What a great way to see London! Can you beat an open top bus tour, as the sun goes down and London starts to light up? Totally relaxing and such a great way to stitch the geography of the city together, and see some fantastic buildings that I didn't even know existed.

The bar bus was an amazing time! Perfect for people looking for a party while taking in some of London's most stunning landmarks and views! Sofia was also really happy to help and made our party very special!

Such an amazing experience - just the best way to see London both at sunset and at night. the route takes in all the best sights and the staff were so friendly! Couldn't recommend more.

My wife and I bought three day toot bus ticket. First and second day were fabulous. The third day we hopped on the yellow line bus VXE730. We were very disappointed by the driver of this bus, he was constantly tooting at backed up traffic that obviously could not move. When we pointed out that the wrong stops were being announced, and at the lack of commentary he stated that traffic was terrible, it was Monday and it's raining. His driving of the bus was erratic at best and downright dangerous at worst. I would recommend tootbus to friends and fellow traveller's but feel some of them would express their objection to this particular driver more strongly than I have here. Overall experience with other drivers was great but the driver of this particular bus needs to think of his passengers, and deal with his frustration more appropriately.

We purchased our tickets ahead of time and waited at the Tower Hill stop for over 45 minutes for a bus to arrive. The free wifi was undetectable. The "live tour guide" was NOT live, but simply a recording that was difficult to hear even with the provided ear phones. The recordings sometimes repeated themselves and were often played without actually being able to view what they were talking about. No one scanned our tickets so we just as easily could have done the "tour" without paying. My mother and I were excited to see London this way and instead were extremely disappointed in our experience. Look for another bus company.

What a bad experience this was. Long wait to even start the tour, was directed to the wrong route after describing where we wanted to go and the audio guidance didn’t work for anyone on the upper floor of the bus. No one on our tour understood where we were at parts of the tour and that made it hard to follow the map. I would recommend anyone who’s gonna go to make sure the audio works ahead and I would like to recommend the company to at least have a speaker that announces next stop so you can prepare better. But we did see pkakfes (some more than once for some reason, the route was not finished) and some we could figure out our self’s, that’s a plus. Ended up in a totally different place then both me and the American family next to us understood why.

Brilliant little tour, perfect for seeing some of the main sights. Great for our little 4 year old, we all enjoyed it. Really good tour guide, definitely recommend for a little bus tour.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! This is the worse hop on hop off! Waited almost an hour in cold temperature just to be ignored by their buses. They do not have the voice guided tours! A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!

Very little commentary and the small amount we did have it was not synchronised to the attraction. 70% music, 30% commentary which is not good enough with all the history oozing out of London! Did the cruise as well with a good commentary from a crew member but got stuck trying to get back from Greenwich. We were not told our ticket did not allow us to go past the Tower so had to purchase a return of another7 pounds.The positive was we saw a lot of London! We have done a hop on hop off bus in other cities and found them very informative and enjoyable and went away knowing a lot more of the cities we visited.

We really enjoyed our hoho sightseeing tour in London with Tootbus. We have seen the main landmarks. The audioguides were working well.

Very disappointing, booked 4 Adult tickets for 2 days and 1 ticket for 1 day. We regularly had to wait for long times at stops, while other tour operators buses would come and go. It was often the case that 3 or 4 City Site Seeing buses would come and go while we waited, Big Bus also have far more frequent buses. The app was poor, frequently if would say next bus in 2 minutes only to change after a couple of minutes to 10 mins, none of which was accurate in any way. We ended up playing game of guess how long bus would actually be. The routes and the map showing the routes on them are confusing. You would think that stops follow in numeric order, but they jump about and the App doesn't highlight this at all, I was using the App only so only when I realised this and got paper maps could you make sense of order of stops. Also while on bus noticed a member of staff being very rude to another passenger. They were foreign tourist and trying to get some help with stops, he was asking both a Toot ticket seller and bus driver for some help. There was also a staff member with high Vis jacket on ( possibly supervisor), he was very rude to this passenger telling him to either get on or off but not helping him in any way. Telling the driver just to close doors on him and drive off, hardly a great customer experience. On our last bus no one said it was the last, just stopped at Blue 15 and put out all lights, we then had to continue on tube to get back towards our hotel. All the waiting for buses really cut into our time discovering London. All in all, if you are comfortable with the Tube, I would advise this approach since they are far more reliable and doing some walking.

0/10 the tour was scheduled for 9pm we arrived 10 minutes before the time scheduled to leave at the address on the confirmation. It was not there we waited until 9:30 in case the bus was running late and nothing. I contacted the support centre and theyre saying the bus arrived at 9:00 and another one at 9:01 which is obviously not true since we were there before and no bus showed up. They won’t refund the tickets waste of time AND money we have planned our night activity on that bus ride. Big bus is a way better company won’t ever take toot toot again

Fabulous, 45 minute tour, just long enough for the kids. Really great tour guide who had loads of fun child friendly stories. I'd do this again.

Disappointed I am afraid to say We were really looking forward to an entertaining tour There were only about a dozen or so people on and the kids were all prob under7 The com-entry was way above them far to much heavy( ie dates /facts ) history and that along with poor pa was what was disappointing When we came off one lot of parents were making fun comments to their kids of what they had seen Such as did we see the London ear. To which kids excitedly replied NO it was the London eye! Much more amusing and interesting for kid's ! I wouldn’t waste my money again on this

Unfortunately we ended up missing our tour due to traffic and general confusion of the bustling city. I was able to use the contact feature on the app, requesting if we could take the tour the following night instead. I got a very quick and friendly response informing me that was fine and free of charge. We were able to make it the next night as we knew what we were in for traffic wise, and it was a gorgeous tour! Was lovely to see the icons of London lit up at night, and the driver handled London streets and traffic well- we didn't feel stuck in one place for too long and was able to enjoy the ride.
