About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- jamesmG9959WO0 contributions“Second” time a charm!!!Steve- the tour guide- was such a nice guy. He made us feel very comfortable, had tons of knowledge about everywhere we went, he made us laugh and had such a calming mentality. Easy to understand- kept it simple and to the point. Especially about the brisk pace of the trip- which we were NOT informed of on a previous trip with another company. (Our first tour ever) I will specifically request Steve next time I’m in London and decide to do a tour. And I will specifically request Christian- the driver- because I felt like I was on a jetliner at 38,000 feet cruising with zero turbulence. Barely felt like we were even moving- all while keeping a steady pace and getting us where we had to go quickly. And no I do not personally know these 2 gentlemen but they are very highly recommended. Great trip!!!Written 30 November 2024
- 888ulfb0 contributionsVery nice trip. Sufficirnt time both in Bath and Stonehenge. We didn’t get the audio guide working.James, the guide, xcellet, fun, informative, energetic. Lots of good stories and some jokes. Carlos, safe and pleasant driver.Written 30 November 2024
- tyge680 contributionsGreat tour on the west lands LondonTour was good and relaxing, no need to rush, plenty of time on both destinations. I would only recommend to avoid busy days like black Friday weekend;), many thanks to James and Carlos ( our driver) for the guidance and the safe journey.Written 30 November 2024

- Jennifer H0 contributionsAwesome visit to the English countryside to Bath and Stonehenge!Great day visiting Stonehenge and Bath! The stones were amazing and sunlight made for beautiful photos and Bath was nuts and super crowded with the Christmas Markets but made the visit festive despite being frenetic. Our tour guide James and bus driver Carlos were fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and loved to tell corny jokes!Written 30 November 2024
- gabriellegV7214AX0 contributionsGreat!James and Carlos made this a fantastic tour. We had plenty of time in both Stonehenge and Bath. We got to the later at around 1:30pm and left around 5:15pm.Written 30 November 2024
- 556alyk0 contributionsInteresting and entertainingI’ve been wanting to visit Stonehenge for years. Excellent trip. James and Carlos were fantastic! Great information and very entertaining! We could have used a little more time at Stonehenge and less in Bath, as we didn’t tour the Roman baths.Written 30 November 2024
- jmp0800 contributionsBest Half Day London Bus TourThis a great bus tour to see all the high lights of London. Our tour guide Lisa was very knowledgeable and kept the tour going at a great pace. Lisa made each of us feel that we were the most important visitors in the city. She obviously wanted us to love London as much as she did. She made the tour a joy!Written 30 November 2024
- juneymoon20160 contributionsWorthwhileThe tour exceeded our expectations. The tour director was knowledgeable, affable, and communicated very well. The schedule was well managed and verbal directions were clear. The tour director shared interesting information bits on the bus ride. The highlight of the trip for us was Windsor Castle. The lunch at the pub was surprisingly well prepared. Lunch is at 3:00 pm approximately. Be sure to eat a hearty breakfast before the tour starts or bring snacks for the bus ride.Written 29 November 2024
- chrissielowth0 contributionsHighly recommendDid the lights tour on 28th nov after doing it last year with my daughter my sister in law wanted to do it this year. It was lovely to see the lights but Paul the guide was amazing with so much knowledge. At times very funny. Wasn’t too happy that we paid a little extra to go on the top deck but everyone in front of us piled on up there without tickets being checked to see where they should have sat and all undercover spaces were gone by the time we got up there which was a bit annoying as it was very cold on the outside seats. However this did not spoil our enjoyment. Would highly recommend.Written 28 November 2024
- Cosmopolitan6128460 contributionsYou need this tourI didn’t expect a coffee and breads in the cafe before the tour. That was a nice touch. The place was crowded, but the guide knew how and where to focus on. She showed everyone everything that is importance. Without the guide, one can sees everything but really nothing at all. Highly recommended the tour.Written 28 November 2024
- ApoorvRao0 contributionsA Perfect Blend of History, Scenery, and Culinary DelightThe Stonehenge, Windsor Castle, and Bath with Pub Lunch in Lacock tour is a fantastic experience for anyone eager to immerse themselves in England’s rich heritage. This well-organized day trip was packed with iconic sights, charming countryside, and a touch of local flavor. The journey begins with a visit to Windsor Castle, where the grandeur of royal history comes to life. Exploring the State Apartments and St. George's Chapel feels like stepping back in time. The next stop, Stonehenge, is awe-inspiring—an ancient mystery that leaves you marveling at its timelessness. The charming village of Lacock is a highlight, offering a delicious pub lunch in a traditional English setting. The food is hearty and satisfying, with options to suit various tastes, and the picturesque surroundings make the experience even more special. Finally, the day concludes in Bath, where you can admire the stunning Georgian architecture and take in the history of the Roman Baths. The tour balances ample exploration time with insightful commentary, making it engaging without feeling rushed. The guide and driver-Germaine deserve special mention for their friendliness, knowledge, and seamless coordination throughout the trip. This tour is a must-do for anyone wanting to see quintessential English landmarks in one day, with a delightful pub lunch to round it off.Written 28 November 2024

