Lisa’s tips helped us to get through Windsor castle without waiting in crowded areas for super long. Her recommendations in Bath were also spectacular. We really enjoyed her storytelling as well. Definitely a fast paced and busy trip but we got a taste of everything. The coach was also super comfortable and we had plenty of time to nap between destinations as well.Written 17 February 2025

Premium Tours trip to Windsor, Stonehenge and Bath was the perfect day trip option to pack in the essentials. Our amazing tour guide Lisa was super knowledgeable and personable and she took care of all of us for the day. She even made sure everyone knew how to get back to their hotels. This tour was absolutely AMAZING. Our tour guide was Alan and he is definitely a LEGEND. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who is looking for a good tour to learn about London. Also, I think it is worth noting that several tours start from the meeting spot, so do not get discouraged if there are a lot of people at the train station—this could just mean that several other tours are boarding around the time yours is.

This was an excellent tour. There was a protest taking place which caused a bit of an issue but they, Magus the guide and Ugene the driver, did a great job of working around it.
Magnus was one of the best guides we've come across, it didn't seem to matter what turn we took Magnus could give us the details of the important land marks and buildings around us. He was entertaining and clear to understand.
If there one thing that could be improved, it was the details for finding the bus to get started. It was located at the Victoria coach station, not rail station, and the gate we found the bus was 0. We got this last peace of information from station attendant.

I choose this tour as a way to hit the major sites and I knew that there would be a time limit for each stop. However, this tour was rushed from the start, I'm not sure if it was because we were delayed leaving the starting point at Victoria Coach Station but it was not a fun experience. Magnus, our tour guide acted more like a school teacher and was not friendly. Buckingham Palace was our first stop and after a brief history lesson we were rushed back to the bus. We barely had time to take any pictures.
Back on the bus, we sped past many of the sites while Magnus called out their names. But we went by so fast that if you blinked you missed it. It would have been nice if the bus slowed or stopped for a bit so we could take some pictures at some of the more popular sites such as the Westminister Abbey.
I selected the optional fish and chips lunch and at the end of the tour the bus dropped us off at the pub. However, they dropped us off 30 minutes early so we had to wait and then it began raining. We stood outside in the rain for about 10 minutes until the pub opened.
Not the best tour I've been on, in hindsight I probably should have picked a different type of tour.

We booked this tour as a way to see the key highlights of London while visiting friends. Our party consisted of 4 adults and 4 children ages 7-10. We were the last group to board the bus, and so sat in the only seats available which were in the front of the bus under roof. The information on the tour was sufficient for our needs / desires and we enjoyed seeing the sights, however we only made two stops on the tour (across the river from the House of Parliament / Big Ben and at St. Paul’s Cathedral) and the single speaker at the front of the bus was not working well. Any enjoyment of the tour was overshadowed by the tour guide (Lisa) approaching our group at the first stop and asking us to keep the kids quiet. While I would understand that request if the kids were screaming or carrying on, the kids were in their seats simply talking and excited about the sites like others on the bus.

UTTERLY disappointing! We arrived right on time, but were sadly the last to board the bus. The only seats left were on the bottom level. The guide reminded everyone to remain in the seats they chose for the entire trip. Minutes in, the feeling of frustration was overwhelming. The VIEW! Scenery from a public bus would have been better than our view from below.
Not only could we not see the sights, we struggled to hear the narration above. There are NO SPEAKERS below, everything sounded muffled and the bus idled louder than she spoke.
Towards the end of the tour, a few people chose to sit below and we were able to sit up tour (on the fourth row.)We could hear the narration, but the view! Again, the view from a public bus would have been better. The lady in front of us had to hold her cell phone out of the window to take pictures.
We counted approximately 22 "good seats" on the entrire bus. Seats where you could take nice photographs and actually hear.
The boat ride was nice. However after waiting 30 minutes in line to board the boat and again hoping for a seat on top... we were done! The entire ride lasted less than we stood in line.
The saddest part wasn't losing the money we spent, it was wasting an entire day of sightseeing. SO frustrating and disappointing! If you book this tour, be the first to board! Next tour day we will reserve a private cab tour or purchase an audio tour and take public transportation.

The tour itself was good and my son enjoyed the vintage double decker bus quite a bit! We took the options with the London Eye and when dropped off at the location, there was no indication the bus would be moving on. When we found this out and it would be taking tour stroller with them, we circled back to get it with another driver. However, rather than communicating to wait the few minutes, the driver drove off with our stroller. They placed in Victoria station room which closed at 6:30pm. So we had to cab there and back to miss our reservation for later event. When I explained the situation and asked for money back, I was denied and told I was "fortunate" they didn't dump it in coach yard further away! There are a lot of choices of tours and premium tours shows an indifference to helping their customers. So I recommend finding another company to choose

Truly college professor?
Even during lunch break many of our group followed him around just to hear him speak.
I could not have been happier.
Our party off 33 will be coming to London in just a few months and I hope we are lucky enough to be gifted with our tour bus historian Magnus snd I believe our driver TonyAnthony

We had a very negative experience. We arrived to the tour early however there were no seats available at top of bus. We would not have minded sitting at bottom however the speaker system could not be heard over sound of street or engine of bus. The tour either needs to sell specific seat tickets at different prices or improve speaker system so all could hear.

I attempted to plan a group tour for the Spring and initially I was receiving timely responses. However, that changed and Kate in group bookings ignored my emails and calls. Finally, when I heard back from her (weeks later), she informed me that it was too late to make the booking as they had already booked for those dates. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional customer service representative.

This tour is a must for everyone visiting London. The combination of bus and boat through the Thames is perfect to see all the key spots in the city. The guides doing the commenting were absolute clas. They had a lot of knowledge about the city implementing a lot of funfacts and the right amount of humor. We 100% recommend this tour to everyone coming to London.

Yes you see the palace from a block or so away. We also saw the beginning of the changing of the guard.

What time is this tour over? (Without the Fish and chips option.) And will we be dropped off at Buckingham Palace or else where?
Written 8 November 2018
It concluded about noon near Victoria Railway Station, London. Enjoy!

How long is the tour? We have a flight out at 3:50pm, could we get the early tour finished in time?
Written 23 October 2018
Sorry to say, it would be rather tight. Call the company because my husband remembers us being done at noon. Both parts of the tour were wonderful. I think you can take a tour without the river option which might be better for you. Enjoy your time either way!

Hi - can children under 4 go on this tour, there isn’t an option to select them so just wondered?
Written 16 May 2018
I would not recommend this tour for children of that age. For young children this could be very boring, which could, possibly lead to "tantrums!" On3e of the "Hop on-Hop off" tours would, probably be better as you can suit everyone in your group as to what you do!
Hope this helps! Enjoy!
