This was my second time seeing the Changing of the Guards...last time with a different tour company. Charlotte did a terrific job of getting us up close and positioned for the perfect photo ops along the Mall and outside of Buckingham Palace. She even timed our visit just right, so we had the opportunity to also see the Horse Guards Parade. The tour of Westminster City was very informative and Charlotte was extremely friendly and engaging. Would definitely recommend this tour to learn more about the history of this incredible city!

We met up with Charlotte on a misty January morning and her personality brightened the day from the very first minute she greeted us! Our tour group could have been 6 people, but we were lucky enough to have her all to ourselves. I really enjoy stories about the people, life, and times before us, but not necessarily a history lesson overwhelmed with facts and figures. Charlotte's presentation of information was perfect, as she told us about each site we were seeing on our walk in an entertaining, relatable and accessible manner. She also had the perfect balance of relaying information and allowing us moments to ourselves to take it all in, ask her questions, and just "be" in the moment. She found the perfect points along the route of Changing the Guard for us to see (and understand) what was taking place, why things sometimes change, and what to expect. I think if we had tried to go to the Changing of the Guard on our own, we likely would have enjoyed it, but thought "what's the big deal" and definitely would not have seen or understood all the little details that go into the event. We had previously passed Big Ben and Westminster Abbey earlier in our trip, but again, we didn't have the history or context that truly brought these landmarks to light until we toured with Charlotte. I highly recommend this tour for families of all ages, especially with Charlotte, as she is patient and adaptable. I imagine she can easily adjust her sharing of information to all ages and levels of interest.

Luke was an amazing guide! He was very attentive to us! He explained and shared many great details, and was patient with us! A wonderful guide!

Even though it wasn’t the best weather and we didn’t get to see the Changing of the Guard, we really enjoyed our tour with Luke. He had great perspectives as a half American who grew up in London. It was a ton of walking but my 70yo mom and 10yo daughter had no trouble and the time passed quickly enjoying the morning! He had timely facts related to Christmas decorations, and made sure we made some side stops at places for photos like decorated trees.

Luca was an amazing and knowledgeable guide. We toured both the British Museum and National Gallery with Luca. He was able to explain so much of the history of the art, artists and antiquities. We would highly recommend Luca to anyone wishing to have an educational and fun experience touring these wonderful museums.

We had a fabulous time! Pepe was very knowledgeable, funny and kept it interesting. We learned that Big Ben was actually a bell not the whole bell tower. Another successful tour for us with Liv tour. We will see you next time we are in the area!

Our family of five had a wonderful morning tour with Charlotte. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and engaging - and even kept the attention of our three boys (ages 18, 15 and 11). She was lovely and made our tour fun and exciting. She also helped provide restaurant recommendations and tips on visiting other sites and attractions while in London.

My tour guide was Luca! He was absolutely amazing. I do have a knowledge in the art world and been around many world museums with did guide, but what made Luca so special to me - because he is so passionate and extremely knowledgeable about his vocation and he generously shared all the knowledge he had. Being an Italian he deepened his knowledge in the museum archives of the most important olds master biographies, modern and contemporary art. I was blown away by small details he knew about all the artists I asked about and the arts on the view at the museum. Thank you so much. Left a huge positive impression after visiting the Tate Modern!

I wanted to visit museums related to WW2 and I knew it might not be the thing my teenagers most wanted to do. But they all said after that Pepe was a great guide and I think he made it interesting even for them. We got a lot more out of the museums than we would have without him. It was a great tour.