- Briana N0 contributionsFun, informative, organized, AMAZING!This excursion was part of our honeymoon trip…the city of love! While it was an early start to the day, it was so worth it. The entire day was super organized and seamless for us. Anna was a terrific tour guide. Her energy, personality and knowledge were greatly appreciated. She also knew the group wanted the iconic pictures so she ensured we stopped for the best photos of the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. We splurged for the lunch on the tower and it was well worth it. Great food and views. Overall an amazing day thanks to Anna and an organized itinerary!Written 27 November 2024

I had taken a tour to Windsor, Stonehenge and Bath on June 23rd along with my family. The tour was good, timings were enforced which is pretty much required and our guide Alan was great. He has a good sense of humour, is quite knowledgeable, and a day passed out very swiftly.
Now why I am rating this at 3 stars and not at 1 or 5 is again due to Alan. We had Co-passengers who were constantly coughing and sneezing, I talked to Alan to speak to them to at least put a face mask. He expressed his reservation to talk to them so as not to offend them and as a result 3 out of family of 4 are already down with COVID. Had these been not unprecedented times it was Ok but given the situation one must own the responsibility to take care of self and others too.
I had flight next day to India, reached back home and now home stuck for another 14 days. Premium tours should ensure that in the event of some unhealthy passengers board a coach, they should not first be allowed or if noticed later deviate them or make an alternate arrangement to make them reach their base location.

This was a wonderful day! Robert drove the comfortable coach and is a safe, professional driver. Our guide Nicholas gave us great background and tips on the places we visited, and had some interesting and amusing stories. Our first stop was Windsor Castle, and he hustled us off the bus and up to the castle to make sure we were one of the first groups in line. I would have liked more time there but I’m someone who likes to take my time and look at everything, and I understand that to get to all 3 sites we had limited time here, so I was OK with that. Next was a drive through the beautiful English countryside to Bath, were Nicholas again managed to get us in early. He had great tips about the local cider - do try some! Final stop was Stonehenge, which was a very impressive site, and we had ample time to walk around the stones and appreciate this ancient wonder. Do buy all 3 stops - we had originally only purchased Windsor and Stonehenge, but when Nicholas talked about Bath and gave us the option to buy a ticket we did so en route, and it was well worth the money.

This was our first trip to England & I wanted to see some of the sights outside of London. Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, and Bath are three unique sites that give you a range of historical eras. To be able to experience them all in one day is amazing. Honestly, though, what took the day from great to truly unforgettable were the tour guide, Zozo & driver, Joseph. From the moment we got on the coach Zozo was entertaining, engaging, and informative. He was giving us tidbits about what we were driving by as soon as we pulled out of the station. He was great about sharing points of interest on the road and also made good use of the less interesting highway time to either share information about our destination or give us clear & concise directions. The best thing about Zozo was that he was very diligent the entire day. He gave very clear, easy to follow directions and repeated them several times. He did a triple head count each time we got back on the coach. He always made sure we were together before entering a tour. Then the bus driver, Joseph, was an incredibly safe driver. I really felt safe & secure the whole day.
I felt like we had the right amount of time at each attraction. At Windsor Castle we toured the residences, saw the changing of the guard, and toured St George’s Chapel. Stonehenge is Stonehenge. Then in Bath we saw the Roman Baths and enjoyed the town before heading back to London. We never felt pressed for time at any of the sites.
An entirely enjoyable day!

So, we had Karen, the best tour guide ever - so much knowledge delivered with enthusiasm and wit. Karen takes you on short walking tours at each destination and then gives you time to wander around and explore. Richard, our driver, promptly brought us to each destination in a very comfortable coach.
I still can't believe we managed to go to Windsor Castle, Stonehenge and Bath in one day but these combo trips really work - you get just enough time at each destination.
Definitely going to book another tour - I hope I get Karen again as the guide, and Richard as the driver, for another perfect day out.

