- WayneMG80 contributionsGreat bike tour in LondonAwesome way to explore London. We have been to London a few times but this bike tour provided a unique and different perspective to immerse yourselves in this vibrant city. Jason, our tour guide, provided some musical jingle with his fantastic voice. He was completely flexible with our travel plans and was amenable to all of our requests. Jason provided an immense knowledge of the city and its rich history. We all loved his humor and wit. Thx Jason for an exciting tour.Written 9 September 2024

- smacarthy20020 contributionsA unique gin-lovers experienceWhat a wonderful experience! A leisurely cycle through Southbank learning the history of London and gin whilst enjoying complementary drinks from the mobile bar. Shibby was a fantastic guide who gave us a great day full of interesting facts and information. He also kept us all safe on the London roads although most of the tour was along the quiet leafy back streets so we could just enjoy the scenery. The bikes were lovely, simple, old style Pashleys just made for cruising. Would definitely recommend this unique experience to locals and visitors alike.Written 18 August 2024

- davidhK888LE0 contributionsA fantastic way to explore off the beaten trackThis bike tour is a fantastic way to explore and learn about London sites. We've been on many tours of London, including on bikes, but we still learned a lot more and had great fun with our excellent guide, Luke. We would thoroughly recommend a tour with Tally-Ho.Written 17 August 2024
- robinsonamy0 contributionsAwesome Private London Bike Tour!We took the private Landmarks & Gems Tour along with one other couple in July. It was a great way to see a lot of London and learn some interesting history along the way. Our guide Edward was very entertaining (he's a thespian) and extremely engaging. My husband was actually dreading the tour, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our vacation! Highly recommend !Written 13 August 2024
- Littlesmilers0 contributionsEveryone should do this tourWhat a fabulous experience! Our guide was exceptional with his knowledge, care, attentiveness and professionalism. We were taken to parts of London I’ve never been to before and it was all done at a nice steady pace. Would highly recommend!Written 11 August 2024

- Shie B0 contributionsEdward is the GOATMy children (8 and 10) were not overly enthusiastic about the idea of riding bikes on the busy streets of London but from the moment we arrived our guide, Eduard, was amazing. He wove in humor, storytelling, and an impressive amount of history into our tour. He had fun pop quizzes for the kids and when we told him they liked Harry Potter he pointed out sights they’d recognize. The whole ride was great and really accessible to even younger riders. The only hazard that caught us was the gravel outside the Household Cavalry Museum near 10 Downing Street. Other than that, it was relatively flat and well paved for the whole ride. My kids loved ringing their bells and cruising through city streets. The graffiti at the end was the cherry on top of a great experienceWritten 8 August 2024
- dalitm20230 contributionsPrivate Bike tour with kidsOur private family bike tour with Tally Ho in London was an absolute delight! Our guide Jason was the best!! He was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly engaging, making the tour enjoyable for both kids (ages 9, 13, and 15) and adults. We explored iconic landmarks like Buckingham Palace and hidden gems, all while cycling safely through dedicated bike lanes. The guide shared fascinating stories, including quirky facts that kept the kids entertained. We even had a chance to try graffiti art! This adventure was a highlight of our trip, creating lasting memories and fantastic family photos. Highly recommend this experience for families visiting London!Written 2 August 2024
- kristinkU2493CX0 contributionsBest London Day Ever! What an amazing morning with Jason! Our family of 5 (children ages 15, 11, and 11) did a private family bike tour of London. I will start by saying that our younger girls do not bike often and were nervous about riding on roads with traffic. Bike riding in London is so much safer than riding a bike in the States... the bike lane with it's own bike traffic lights make even the nervous rider feel comfortable. Plus our tour guide, Jason, was so patient and amazing! This was our first full day around the city and we hit all the highlights! Jason was informative yet engaging for the kids. The graffiti was an added bonus! Be ready to laugh and see London in such a special way. We have zero regrets for booking this tour and highly recommend it for your family too... and hopefully you will meet Jason because he was amazing!Written 30 July 2024

This was worth every penny and I wouldn't have spent a single second doing anything differently. Our guide Tom was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and made sure everyone in our group could hear him and also stayed safe while biking on the wrong side of the road (I am American). This was my first time in London and a bike tour allowed us to see way more than we ever could walking around and we had an expert in Tom to tell us what everything was as well as a lot of the history behind it.

Jack thank you so much! It was a pleasure meeting you and showing you around(on the wrong side of the road!). Hopefully catch you next time you're back in London.

What's not to love about this bike tour?! My sister and I had a reservation for the Tally Ho! bike tour experience in the summer of 2020 and Tally Ho! held our reservation until this past October (2022) when we could explore the lovely city of London!
Our guide, Tom, was very knowledgable and added some corny, but hilarious, jokes throughout the whole tour. We got to explore all over on a sunny fall London morning, a perfect way to see so much of the city without walking/tubing all over.
If you're in London and want a fun way to experience the city, and learn a few unknown facts, check out Tally Ho! tours. We had the BEST time and would highly recommend this tour for anyone who can ride a bike...and honestly even if it's been awhile, it's pretty easy to get back on that horse!

