Steve deNero was the best guide ever! We were primarily interested in Beatles and Steve showed us everything plus took piles of pictures for us. This was one of the best tours I’ve ever taken! Steve is the best !!

Our driver Keith was amazing his knowledge of Liverpool and his sense of humour made the experience a day we will never forget. He was very considerate that one of our party was less able bodied and made sure we were all happy and safe through out , stopping when needed for toilets and tea and coffee , he even provided us with bottled water through out the day Unfortunately Fab 4 admin wasn’t such a positive experience, we were very concerned about where we would be collected ,there was no contact other than email, they changed our pick up time twice but ,thankfully Keith saved the day

We were lucky enough to have Driver/Guide Steven for the entire day while visiting the Cotswolds and Castle. It was absolutely brilliant. He was a wealth of information and made the day truly special. We visited many of the sites that were used in the filming and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. A pub lunch with Steven was a must and was a highlight. He was a warm and cheerful guide. If you have a chance to have this driver you will be very lucky. Rain (it poured) or shine it was well worth the cost of this full day trip. Best tour we had during our week in London

Andrew was excellent! On time to our location, some special stop along the way and a wonderful day trip to see the Castle and Downton set locations. Highly recommend!

2nd time I've used this company for a tour 1st time Beatles tour and this time a personalised tour visiting Anfield then we were dropped off and picked up for the visit to the houses of Paul and John . Our driver Robbie was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot from him Highly recommended and wouldn't hesitate to use them again

We booked and paid (in full in advance) for this tour to see the christmas lights on our first night in London. My children were very excited as we waited for the cab to collect us from the hotel as arranged. But alas they never arrived. After phoning the help line a few times and getting no response we eventually managed to make contact with them via an online chat. Eventually they said sorry but the tour operator was too busy so they didn't arrive. Very disappointing!! I did receive a full refund but I was very concerned the whole thing was a scam.

Greg the driver was amazing and we had a blast at Downton Abbey!! I would highly recommend this trip for any DA fans out there!

We went with Big City taxi tours on a 2 hour christmas lights tour. Our driver, jon, collected us from a restaurant in covent garden and then took us to all the iconic lights. There were chances to get out of the cab, take photos and the driver gave historical facts in different places. 2 hours is a good length of time to see it all and we were dropped back at Waterloo station. Despite living near London we all felt that we saw sights that we were unaware of and would recommend the trip as part of Christmas activities. It was good value and a lovely experience.

Our 4 person family had John as our tour guide and he did a wonderful job. If you didn’t listen to Ringo’s circa 2009 song “Liverpool” before the tour I recommend it (we all know Strawberry Field and Penny Lane already). Liverpool is a catchy song it references Liverpool sites of Ringo’s youth. John our tour guide gave great background on where the four “lads” lived in their youth and stories about how they came together. He was engaging … and also works for a Liverpool football team so has some great stories if you have kids who like football (aka soccer). We saw all the major sites in three hours, quick parking with the cab, listened to Penny Lane on Penny Lane (learned what a mack is - raincoat - and why it’s very strange he doesn’t wear one in the rain), said goodbye to Madryn St and Admiral Grove like Ringo did, pictured ourself at Strawberry Fields and the hedge over John Lennon heard the fun there and snuck into Strawberry Field. We did a 17 day tour of several countries and our time with Fab 4 Taxis was the best three hours we spent for a very reasonable price for personal service (we paid 130 pounds).

So happy i used this company for 3 tours and airport transportation. loved the hotel pickup and that we got to see everything we wanted in our Outlander tour, Highlands tour and St. Andrews tour. Steve was wonderful and like a friend by the last da when we said goodbye. He was great with me emailing back and forth and sometimes i needed to make a change and it was no problem. Absolutely loved this half-day tour with Greg. Did you know that London taxi drivers go through 4 years of courses/training before they are able to take the roads?! The knowledge of and to the the city of London are evident from the welcome. Greg loves this city. He loves history. He loves the Beatles. From hotel pickup, Greg turned on the tunes and took us to the beginning of it all. Many tours start the tour depending on proximity of pick up. Greg told ya to settle in and sit back. He was going in chronological order to really give us the full experience. Such a gentleman, very patient for the needs of these tourists. We cannot recommend him enough. DO IT! Stop researching Beatles tours. This is the one.

This is the second time that I take a Taxi Tour to follow the Beatles's steps. It was great again, but this time much better, the driver Anthony Pilians is special, in knowledge and atention. He was great !

Very knowledgeable and friendly driver / giuide. He made the trip a pleasure. He made sure that we saw many highlights of the English countryside as well.
