      Reasonable lounge
      While it was busy on the day, it did not seem overcrowded and there were enough seats for all. I did not try the food or drink offerings other than a can of 7UP, but people seemed to enjoy the hot buffet and staff were present at all times to clear tables.

      Overcrowded and Overpriced
      One of the worst pay per use lounges we've ever been to. All the seats were taken when we got inside and they were still letting people in. It is also very expensive for the mediocre food and lack of drink choices.

      Skip it..any restaurant on site has better food, alcohol and atmosphere
      Things are brutally worn, the bar is a joke and a bad one at that, and the food....not anything I'd ever eat...the make your own salad is super basic but passable. The coffee machines were the saving grace. The staff are very polite but there's no excuse for any lounge to be this rough. Grab food at any of the other restaurants...atmosphere and food are far better. Which is super disappointing.

      Disapointing
      We recently used this lounge on our journey through T2. Unfortunately it was a let down. It was overcrowded, as a party of 4 we were unable to sit together either in the food area or the main lounge. Despite being so busy there were areas cordoned off as reserved with no one in them! The lounge is tired with worn furniture & carpets. When in the main seating area there was no one tidying up for the whole time we were there. We wanted a bucks fizz and was advised Prosecco was an additional £5 per glass. The Escape lounge at Manchester is much better!

      Excessively overcrowded
      Abysmal lines, lines to get in, lines to sit down, lines to the bathroom. The airport was half empty and the lounge was packed to the brim.

      Stay away !!!
      Absolutely terrible … don’t waste your money … No premium Bacardi ( not sure about other drinks ) !!!! Stained chairs x chipped wine glasses x boiling hot … air conditioning machine going flat out !!!! Very few charger points … Food !!!! Well here we go ! A choice of 3 curries ! Who on Earth wants to eat curry when you have a 21 hour flight ahead of you ! Limp salad leaves , empty dishes supposed to be filled with cucumber/tomato etc …. Oh and crackers and warm cheese !!!! All this for £45 !!!!!! Oh and I had to move seats as two blokes decided to take off their trainers to “air” their feet , needless to say I hope their not on my flight … Will never ever use this lounge again !

      Poor experience
      Worst lounge I've been in. Not enough seats, the food is poor and half of it was empty. Its also about 25 degrees in there. We paid extra to apparently sit in comfort. We won't make that mistake again.

      Stylish lounge with excellent customer service
      Stylish and luxurious lounge - not as busy as the Plaza Premium in T5 and much better laid out - lovely central bar area and distinctive sitting areas. Very special thanks to the excellent staff - especially Roycy and Indra. They really looked after when we in the lounge and when I left my sweater behind, they went out of their way to return it. Excellent throughout.

      NOT RECOMMENDED EVEN AT A DISCOUNT, MORE LIKE A WETHERSPOONS THAN A PREMIUM LOUNGE!!
      Worst airport lounge Ive been in. Recently signed up for a Revolut card, so was offered discount for my subscription. Booked and paid for the Lounge (as I thought). Upon arrival I find its not a booking and you have to wait in the queue for a text (already its eating into your time as you only get a 2 hour slot and get charged if your overstay). Now I place the blame on Revolut for not being clear about this, but it starts with a bad experience as by the time you get to check in and clear Imm & security you only really have your 2 hours before boarding. By the time i got my text it was 1.5 hours. The place was heaving, it was not premium, far from it. "Plenty of Options" I read ! Lol thats a joke. On offer was 1 chicken curry and white rice. There was no chicken in the sauce, just a pan full of sauce, literally not one morsel. I requested them to refill, took 15 minutes. No Naan bread or sides, when I asked if there was any I was told "All Finished". There were some bread rolls and some salad and a macaroni cheese that was dire. Dessert Options - sorry again no option, lemon drizzly slices. I have never been in an airport lounge where there was not a buffet with plenty of options.... and if you had to pick 1 thing to offer... why for the love of god would you be feeding hundreds of people a curry before boarding a plane ! I went to request a glass of Prosecco, was told it was a five pound charge. I have never been charged in any other lounge before and was quite shocked, so I stuck to my usual and requested a diet coke - I has to go to a fridge and sort myself out, nothing premium about that! No service anywhere in that lounge. The room itself and the tables and carpet were all dirty, I understand the turnover was huge, but it was filled way beyond capacity to call it a premium lounge. I was told if I went past my time slot I would be charged - no fear of this as my plane was taking off before the time - I left with enough time to allow me to make it to my gate, to find out my flight was delayed, but I was not allowed re-entry into the lounge This was not a relaxing experience, on the contrary quite stressful. Also there are limited plugs (for the amount of people who all need to charge) and Ports (most people just carry their lead these days)... there was 1 port to each table of 8. Premium ? get with the times and re-evaluate yourselves. Not good at all and I would not recommend it, even at a discount price!

