Amazing!!! One off the bucket list!!
Wanted to do this for so long!! Absolutely fantastic, so glad we did this! From start to finish - brilliant organisation, safety, staff. But didn’t realise you could order champagne to have at the top though which would have been the icing on the cake but never mind! Equipment is provided if you haven’t got suitable attire, definitely recommend wearing their coat (looks good on piccies) and gloves. Our guide Narae was so professional, friendly and knowledgable. Even the sun came out which was a bonus! Definitely recommend!!

Do it - you won't regret it!
An absolutely amazing experience for anyone looking for something a bit different. The views were incredible and the guide was knowledgeable and friendly. There was the option to order drinks to have on top of the o2 and to purchase photos of yourself in the shop. I will say that the climb was harder work than I expected, as you're constantly having to move your carabiner along the rail, and it's quite a steep incline. We went down backwards, which was easier but slightly scary! You're not in any kind of danger, though, as you're strapped into a harness that the guide checks before the climb and tethered to the central rail. Great fun.

Really enjoyed this experience. Very well organised and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Our guided for our climb were Karl & Rebecca. The views were amazing & Karl was very knowledgeable at the top pointing out land marks and interesting facts about the O2. From start to finish very enjoyable- thanks.

      Time Well Spent
This is not something I would have chosen to do myself, but when the opportunity was give to me as a Christmas present I was quite enthused. I hadn’t been to the 02 for many years, so that alone was quite thrilling. The arrangements for booking and making the walk over the top are quite well organised. They say it is important that you arrive on time and I can see why. There is a lot of prep to be done before you step onto the walkway, for obvious reasons. The safety arrangements are such that it is impossible to fall over the edge, even though your head may be saying otherwise. The climb is steep, but probably not much more so than some roads in the Lake District for example. I found coming down the other side to be more strenuous. The adrenaline junkies might think it is a bit tame, but there is not much that compares with standing on the roof of the 02 and watching life going on at ground level. What I would add though is that you need to pick a sunny day. It might be a little uncomfortable up there on a wet and windy day!

      Fantastic activity for dad’s 60th!
Fantastic day out, would like to give a special thank you to Max who was an absolute pleasure to guide us up, cracking jokes and giving us a good history lesson at the same time. Visited for my dad’s 60th and he thoroughly enjoyed the trip.

      Well worth doing
My husband and I were lucky to be pn our own with our lovely guide Cheryl. She was super friendly and helpful, very chatty and patient, even carrying my coat and taking pics at the top. Despite the gloomy muggy weather it was a great 3xperience. Safety is taken very seriously too. Thanks Cheryl for a lovely time ;)

Great Experience - The Guide was Superb!!
Everything went smoothly and we climbed 15 minutes earlier than our booking as there was space. We climbed on Saturday morning at 11:30am. The weather was good and and we had brilliant views throughout the climb. So glad we went on the 11:30 climb as the guide was superb. Rebecca gave clear instruction throughout the briefing and was bubbly and enthusiastic throughout. A Credit to the business!!

      A Perfect Gift
Fantastic experience. Suitable for all but energetic enough to warrant an ice cream treat afterwards. We were blessed with a perfect sunny day with not so much breeze and the views were outstanding.

      Incredible climb with fantastic views
We had an incredible experience at Up at The O2 today at lunchtime! Our guide, Max, was not only extremely knowledgeable but also hilariously funny, making the climb even more enjoyable. He played a huge part in helping us celebrate two special birthdays – our daughter’s 13th and my mum’s 70th. Max’s enthusiasm and expertise made the day unforgettable for all of us. Highly recommend this adventure for anyone looking to create lasting memories!

This is something we'd wanted to do for a while and it didn't disappoint. We booked a 8:15pm climb but when we arrived we were told we had been moved to the 8:30pm sunset climb which was great. Scarlett and Mel were great guides who made sure we were safe and knew what to do.

