry but I honestly can’t recall her name but hoping/thinking this is correct) was great! Highly recommend. The seats were comfortable for such a long time sitting.

A sneak peek at the Cotswolds
An excellent day out. For us we would have preferred more time visiting local villages and less in Oxford. Our guide/driver Mark was excellent. Very knowledgeable, interesting and with great playlists.

Living in London, without a car can be expensive. We currently do not own a car and rely on public transport for our day to day. This makes getting out of London very difficult. Having a tour starting from London right on our doorstep, was hugely appealing to us. We live in a time of having so much choice at our fingertips, which can make it hard to pick a tour company to travel with. Having been on a 3-day tour with Rabbie's we WERE certain we had picked the best possible tour company there is. Having a smaller coach made such a difference to our comfort which is essential.

Not only were we comfortable the whole time but our guide Dean was fantastic. Having someone answer every single question we had was refreshing and made the time in the car fly by. Walking away from our tour, we felt like we have learnt so much more about our country, which is what we set out to achieve.

Now we know about Rabbie's tour and the quality of their trips, we are looking at exploring more of the UK. Rabbie's also offer tours in Scotland, Wales and Ireland. What better way to explore our own backyard, with a company we trust fully.

We're so pleased that you found our tour such a great, accessible way of finding out more about your own 'backyard'. It's so easy to take for granted what's on our own doorstep, but there's so much to enjoy! We really appreciate your support and recommendation and hope to see you again soon! All the best, Aimee

My friend booked this trip as a part of our interrail trip around Europe. Our guide, Kevin, was super nice and chatty and could answer all the questions we had. We were the only younger people on the tour but it was not an issue in any way and everybody were super nice.
Would have liked to spend more time at the Jurassic Coast, but besides that the amount of time we had at each stop was fine.

Just returned from our 3 day trip and we had a wonderful time. 1st of all our host Kevin was terrific. His enthusiasm, sense of humor and extensive knowledge of the areas and its history made our trip special. As a bonus Kevin was also a professional photographer so his pic tips were much appreciated.
Stops at Stonehenge, Durdle Door, Tavistock, Exeter and Bath were wonderful but the highlights for us was the incredibly beautiful country side where the sheep and wild horses abound.
We highly recommend the trip and if you are lucky enough to get Kevin as your host...I guarantee it will be worth your while.

We just returned from our three day trip to the English countryside. John was our excellent driver, historian, story teller and just a delight to spend time with. We enjoyed each stop, took many pictures, and learned a great deal. Thanks John and thanks Rabbie's. We are looking forward to our next trip!

Off-season, I was the only customer and Rabbie's guides Russ and June quickly learned my interests, including music and punning humor, and incorporated that into the trip. At some locations you have to make a choice - do I visit Glastonbury Abbey or climb the tor, but it's your choice and there is time for either but not both. The choice of hotel was very good - the hotel provides a good breakfast and you can buy a good supper as well. My room was fine but guide June got a very small room.

I’m back from this tour a week now and I can’t stop thinking about how wonderful everything was. Our guide, Peter, was superb even though it was his first tour of this area. My fellow travellers were just the right mix of friendly and chatty, yet I had plenty of the me-time I came for. The sights were all wonderful despite the weather at times. And the Telstar Hotel in Exeter was a great spot to stay. My favourite stop was at Durdle Door, an outstanding place of natural beauty. But everywhere was interesting and Peter’s commentary informative - Dartmoor, Glastonbury, Bath etc. Rabbie’s is clearly a very professional outfit and I can’t wait for another opportunity to take one of their other trips. Wish I could do it all over again!

Did the 3-Day Stonehenge, Glastonbury, Bath & the South West Coast Tour. I must say this is a 5-Star flawless trip made possible by our guide - Christo. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and sincere guide to be around. My mom and I enjoyed his commentary. He made the best possible schedule for us to walk through all the sites with alot of tips and recommendations.
The highlights for me were actually the South West Coast and Dartmoor and the smaller towns we stopped in. I will strongly recommend Rabbie's and Christo to anyone looking for a quality experience.

Recently finished this trip and the only downfall was that there wasn't enough time (especially in Bath). But, if you're on a budget or tight schedule this trip is a perfect way to see some of the highlights of England. My tour guide, Jamie, was very fun and had lots of great recommendations for us as we explored each location. We got so much packed into just three days that it is amazing and I highly recommend this trip in particular if seeing Stonehenge and Bath are on your bucket list! Try to book accommodation through Rabbies as they pick at some beautiful spots!