      You will be disappointed
      Plaza Premium Lounge Heathrow T5 (TERMINAL FIVE) Departures - Food was a buffet of minestrone soup (bland) pilaf rice(had peas and carrots in it quite plain), chicken and mushroom in a sauce (neither tasted of chicken or mushroom or salt was bland), penne pasta in a tomato sauce (the kind you’d give children) lentil and spinach Dahl (the best of a bad bunch but had a taste) and roast potatoes (not sure what they went with maybe it was the thousand island dressing?) Most people took a spoon of each then returned later for just the Dahl and rice then filled up with the Jacob’s cream crackers and commercial catering cheese slices. The only other food was a bread roll or biscoff biscuits by the coffee machine. The bar was adequate, house red/white, a few spirits gin/vodka and one perreto/perreti draught beer, all other drinks were classed premium and you paid for them. The eating area is tired and drab and the seating/relaxing areas are a selection of uncomfortable chairs, a few individual pods with USB points marked out of order and scuffed around the chairs and edges. The only redeemable thing would be the staff who constantly pace around clearing plates, glasses and cups. But please be left in no doubt, this is not value for money (£42 for 2hrs).       A relaxing start to your trip!
      Fab place to relax before a travel, especially with young children in tow! Food is a good variety, my fussy 9 year old manages to eat well. Lots of recharge points and comfy seats. We are regular travellers from Heathrow and always come here.

      Not worth the money
      Food wasn’t that hot and only a choice of 2 curries a cauliflower cheese and soup. Although the curries weren’t hot they did have a good flavour one was chicken and the other vegetable. One pudding which kept running out and when I asked for more the lady couldn’t even answer me. Staff all look very sad and they aren’t warm and friendly. Really disappointed. Lots of cups, plates and glasses around. Corona beer not included in the free alcohol. Coffee was nice though. We’d paid to do this as a nice start to the holiday and it was more relaxing but just so sad to see staff with no enthusiasm or passion to offer a great service and I think the food could be rotated more regular as the salad was very dry as well.

    I have used this lounge 3 times now. The food, service and opening hours are always consistent.
    Aegean, Lufthansa and the Air Canada VIP lounges have been intermittently open during covid. Sometimes there is limited food offerings, sometimes just drinks, other times, lounge and WiFi ONLY!
    The Star Alliance partners listed above will tell you at baggage check-in to go there, however, it does not allow access to Star Alliance holders....

    IF you have a Priority Pass membership, you can visit this lounge 4 times per year.
    They have amazing good, served at the counter. FULL English breakfast, selections of coffees, juices, water, alcohol etc.
    Social distancing and mask wearing are in place and enforced politely.
    White napkins, full table service, with collection, are provided.
    Lounge chairs with WiFi
    The ambiance is soft, quiet and subtle.

    I highly recommend this lounge.

    Not worth the money, food was abysmal and very limited food choices apparently due to Covid. My advice use the food court instead of wasting your money at the Plaza T2 . This is definitely not a premium establishment as the name suggests.

    We have always used Airport Lounges and this was our second experience of the one at Terminal 4. A mistake that will not be repeated. We were told our maximum allowed stay would be 3 hours at a cost of £93. For a 5.25 pm flight we arrived at T4 at the recommended 3 hours before an international flight and at the longe maybe half an hour later - the ‘Go to gate’ display came up an hour before the flight so our maximum stay was approx.half the time limit set even if we had been able to enter the lounge at the 3 hour limit. There was nowhere to sit on arrival, except a table that would not be out of place in a burger bar, the food was very limited and not very appealing with very few snacks. Bearing in mind most travellers are flying long haul from T4 and are likely to be provided with a meal on the flight this seems rather inappropriate. I had a dry sandwich. No water bottles available and only an unpleasant tasting cucumber and mint water from the water cooler in the bar where we eventually found a seat. No choices of red or white wines but the red was ok for my taste but no Prosecco or other sparking wines except at extra cost £5 a glass. Given the relative bulk cost of an half reasonable Prosecco or champagne this again seems a rip off. Never again - I would rather use the bar in the public area and purchase snacks and water which would be far cheaper and the seating no less uncomfortable! The management here need to get back in the real world and do what they are surely paid for and provide a decent, value for money experience and service.

    It's great! I was a little apprehensive because some of the reviews, but so glad I went for it. I can see why spoiled rich people would complain in reviews but it's really quite great for a weary solo traveler with a long layover. The food and alcohol are included. It's quiet. There are staff cleaning and they've been friendly.

    The shower is baloney though, the lady at reception said only one for the whole lounge, you pay extra, and it's booked solid for the next 5 hours. Also, no "spa" to speak of.

    All in all, you pay less for a day pass here than you would for lunch and an alcohol drink or 2 at any restaurant in the airport, and the quiet and private little booths are soothing after a 9 hour red-eye. 10/10 would do again, especially at this busy airport!

