    Great time!
Amazing tour with interesting views and information. The tea was delicious! Naaz, Srishti and Raja were wonderful hosts and guides.

Bad tour guide, good tour .
The guide Oliver could have been nicer to the tourists. Atleast it seemed he favoured the white people more and was very rude to the brown. It’s not a quality of tourist guide should have. Should definitely improve his attitude. It felt like he was doing us a favour by letting us be in the tour. Apart from the tour guide, the tour we enjoyed by ourselves a lot. Will recommend.

    Day tour
Wonderful trip, I got some amazing pictures. Our guide Oliver was fantastic and very helpful. The driver, Kerian did a great job getting us to each location.

    A surreal experience.
A must see world famous heritage site. Suggest going on your own if possible not only cost wise but one can stay afterwards to see the sunset.

    Too much for one day
Having the 3 locations on this tour meant a lot of driving time and being VERY rushed at all the stops. There was no time to grab a quick take away, let alone sit down for a quick bite to eat. Kieran was an excellent driver! Some of the roads were very windy and narrow (a number of diversions) but he handled them like a pro and always got us to our destinations on time. He was also very personable. Unfortunately, Oliver, our guide was very informative when it came to history and the area. When it came to complications or problems he was very abrupt, dismissive and rude, telling one customer that if they could do the job better they could have it. He seemed incapable of empathy and unwilling to listen or take the time to explain his actions/decisions.

    Great experience
David was a great guide and Coli did an excellent job getting us around. Both were friendly, entertaining and gave excellent information and recommendations. It is a solid day and the day could be split with more time in Windsor and Bath if you have the time, but otherwise a good overview of some amazing sites.

Perfect weather for a night tour
This was a last minute decision after we had just arrived in London but it was a beautiful evening and the hotel concierge hooked us up with Golden. It exceeded our expectations. Not only were the lights beautiful but the guide, Emma, and the driver were really great at what they did. Emma was very engaging with the group, pointing out great photo shots and was very knowledgeable about local history being a native Londoner and having relatives that were part of the history. One of our group was having some physical problems but she made sure to check on him and make sure he was ok. We were even able to get a few extra sites because the traffic was lighter. Because it was night it wasn't hop on/hop off but there were enough sites pointed out that it help in making decisions on future specific site visits. Thanks for a wonderful evening, Emma!

Great tour, just needed more time.
We had Mark as our guide and Kieran as our driver. We were a bit confused about the exact starting place but found our way. Fortunately there were Golden Tours people around to help sort it out for us. The tour was quite good as Mark ‘s commentary along the way was helpful and entertaining. Hampton Court is astonishing. Going there was a huge bucket list item for my wife who has always been very interested in the Tudor dynasty. I like it that Mark and the local guide sets the stage and then turns the group lose to explore at their own pace. Unfortunately that allowed my wife to take too long in certain areas and we had to rush through or miss others. Hardly your fault but it would have been nice to have had another hour at Hampton Court. Windsor Castle was equally impressive. Again, Mark set the stage and turned us lose. I appreciate that approach. I had forgotten about the fire there so seeing how painstakingly they recreated the destroyed areas was fascinating. There is more good commentary on the return trip. In all this is a good value and well worth the time.

    Stonehenge is a must-see!
This tour was a great value. We had a little trouble finding the meeting point, pick up spot but luckily we left early enough to have time to find the location after asking some locals along the way. Seeing the Stonehenge site in person was awe inspiring, photos just don’t do it justice. The tour included the shuttle right to the site, otherwise you have to walk about 25-30 minutes with just a general admission ticket. You can walk all the way around the site so you can see it at different angles. They even have some posted signs of clever pictures to take for your Instagram or social media posts, so there’s a lot of silly people doing this at various spots. We came in early September, it wasn’t crowded at all and the mild weather was perfect. We actually opted to walk back instead of waiting for the shuttle, and it was a nice walk, you see the sheep in the fields along the way. We had lunch back at the visitor center and gift shop. There was plenty of time to see everything before getting back in the tour bus to go back to London. I would recommend the trip.

    See England with Bruce!
Bruce and Amrish were amazing! Bruce was the perfect blend of knowledgeable, comedy and supporting exploration of the locations we visited. Amrish kept us on time and kept the coach comfortable with AC when needed. Couldn’t say enough good things about this tour done by this duo of gentlemen. 10/10 high recommend!

    An excellentjourney
The trip was absolutely great. The trip to Warwick castle who very informative. William Sheakspeare’ house showed how life was like during his lifetime. The village shops in Stratford upon Avon were quaint. The drive through the Cotswolds were very nice. Oxford had a lot of interesting Architecture throughout the city. David and Kwe made the trip an excellent adventure.

Terrible, Horrible, Beware of additional charges!
Horrible experience! The locations of the stops for the Bus were inaccurate on their map and their app. Customer service was unhelpful. Locations were understaffed and packed with other tour companies staff. The bus was disgusting, small and dirty, additional charges have been attempted to be made to my payment method since I booked the tour!! Beware!

Nov 2023 • Couples
We were able to see so much more (and more comfortably!) by bus than by foot. London’s Christmas lights - the stars, the angels - are so beautiful and evocative of the holiday spirit. Our guide Jack kept us entertained and made the time fly even when the traffic was at a dead stop. He is witty, funny, and knowledgeable. We learned so much about London’s history as we bathed in the gentle glow of Christmas, London-style.
