    Best Tour of London!
It was my first time in London and together with my boyfriend we decided to visit some of the most iconic landmarks. Our guide Mike was fantastic: he combined sense of humour with an extensive knowledge of the history and political events of the city of London. It was exciting to watch the Change of the Guards and also great to conclude the tour with a visit to the majestic Tower of London. What a beautiful city and what a perfect tour! Highly recommended.

What a great way to finish off a ladies weekend away. We had a fantastic tour guide who was very knowledgeable. Gave us lots of historical and cultural information and was more than happy to answer questions. Thank you so much for helping us to end our weekend on a high. Highly recommend.

    Amazing experience in London
The Royal London Experience was fantastic! Our guide was knowledgeable and engaging, bringing the city's royal history to life. Watching the Changing of the Guard was a highlight, and the timed entry to the Tower of London made exploring stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to see London’s top sights in one go!

    Meh
The tour was very rushed with a limited time for the Crown Jewels and tower exhibits. It was nice to skip the lines though. We were given 20 minutes for the entire Crown Jewels exhibit and could’ve used 10 more minutes. We chose to cut short our 30 minute allotted time for the tower so we could fit in a bathroom break. (Also no soap in the women’s restroom so bring hand sanitizer.) There are a lot of stairs too. Those with knee issues should take note. Apple said we had 20 flights between the Tower and the London bridge. Good info from the tour guide. She also recommended St. Katherine’s area for after tour meal and cocktails. That was spot on and much needed!

    A True Royal Experience
This tour is a must do when in London! We had a great time on our tour (despite the gloomy London weather!!) The tour guide was informative and friendly, providing us with intersting stories and funny anecdotes. Witnessing the Royal historical landmarks of London was a perfect way to brighten our day and learn so much about the history of the UK. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting London! Thank you!!

    Truly the best of London
Such a pretty tour covering all must see landmarks in Westminster and the Tower of London. The best choice everyone, who would like to see as much as possible in 4hours. Our guide was brilliant and found the best spot for us to see the Changing of the Guard ceremony.

An experience you can't afford to miss!
It was throwing it down & windy on the day of our visit & we were soaked through! Luckily they had lockers where we could leave our soaked through clothing. The museum was an absolutely fantastic experience! It was immersion informative & emotional. Very well thought out & planned with some genuinely personal artefacts. The ride alongside the workers was outstanding! The whole experience left all 4 of us feeling like we had, had a full experience. Thankyou to all involved, including the staff who were warm & friendly, interesting & informative!

    Great experience, highly recommended!
Our guide, Ben, was very accomodating, knowledgeable and helpful. We had a great time observing the opening ceremony, visiting the crown jewels and learning about the Tour of London's fascinating legacy. Well worth the money, highly recommended.

Excellent Tour of The Tower- Don the tour guide was absolutely amazing. I totally recommend and I would definitely go back again. There was so many other things still left to see. A fantastic afternoon even though we had a rain storm it didn’t stop you from having a wonderful time.

We couldn't find the guide and missed the tour; Company refused to give us a refund.
Beware when booking this tour. The instructions we were given to meet the guide were very confusing and incomplete. We arrived at the spot identified on the email and there was no one there. It's a very large area. The ticket booths are also closed this early. We tried to contact the tour company, but there was no answer this early in the morning. We missed the tour and they refused to give us a refund. I really wonder if this is a scam and they make it difficult to find the guide so they get your money without providing a service? If you book this tour, be very specific about where you're supposed to meet and get a phone number in advance (that someone will answer) so that you can call someone if you can't find the guide.

    Tea at the Palace
We toured Kensington Palace, the gardens and had tea at the Orangery. Our guide was Michael, who was absolutely wonderful! He was so kind and had a lot of knowledge. He told us how to take a picture where it would look as if we were wearing one of the tiara’s. The staff inside assisted and I now have my picture! Had Michael not mentioned this tip, I would have missed out. Our group was 4 and it was lovely meeting new people and enjoying tea. I recommend this tour and if you have Michael as your guide you will love it!

We stayed for 3 nights at the Corus Hyde Park Hotel. The hotel is a stone's throw from the Lancaster Gate Red Tube stop, and about 10 minutes walk from Paddington express train station. We had a reservation for 4 nights (6 days) but British Airway canceled our outbound flight 24 hours before departure, rescheduling it for the afternoon of the following day.
We have updated our excursion program by eliminating the River Bus trip to Greenwich, its museums, the Cutty Surk park (All already visited on previous trips and I highly recommend visiting).
Given the few days available, we took our friends on an intensive tour of London: Notting Hill, Portobello Road; Tower Bridge, Tower of London (Crown Jewels), Saint Paul, Sky Garden (lunch at Fenchurch by reservation), Boriugh Marchet (Bridget Jones food market), Shard; Buckingham Palace (changing of the guard), Westminster, Big Ben and Houses of Parliament, Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square then tea at 5pm. in a characteristic Pub; Hyde Park and Covent Garden.
We walked about 12-14 km every day and used the subway and Double Buses. Always paid by credit card in sterling (recommended). The visit to the Sky Garden is free but reservations are required; lunch is paid with specific reservation. All reservations must be made in time. For the various visits, inquire in advance for costs and reservations.
If you arrive at Heathrow Airport I recommend purchasing return tickets for the Heathrow express train which arrives at Paddington station in about 30 minutes; departs every 15 minutes (see timetable).
Sorry for the length... obviously in London there are many other things/places to see that my wife and I have visited on our previous trips; one for all "little Venice". Ahhh if you visit London in spring, bring an umbrella because the weather changes quickly from sun to rain and vice versa.