    This lounge was awful. Not enough comfortable seating or charging points. Tiny tables with canteen chairs full of empty plates and glasses and not enough space between them os what was offered. Choice of food and drink was limited and food not very nice. Offered tiny glasses for our drinks and when I asked for a tall glass I was told ‘sorry these are for paying customers’. Wait, I did pay and the only awful drinks you provided served and a child’s glass. Nothing premium about this place !

    This lounge is far from “premium”. On my first visit, I found it extremely overcrowded, with a pervasive smell of alcohol and wet floors. It doesn't feel like a true business lounge but rather a place where people drink excessively for free. The food was appalling, with undercooked rice, chicken curry, and Thai vegetable curry that tasted terrible and almost made me sick. The bathrooms were unclean and overused due to the high number of visitors.

    The leftover plates are everywhere and it’s hard to sit and eat with stinking plates. The cleaners do a good job trying to keep the place clean but the overcrowding is the core issue.

    The drink selection was poor and no diet options whatsoever. Or probably ran out already.

    I highly recommend avoiding this place and spending your money at a restaurant upstairs, where you'll find much better food and seating.

    The food was what impressed me most about this lounge. There was a good selection, with a chicken cassoulet being fresh and moist, as well as various other vegetarian dishes, soup, fresh bakery and more, plus a range of hot drinks and cans of soft drinks. Despite the lounge being quiet there were lots of staff on, and food was replenished regularly. Also the toilets were dirty on my first visit but had been cleaned when I went back later. The lounge itself was also kept clean and is in good condition.

    The lounge is large, and despite having no natural light, it is spacious with a variety of different areas to relax or work.

    My only issue was that staff could have been friendlier. For example, when we arrived, 2 men were on reception, and despite having no other customers, they seemed disinterested and not particularly welcoming, and made no effort to offer to explain how the lounge worked or to make any offer of help, but merely made a hand gesture once they had the details of my booking.

    I’m unsure if alcohol was included, and the price is at the top end of what I’d pay, but worth it I’d say for the sustenance and peace.

    I had a long layover in London and spent my time at this lounge. The food selection was excellent. I was there for breakfast and lunch. Apart from the selection, the food was really well made and flavourful. Alcoholic drinks were limited in terms of their selection and one had to pay additional for drinks such as Bailey's, which is not such a high end drink that it cannot be served complimentary. The bartender however was great, accepting just my change. That was very kind. There are rooms for rent to sleep as well, but I did not check those out. There were bathrooms with shower facilities as well although I did not see where the latter was located. The lounge was quiet and served its purpose well. All in all, I was glad I spent my time there and would definitely visit again.

    Met with shocking WELCOME this morning at terminal 2, approx 1030am, by an inexperienced youth, we were already delayed in check in and had our reference number ready to gain entry. Told we needed vouchers to enter which required download , more time wasting and no assistance offered by said youngster. Blank refusal. App did not work , asked to see manager who did not make eye contact with us. He instructed the youngster to do something to enable us entry which the youngster didn’t understand. Meanwhile the app came through and we entered . Poor food selection at the end of breakfast and 15 mins further before another food selection was available. Mediocre lukewarm and absolute not worth £173.00. Disgraceful. The bar man was totally apathetic and couldn’t care less, no lemon or lime with gin and tonic and general couldn’t care less exhibited

    Overall appalling service. I’m baffled by the positive reviews as there are issues with this lounge that are clearly long standing……

    The furniture is filthy, the blue seating is covered in stains, I dread to think what from. Overall the place needs a revamp.

    Secondly, the staff (with the exception on the manager who is lovely, but has a terrible team around him) they were so rude, they walk past you like your invisible, stand there looking at the customers who are clearly looking for help, then chat to each other in native language, then laugh between themselves, as if mocking and ridiculing customers.

    The food, horrific, we arrived early so was looking forward to a relaxing start to the holiday including breakfast….Wow, I wanted to go in the kitchen and help!! They seemed to bring out toast (or maybe warm bread that has seen the inside of toaster for 30 seconds) at a rate of about 6 slices every 30 minutes (and it was busy) sausages…..elusive! Bacon seemed to be on demand, if you complained about the dreadful service you got some. Scrambled egg (I use the term loosely) was relatively abundant. Creamy mushrooms….for breakfast? Ok! Roast potatoes?? like….whole potatoes, for breakfast, anyway I passed. Ended up having 1 piece of toast and scrambled…’egg’….I think.

    Drinks, erm one type of bottle beer (Carlsberg), Stella on draft you had to pay for. House ‘wine’ hmmm, included. Pretty much everything else you had to pay for.

    So all in all just shy of £50 per person. I had two beers and a piece of toast with reconstitutes egg, and a stressful 1.5 hours say on filthy chairs while the staff flounced around either scowling or laughing at customers.

    Honestly, I’m surprised environmental health hasn’t inspected, if the customer seating area is anything to go by I dread to think what the kitchen looks like.

    Plaza Premium management team, you boast multiple awards, well I think you should visit this location!