Edward our guide met us at the pub and made sure we were comfortable on the bikes, that we knew the demands of trip physically and that we were safe throughout. The bikes were beautiful, well-maintained and really comfy. We chose to wear the flat caps provided (see pic) of which we were grateful when it started to rain. We set off touring behind Edward at a lovely, leisurely pace. Every time we stopped, Edward shared fantastic knowledge of London and showed real passion and humour. My party of three have all previously lived or currently live in London and we were thoroughly educated on our trip! We toured lovely parts of the city we simply didn’t know existed. The only downside was the rain, but it’s July and we are in the U.K..A great day out and one every aspiring cockney should book!

Thanks for this review, Sarah! Edward sounds like a top-notch guide, ensuring you had a spiffing time on your bike tour, rain and all! We're delighted to hear that even seasoned Londoners like yourselves discovered hidden gems with Edward's witty and informative commentary. What a fabulous tour! Our guide, Katie, was knowledgeable and fun, welcoming and really created a lovely group atmosphere. The itinerary was interesting and varied, it was easy riding and I was surprised by the lack of traffic despite being in central London.
The bikes are gorgeous and comfortable, and the basket at the front is useful for holding bags, water bottles, etc. There was plenty of time to stop, take photos and ask questions.
We travelled with our two children (aged 11 and 14) and they really enjoyed it too. Highly recommended.

This was the highlight of our trip to London! Katie was our tour guide and she was fantastic! Her knowledge of the history of London, her eccentric and theatrical way of describing things, her overall care and sweetness, and cautiousness for every riders safety made our experience top notch. We rode past other cycling tours and they looked pathetic in comparison to our tour. We hit all the main attractions in London, enjoyed a beer at a historic pub, and ended pairing graffiti in the coolest graffiti spot in London. Seriously take this tour, you won’t be disappointed.

One of the highlights of my trip to London. Riding around on a cute handmade vintage bikes around the busy city seeing the famous landmarks was a lot of fun. Tom our tour guide was accommodating and knowledgeable at all the stops along the way. Felt very inclusive and thoroughly enjoyed the time sticking together(making friends) and learning a little bit is history of London. Stopping at one of the oldest pubs in England for a drink and stopping to spray paint our mark on the Banksy tunnel was a great touch. Highly recommend.

We were on this tour the weekend before the late Queen's funeral, and our guide, although hampered at every turn by immense crowds, road closures, and miles long queues, he managed to keep us moving forward to see what we could see, especially at such a historic and overwhelming moment. The buildings and sites were impressive, but our guide was really the fun part, as he had plenty of information and silly little pop quizzes for us. The cherry on top of the tour was the grafitti tunnel experience, where we were able to leave our mark on London! We got asked twice by random strangers yelling what group we were with and we got to loudly yell "Tally Ho!....bike tours) while wearing our tweed hats. It was a lot of fun despite the mayhem of our planned route, go with these lovely people for your bike tour, you will have a great time.

As it was my first-time visiting London this was THE perfect way to tour the city. Could not have asked for a more wonderful guide than Katie. She was very knowledgeable, so hilarious and fun, and I was amazed at how much ground we were able to cover in just a few hours. Katie put so much care into making sure that we were getting the most out our experience. The bikes were very good quality and comfortable and I appreciated that they were locally-made. You have your option of going with a helmet (I chose helmet), a stylish tweed cap, or nothing at all. The route Katie took us on was very safe and she was very good about stopping when necessary to give us clear instructions along the way. I would highly recommend Tally Ho! to anyone.

James was fantastic ... there were 4 of us. He immediately learned everyone's names and began interacting with everyone. His professionalism and knowledge of the city - with many interesting and funny anecdotes held everyone's attention. His ability to navigate all the crosssings and make everyone feel safe was also impressive and allowed us to really enjoy what we were seeing and learning. The pace was just right - we stopped every few minutes to learn something new. Some parts of the Malle were closed due to the upcoming marathon and James deftly adjusted on the fly. We had a longer stop at a pub and had a drink together where the conversation was interesting and fun. The 3 hours flew by and I felt it ended too soon.... Biggest thing was the bicycle really allows you to see and feel the city that walking or a bus does not. Best thing we did all week....

Such an amazing experience which anyone can enjoy. The tour goes around some of London’s more well known landmarks but it was great to see some of the cities hidden gems. We’ve lived in London for 6 years and found out so much from our encyclopaedia of a guide, Whisky Mick. Mick was impressively enthusiastic, engaging and we’re not sure how anyone can store so much information!
We had such a fantastic time and would recommend the tour to anyone.

We are a family of 5, but we have a 7 years old boy. He es a good cyclist. Can he make the tour ???
Written 8 August 2023
We think 7 may be a little young, unless your son is very focused. We biked through plaza areas with many pedestrians.
Written 9 August 2023
I want to inquire if there is a bicycle with three tires, and is it possible to enter children under five years !
Written 23 July 2022
No I don’t think so. They have minimum age to run the one speed bikes. So suitable for children.
Written 26 July 2022
Hi, I am wondering how hectic it is to ride with all the London traffic? Is it ok for novice riders? Thanks!
Written 26 June 2022
The guides are very conscious of the group and abilities. I think that there is also less traffic in certain areas thanks to the congestion pricing scheme in London... also there are parks and other areas of little traffic, which are very pleasant
Written 25 July 2022
Is it for adults only?
We are 2 adults, 2 children (aged 10 and 11) and one child of 4 which we were hoping we can get a childs seat placed on one of the adult bikes - Do you cater for our needs?