Our guide John was very knowledgeable and entertaining. The time with the Beefeater was short but informative and the experience overall was very memorable. The real value of this tour was the ability to get access to the Crown Jewels and castle seamlessly. We booked an early time slot which I would highly recommend as the grounds were teeming with people wishing an hour of our arrival.

Met outside Starbucks. There were no headphones, to have good hearing!
Very knowledgable lady guide ( NOT a Beefeater!) We watched the Tower being opened at 9am, then we were guided around to another enterance, and told about all manor of things regarding the Tower of London.
We went through the entrance at about 9.45am, and met the Beefeater at about 10am. Obviously very knowledgable and great sense of humour - he needed it, as the weather was terrible! We had a chat, and could ask questions , this lasted about 30 mins or so, then our guide whisked us off to see jewels etc.
The tour was great, THE TOUR IS NOT ALL WITH THE BEEFEATER! there were about 20 in our group, we merged with another group to meet the Beefeater.
Our guide was very knowledgable, the trip lasted about 3 hours. The food in the cafe is very good, the cakes were a bit pricey, and the 'hot' chocolate wasn't, though lovely to have a sit down in a warm dry area!

The review of this tour needs to be broken down and two parts. The first part was the entertaining guide that talked for two hours about all the features of the Tower of London. The second part was the VIP experience with the beefeater, which was awful. We were assigned a woman named Emma who started off her presentation by saying she was in a hurry and would only be able to speak to for short amount of time .

During her presentation, she checked her watch two different times She posed for pictures for a few minutes and then quickly left... considering we paid extra for the private beefeater meeting, I would be cautious about reserving this experience because you may get Emma again.

A brisk cloudy morning arrival wound up being a pleasant day, Ben our tour guide engaged. Us all in conversation finding how much we knew about what we were about to see, started out with a briefing once inside the grounds where the “caretakers “lived explaining they are veterans performing a multitude of tasks essentially guardians. We met with our Beefeater of the day, pleasant entertaining gentleman who explains all the different details of their duties, he was retired from the Royal Navy, I Retired US Navy, I had been stationed in Cornwall in charge an airfield used for basic flight training , that common denominator allowed for exciting conversation. My wife and I would do it again without question. Ben our tour guide was outstanding answered all questions without fail and obviously enjoyed what he was doing

I'd never been to London before and wanted to get an overview of some of the history, and this certainly did not disappoint! The guide, Maria, was incredibly knowledgable and not only provided us with an huge level of detail, but also handled plenty of questions from one of the youngest (and most enthusiastic) members of the group with grace and tact. The weather was miserable, as one would unfortunately have to expect in this part of the world, but she made great efforts to bring us into shelters and sneaky alcoves at every possible opportunity to keep us as comfortable as possible.
The tour itself was awe inspiring. The castle is in a very central location (duh), and was magnificent. I hadn't previously known what a Beefeater was, but it was exciting to learn and speak to one - it felt like being part of some private history.
All in all I would highly recommend this tour. Dress for the weather, and enjoy the history

Basically this tour gets you in early but you don't see much and they don’t tell you anything more than you can read really quick on internet. Guide took time telling us stupid stuff about Crown Jewels until a crowd formed and then she released us to go in. Would have been much enjoyable if she would have let us go in before the crowd. We actually left the tour esrly because she was repeating herself so much and wasting our time. Our special meeting with the beefeater lasted about 5 minutes.

Our tour guide, Ben, was amazing. He toured us around for over two hours and kept us engaged throughout; never used a note card or anything. He was so full of information, and he timed the tour perfectly so that we got to see everything. We would highly recommend this tour to see the Tower of London and the crown jewels.

Our tour guide Ben was awesome. He was on time, full of knowledge and made the tour fun.
We had a meet & greet w/a Beefeater (Dan?)
who was also full of knowledge & entertaining.
There were also musicians that rendered a lil live musical show w/Xmas music in front of the White Tower (as it was Xmas time).
Though it was cold out & I’ve been to the tower bridge, it was nice to experience w/my family who’d never been & tour the grounds & jewel house. It was one of their favorite things they did in London & still one of my favs too!

Hi and Thank you for sharing such a fantastic review! We’re delighted to hear that Ben made your tour both informative and fun—timeliness and enthusiasm make all the difference! It sounds like you had an unforgettable experience, especially with the Beefeater (Dan deserves a round of applause too!) and the festive live music near the White Tower. Exploring the grounds, the Jewel House, and Tower Bridge is always special, but doing it during Christmas with family must have made it magical. We’re so glad it’s a favorite for all of you and hope to welcome you back for even more cherished moments in the future. Cheers to making memories! 🎄✨

This is a tour that seeks you to appreciate the best of the Tower of London. Although it seems small, the place is quite large. Our Guide, Ben, treated us kindly from the beginning. The tour was quite long, almost 3 and a half hours and we met the most important places on the site. The meeting with the Beefeater was quite informative, informative and interesting. Emma, as the guard was called, was very kind and vivacious with her talk, and allowed us to take pictures with her.
The visit to the Crown Jewels was brief, but very enjoyable, it is a pity that no photos are allowed.
The only downside I saw was that there was little place to sit or rest, as chats with the Guide extended for up to 30 minutes at each site, which was tired after a few minutes. In the end we could stay to see the rest of the tower at will, but we were too tired and hungry.
It was an unforgettable experience