I was concerned it might be difficult beforehand but it isn't too bad. There are 30 degree inclines and declines so these parts are a bit more difficult but nothing that isn't manageable, and there are lots of flatter parts. You get plenty of time to take pictures and enjoy the view at the top.

I booked the sunset climb as an 18th Birthday experience for my Son. There were 4 of us in the party myself, hubby, son and my sons friend. I was petrified but our guide Dan was amazing!! He chatted to me whilst we went up and on the way down to reassure me and check I was ok and even suggested I go down backwards so I couldn't see how steep it was! Its a tough climb but the views at the top are fantastic! I would totally recommend it to anyone even though I was petrified I am so pleased I did it! Thank you Dan for being so awesome!

Got lucky with the weather, choose the sunset climb. In total it took 90minutes, around 20 for the safety briefing, 20 to climb with around 15 at the top. Our guide was friendly but spoke very fast, it was hard to pick out all the information. There was no commentary as such as she was busy supervising the group. Felt there should have been 2 guides really. The sun had already set by the time we ascended, so it was more of a dusk climb. Factor this into your booking (I hadn’t realised it would take so long to actually reach the top.

The views were great, we got the evening colours, plus a bonus of some music st the top.
If you haven’t climbed with equipment before, it’s a fun experience, and nice to have views out in the open/ not behind glass . Otherwise there are cheaper/ free viewing point in the city.

I had a lovely birthday trip to the top of the O2. We felt like we conquered a mountain and were met with a spectacular sunset and skyline of Canary Wharf, London. Our guides, Joey and Donnie were great, friendly, and made sure to smoothly make conversation and offer photos throughout the entire hike. Would definitely recommend.

This was such a fun experience. Recommend anyone to give it a go, the climb is really fun, slightly challenging but not difficult at all giving you that sense of achievement at the top. Beautiful views of London at the top. Try to go for sunset time! Most of all our guide Jebed was WONDERFUL! He was so friendly and made sure everyone was safe and having a great time. Thank you!

Great experience. I was nervous but our instructor Kiram (Apologies if that’s not spelt correctly) was lovely and he was very patient. The climb was much easier than I had anticipated. We had some lovely photos at the top. I wouldn’t recommend the photos they take. We felt a bit rushed and ended up just having the £30 package but the printed photos are very very very poor quality and not useable.

Me and my daughter took the climb for her 10th birthday and our guides were Karl (with a K, he’s very passionate about it) and Scarlett. They put everyone at ease and were patient right from the beginning, they made my daughter feel so special as it was her birthday and went the extra mile to get everyone to sing happy birthday to her whilst we were at the top. Thank you so much for everything

We had such an amazing time, we had a lovely guide Johnny that took our group up. He took some amazing photos of us and pointed out all of the signs as we were climbing and at the top. It was such a beautiful view and I would definitely recommend. Shoes and jackets were provided if yours weren't suitable for climbing. The only negative was that we paid for the photo at the end £15, and the quality was awful. We chose one of the only photos that was in focus but when we checked it properly after printing it was too blurry to frame. The ones Johnny took at the top were so much better. I wouldn't waste your money on the pictures, just take a good phone camera.

Was a little apprehensive as scared of heights (tbh was crapping it) but once you get to the top it’s worth every second of fear. Guides were great, health and safety was top priority. They provided shoes, jackets and gloves which we highly recommend using. Going up is fine, coming down is a little tougher and gave us a few squeaky bum moments. Absolutely amazing time though and can’t wait to do it again! The views are amazing!

I was walking into the 02 to do some shopping when I was approached by a young man who asked if I wanted to “climb the 02” with he and his 2 friends. Their “fourth” had dropped out and they wanted to offer the experience to someone. Lucky me! Scarlett was our guide and she did a stellar job! She filled us in on all the appropriate and pertinent safety info with an easygoing yet professional demeanor. Once topside, she provided our group with all kinds of interesting facts and points of interest that we might not have realized otherwise. I would highly recommend this tour! Lots of fun and spectacular views!!!
