ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS! AVOID!!! BE CAREFUL OF Ana Karina Araque!!! I don’t normally write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about the disgraceful experience we had with Imagine Experiences. My girlfriend booked their "Spy for a day - A James Bond Speedboat” experience through Get Your Guide for my birthday as part of our anniversary trip. The listing clearly stated free cancellations and the ability to reschedule up to 24 hours before the experience. It seemed like a fun, flexible, and unique experience—until we actually had to deal with this company. As we finalized our itinerary, we realized we needed to move the experience to another day. When I went into the app to reschedule, I was completely shocked—the price had increased from $245 per person to over $1,200 per person! Thinking this had to be a mistake, I attempted to reach out to Imagine Experiences directly. That was when the real nightmare began. Every message I sent was met with an error stating that their inbox was full, making it impossible to contact them. I then reached out to Get Your Guide’s customer service, hoping they could intervene. After much back and forth, Imagine’s team finally responded, claiming the sudden price increase was due to "updates" they were making to their booking system. They assured me that the pricing issue would be fixed the next day, so I waited. All while I could hear Ana (the owner) whispering to the agent that she should absolutely not give us a refund, and keep ignoring me referring to their Terms & Conditions. Three days later, there was no change. On the fourth day, the price dropped slightly—but only to $850 per person! I called Get Your Guide again, who reached out to Imagine once more. This time, I received an even worse response: Imagine had canceled our reservation outright without even informing us! No refund, no apology, no explanation. Adding insult to injury, they later messaged through the app saying that they had to raise the price because the venue had changed, and they didn’t have enough participants for our original date. But here’s the thing—our experience was still a month away! We were not canceling, we were just trying to reschedule. Their reasoning made absolutely no sense. This company is an absolute scam. They falsely advertise flexible booking, price gouge their customers, offer zero customer service, and will cancel your booking without warning if you dare to question their shady tactics. Imagine Experiences is nothing more than a fraudulent, Ana Karina Araque is a greedy human being and everyone should avoid their service at all costs. Save your money and book with a reputable provider instead!

Exceptionally modern and entertaining whiskey tasting. Very innovative. Love the fact you can actually taste the product, more than on e and during the tour. Staff are fab. Then topped off with a visit to a lovely shop and amazing roof top bar

We had such a great time making our potions. Martin and Lotte went out of their way to make our experience magical. The drinks were also delicious.

Picture this for an experience: you’re a spy, you’re about to start your mission, and you get an email about 20 hours before the event you’ve traveled thousands of miles for… “The event is canceled for “unforeseen circumstances.” well, at least their cancellations are covert. So after paying for flights, hotel, and arranging an expensive babysitting service, Imagine cancels the event with less than a day's notice. So little notice that I can’t cancel the expensive hotel babysitter as it’s less than 24 hours' notice. It’s ok, don’t worry; I’ll foot the bill for that and for anything else messed up by imagine. I would strongly recommend against making plans with this company. It is the height of unprofessionalism to cancel something, with no reason given and with less than a days notice. Their solution? “Oh hey if you’re ever in the UK again you can come by for free” wow that’s great let me just take time off work, book flights arrange childcare again to take the chance that they might provide an experience. Look elsewhere fellow tourists, because you get a Very Unimportant Person experience with these guys.

Brilliant experience brewing ‘potions’ in this underground cocktail bar. Well designed cocktails that were very nice. Friendly and helpful staff. Great experience for any Harry Potter fan. Would really recommend

We were assured by the company that a tour would be provided on our selected date as we were travelling for the tour. However a few days before our scheduled tour we hadn’t received any further information as promised . We contacted the company and were told initially that they were waiting for suppliers to confirm but then they changed their story and cancelled the tour just under 24hours as there wasn’t enough people on the tour. We had already booked travel and hotels which could not be cancelled. The company then proceeded to ignore our and Virgin emails as we requested a refunded or exchange. We were eventually sent an email with alternative dates but this was not satisfactory as this was the second time we’d been let down by the company. We eventually got a refund from Virgin but I would be very cautious about booking with this company and would never book one of their tours again. Sadly from reading other reviews this has happened to a few people. It seems the tours are very poorly managed and the company is not able to provide the service promised.

We had a great time mixing our own potions. Good drinks and lovely people,. We were served by Lauren, Bex and River and had a fantastic time here!

Really really grateful for this tour! For someone who lived in London for 12 years it was amazing to learn so much for new things. Lee was fantastic in paying attention to detail and the speed boating fitted so well with the bond theme.

We did the bond experience today and had a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable in everything. We had even extra things he told us on other stuff.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Magic Potions Tavern. The atmosphere was great, the diy potions were entertaining and the drinks were amazing. The ‘bar elf’ Lauren was extremely accommodating to our situation and was fantastic at presenting the drinks. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be going back!!

A different and interesting tour for James Bond / Ian Fleming fans or anyone who wants to know a bit more about being a spy. PJ was a great host and very engaging. Highlights was the shooting experience and finishing the day with a Vesper Martini

They canceled our tour and did not refund my money. I sent letters to Trip Advisor and to Imagine Experiences . I called Imagine Experiences during their business hours and several other times and only got a voice mail. I left several messages and never heard from anyone. Judging by the multiple messages I got from Trip Advisor, they do not have a very good system nor good communications, which means poor customer service. I have sent 4 emails to Trip Advisor and 6 to Imagine Experiences all before the 24 cancellation period. They canceled on me! Because of the coronation. They sent me an email and told me they would refund my money but no money has been refunded and it has been over 4 weeks. Worst Customer Service! And Trip Advisor is no better, asking me to review a tour that they know was canceled. I feel swindled by Trip Advisor and the company they advertised as Imagine Experiences. Save your money, do not order any tours through Trip Advisor, they do nothing to help you.

Initially called Brendan and got a text reply to say that he was no longer with Imagine Experiences. Tried repeatedly to contact them to book my Virgin ‘experience’ via phone / email / their website and still haven’t heard from them to this day. DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE!! Suspect they’re going out of business, but website still active. 😡

We started in Leicester Square and spent about 1 hour and a half walking around Soho and Mayfair looking at some really cool places from the birthplace of rock and roll to the site of The Beatles rooftop performance. Chris our guide was lovely and very knowledgeable. To make it 5 stars there needs to be a big finish i.e. Chris mentioned going to the hard rock museum and that could be included as part of the tour.