Our tour started off a bit chaotic at the coach station but that isn’t the fault of the tour operator. It is just a very busy place so be aware of that ahead of time.
Once on board the coach, we met our tour guide, Andrew, who was a fountain of knowledge and humor. Carlos was our driver and together they made a fantastic team. Andrew was very good about explaining what the plan for the day was, and he provides details on each leg of the journey ahead of our arrival, as well as tips along the way to get the most out of your visit.
There was a bathroom on board. The one thing to keep in mind is that you are on your own for lunch and dinner so you may want to pack some snacks or food/drink to eat on the drives as there is very little time to grab a bite to eat.
As mentioned, this is a fast paced tour of Windsor castle, Stonehenge, and the Roman Baths but I don’t think that’s a bad thing. It helps you see what you want to see quite efficiently.
St. George’s Chapel has long lines due to the recent passing of the Queen so the advice we received was to head straight there to make sure you can see it (if it’s on your list).
If I had any advice, it would be to consider not taking the Roman bath museum tour (we didn’t find it that interesting) and instead, to walk through the streets and shops of Bath. It is beautiful there.
We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend taking this tour with Andrew and Carlos.

Extremely busy. We spent more time in line than we had at the castle. Apparently many of the visitors on other tours had the same problem. Our guide Lisa was entertaining, friendly but tended to begin her commentary before the group all assembled as such we missed a lot of what she had to say. Lovely locations to visit. Seem to be big money makers. If you really want to digest what’s going on in these locations you’ll want to spend more time than you’ll have on this tour.

Had a wonderful and very enjoyable road trip outside of London. My travelling companion and I were fascinated by Stonehenge, entrigued while touring Bath and appreciated the walk about in Windsor! The main disappointment was not getting our tour of of Windsor Castle as it was closed for the royal mourning period.
A fabulous job was done by Clive ,our guide, and our great driver Omar!! Both of them were very helpful and informative. Extra kudos to Clive for taking the time to answer all my questions on the road trip back to London. Clive had a great sense of humour that made his knowlegable dialogue lots of fun. Both of them were just all around great guys,

Was an ambitious itinerary, and occasionally rushed, but saw all the sites as scheduled, and enjoyed the guides narration.
Was very pleased with early arrival at Windsor Castle. Beat the crowds and had time to enjoy the grounds thoroughly. As a bonus, we were able to watch a changing of the guards. Smaller and more intimate than Buckingham Palace guard change. I liked it a lot.
The guard change came at a cost. However, as it seemed to give us less time at Stonehenge. Stonehenge required on-site shuttle busses which built up long queues and waits. Kind of stressful to wait in line while time was ticking away. We made it to the rocks, however. Truth is, you really don't need that much time at the rocks. 10-15 minutes was enough time to take a few pics. That was fine for me.
We had more time in Bath. Pretty interesting location and history. Unlike Syonehenge, there were several food and beverage places. We had time for a coffee and ice cream.

Long day, but well worth it! My wife and I saw three very unique areas of England. Windsor Castle was magnificent, Stonge Henge had so much history and mistique, then Bath was a great city to explore and learn about. Our tour guide, Andrew was the best! He was comical, interesting and provided so much unique information about the area, the stops, England and basically any question that we had. The ,stops and trip were once in a lifetime.. What a great day!

Small group was 12. Guide was late (more than once). There were two pickup spots but we only were told of one, and the other was 30 minutes closer to us; that was disappointing right off the bat.
The destinations were amazing, of course. We had 45 minutes at Stonehenge, which was fine. We had 90 minutes in Bath, and sorry, that's just not enough time!! The guide talked for the first 30 and made a huge fuss over taking everyone's pictures on some bridge, so we really had an hour. Someone had the foresight to book the Roman baths online while the guide was speaking, so they got in. Otherwise no possibility. Felt pretty ripped off with the Bath stop. Windsor was better, but we had to skip sections of the audio tour to get through. We had to get straight into the chapel first, as it was closing. Got into the state apartments but it didn't leave enough time (before CLOSING) to see Mary's dollhouse.
Seeing three places like that in a day is just a lot. If the your left earlier that would be better, doesn't help to go longer because things close.
Your guide was meh. Expect more definitive answers to questions (hell, he could just Google if he didn't know), and way more information about the sights and the places we drive through. Guessing is weird when you're the GUIDE. Know your stuff or get studying.
In all it's a way to see a lot in a day, but if you have time to see Bath separately, that's the only way to get a good experience there.

Hi does this tour stop for a lunch break
Written 25 March 2022
Could you please tell me the differences between this tour and the one titled "Stonehenge, Windsor Castle and Bath with Pub Lunch in Lacock"? It appears that the latter has lunch included, and has two more stops on the itinerary. So, why is the latter tour cheaper? Am I missing something?
Written 5 February 2022
Yes, the bus we were on had a bathroom similar to an airplane. I would still bring baby wipes and definitely hand sanitizer in case the sink is not running.
Written 29 February 2020
What time does the bus return ?
Written 25 September 2019
We reached back around 8:00 pm at Victoria Coach Station.
