Excellent trip with beautiful sights and chances to take great photos. Harriet was both knowledgeable and hilarious. Also massive thanks to Ali the driver.

Emma was AWESOME!! she made the trip a memorable one.. a lifetime local of many generations, she was a wealth of knowledge about every site… both historical, anecdotal, sometimes personal and humorous.

I loved all the Christmas trees and other decorations that were up at Warwick Castle. The mulled wine there was very good. Stratford and Oxford are cute and good for literary people.

George was very informative and what he was saying was interesting. Not only did he point out Christmassy things, but also general facts about London, the Royals, and other British facts. Tony did a great job driving us around

Christmas lights in London. It was beatiful and our guide, Robin, made an excellent performance as storyteller and guide. Funny and with a comprehensive knowledge of almost anything on the route. Our driver was doing an impressive performance, getting is through a more than dense traffic. We really enjoyed ourselves.

I don’t usually write bad reviews, but this tour was so bad I had to. Our guide (I think her name was Deick - or something like that) walked really fast and way ahead of us so we couldn’t talk to her or ask any questions. She gave us very little information about Jack the Ripper - nothing about how he killed, who they thought it might be, how many victims….nothing. She took us to one location that a body was found and the other locations she pointed down the street and said another body was found over there, but we won’t go there. We actually felt like we were on a Jewish history tour. She told us about when, why and how they immigrated. Took us to several Jewish temples - it was weird. We seen and heard about all the poor people and where they lived. Towards the end of the tour she pulled out her phone and read on overview about Jack the Ripper. It was messed up and a complete waste of 90 minutes!

Our driver did a wonderful job taking us to and from Windsor Castle. He gave us commentary the whole way which we found very interesting . Windsor castle is a must visit. Had a wonderful half day it’s fast but enough if time is limited.

We booked the 24 plus 24 with the walking tours and boat ride - Great value! It was nice not having to try to see all 3 routes in one day. Our guide on the blue route was Emma - and she was awesome. Lots of great information with fun bits of humor. (Tell your mum that we loved all the dates!!!)

What an experience. First we gathered at the meeting point right by a bus stop 10am. Which I could be forgiven for assuming was where the bus would get us. Nope. The rain started and we had to walk a block away for another bus stop and wait in the rain. The bus didn’t leave on time 10:20. There was traffic (not their fault) so we got to the studios later than expected. 11:30. The tour was packed out. When we reached the halfway point I realized it was already 2 and the pickup time on my wristband was 3. No way we’d make it. Would have to run through the rest of the studio. I contacted them to ask if we can get on another bus or what’s the policy if you’re late. Literally the response was “find your own way back”. Nothing. Wouldn’t check if the next bus had space. No attempt to help. Just “we’re not responsible for the crowd or how long you take. The time is the time”. Shocked and disappointed at the service. Pros: we arrived alive Cons: couldn’t care less about the customer really. Would not use again.

Really enjoyed the tour of the lights. Very knowledgeable guide.The guys singing Christmas songs added to the Christmas spirit and were really good.

We had a great tour of the London Christmas lights. The views were great, and Josh was an excellent tour guide. Very funny too.

A great way to see the city at Christmas. April, our guide, was wonderful. Incredibly fun, friendly and knowledgeable. I just wish we had chosen to do this at the beginning of our trip as she had a lot of recommendations of things to do.

We had this christmas Light tour on 1/12/24 with our guide Emma. She really is a wonderful guide who talks passionately about her city london and who tells so many stories that you never would hear. After the tour she walked us to trafalgar square. So Emma if you ever visit belgium again, contact us❤️

Took the Christmas Lights tour in November. Tour was well done; we really enjoyed Matthew’s presentation during the tour.
