I don't recommend this experience- waste of money
Very disappointing if I am honest. Firstly, we were queuing for 40 minutes, which is excessive. I can understand a show running 10-15 mins late, but 40 mins is ridiculous. There is a bar inside the venue with tables where we could have been waiting comfortably instead of standing in a queue, but we weren't offered that possibility. Secondly, we were part of a very big group, so I didn't get most of the scares and we were crammed in the spaces, even tripping over others. This show can only work with smaller groups, 4-6-8 people?, at once, not 20! Acting and venue were good, but I just feel like I wasted my money due to the large group, it completely ruined the experience.

Outstanding Halloween Experience – A Must-Do in London!
I went to the Dreadflix London Bridge experience on Saturday, and it was absolutely outstanding from start to finish! From the moment we joined the queue, the actors outside set the tone perfectly, immersing us in the atmosphere before we even stepped inside. Once in, the experience only got better – each scene was brilliant, blending horror and comedy flawlessly. Every actor and actress delivered a 10/10 performance, making it the best Halloween experience I’ve had in London, hands down. It was so impressive, I can’t stop thinking about it and am already planning to book the London Bridge Experience next! If you’re looking for thrills, scares, and laughs all in one – this is it. Highly recommended!

    Dreadflix Halloween Event
Attended the Dreadflix Halloween event recently, and was we were quite dissatisfied with the event. The actors were mostly still, not really chasing or scaring us. We went in a group of 6 but had to join a larger group walking through, was hoping it would only be our group. Initially, it was more just sitting and listening to people. Just was expecting it to be really scary because of the classic horror film characters, felt like the actors were not even that bothered and not trying to be scary. It was more funny than anything, still good to go for a laugh, but really lacked the scare factor. It also felt rushed, there was alot of shouting saying hurry up, didn’t feel like good value. We were only in there a short amount of time, roughly half an hour. Needed better actors and more time to go through. The marketing for this was better than the actual event.

    Not bad but over priced
It was okay and fun. I have nothing bad to say about this place, the actors were good and it's fun. The only thing I will say is that there is 0 point going here and also going to London dungeons. London Dungeons actors, stories, and whole general experience is far far superior and much more immersive. At similar prices I just don't see why you'd need to do both. Also one slight issue in my opinion is, for the jump scare part at the end they make you go in a line with your hand placed on the person in front of you 's back. Now this is clearly for safety as it is very dark and I totally understand the need for this but if you are not in the front third of the line then the jump scare is absolutely pointless as you know exactly when it is coming because you hear the others scream.

Made to feel welcome and part of the experience!
For a family experience, this is great fun and super cost effective too. The staff couldn’t make you feel more welcome and for anyone nervous or needing adjustments they are sensitive and couldn’t do enough. In fact, the great staff really made the day. There is a genuinely good balance of historical fact that gives the tour relevance (we’re not talking A level revision territory, just some useful insight into how long the bridge has been there and it’s part in London’s broader history). It’s brought to life through an immersive experience that is a great add on to a trip to the area and definitely worth a go. Genuinely this is better than the London Dungeon which just felt impersonal, expensive and put us off experiences like this about five years ago and just wasn’t good if anyone in your party needs adjustments. This is not something we normally would have done and I am so glad we did. Thanks all at the London Bridge Experience!

    The Worst Experience EVER!!!
We were really looking forward to this experience and the first four parts with the actors were great but the rest of it was awful! The fright team went too far with my daughter she was absolutely terrified. I know they have a job to do but she was crying and shouting at them to “please stop!”… from the start this just made them worse and they continued to target her even though it was obvious that she was terrified. At one point I even shouted at a male and was told to “shut up”… The final straw was as were coming out at the end… they were jeering “cry baby” then they started singing “cry me a river”…. It took a lot to not retaliate. I’m not after any sort of compensation from this but I do know that if there isn’t a change of attitude and a back off procedure, when scare staff can see people are petrified something bad will happen.

    Zombie for a day experience!
My husband knows I'm still on a mission to find as many weird & wonderful experiences as I can...and this Christmas present definitely fit the bill! Not really knowing what to expect, we were first whisked off underground on the London Bridge experience - scary!!! - and after recovering from that, we were met by the incredibly accommodating Harry, who took us off to his subterranean dressing room to meet the cast! ( very cool) After our zombie make-up tutorial and costume change we had an incredible 3 course lunch in the restaurant above, and then Harry (our zombie leader) took us off to prepare us for scaring the general public 😁 A fantastic day where we got even more than we bargained for and it was worth every single penny! Harry was a superb guide and we had more fun than we've had in quite a while 😄👍👍👍

History and scarefest experience.... good fun. This experience is led by actors who initially take you through a bit of history of the bridge and different ages, its more fun if you embrace the experience as some participation may be required. (I was identified as a witch). After the trip through history, you then work through a maze of scare rooms, I thought this was great, some people were really scared though, would not recommend this for younger kids or sensitive kids. the whole experience lasts around 40 minutes but it was good fun with my two older teens. At the end you can go into the bier keller which is fab, nice beer and food if you fancy it. I used Tesco clubcard vouchers for the experience, I would say its quite pricey otherwise (£29pp). Definitely worth a visit.

Actors you were very good.
I found this experience a little similar to that of the London Dungeon. The dark rooms and walkways, the stories of old London, and the attempts to engage the audience.
It's the 'Tombs' section of the experience that would be the most 'scary' to most and I wouldn't recommend taking those under 10 Years to this (but that's my personal opinion) even with a Guardian Angel, but without this section it would be an incredibly quick activity.
You are asked to keep together as a group in your timed entrance slot, I can understand why, but I'm a person who likes to take in my surroundings of each of the areas you pass through, this is to appreciate the atmosphere of the environment and see what is around me. However, the continuing movement of the group doesn't allow for dawdlers, so I really cant see how someone would be in the experience for anymore than the 45 minutes as advertised on the FAQ and if you leave before entering the 'Tombs' I'd say 15 minutes and you'd be back out.
The experience isn't cheap per person and I used Tesco clubcard to help pay for the entrance fee. This was easy to sort out and book and I'd recommend using the scheme.
Did I flinch/jump during the experience - Yes! twice. You know that something IS going to happen, it's just not knowing when!

We used our Tesco clubcard vouchers to book online so it didn't cost us a penny which was great!

The actors were fantastic and I would recommend going however it would be good for it to be a slightly longer experience in regards to the first part of the experience as it really was brilliant and would have liked to have learnt more facts etc.

The scare part was excellent but I would definetly would say no young children to do that part as it is fabulously scary!

All in all we were 35 mins in total.

I have been several times with various family members. This time it was the turn of my Nephew, who at age 11 found the experience scary, daunting, and difficult to navigate….well..that was the experience of trying to get out through the loud Ocktoberfest bar patrons that has been set up beside the experience anyways… as for the tour…they have seriously reduced the experience .. at the start there used to be a part where the floor moves … didn’t happen, next when the fire of london happens you used to run through as it was “on fire” with lights and sounds…except this didn’t happen either…there seemed to be less actors in the tombs scary party at the end too. The actors that were there were very good but it appears that there are cutbacks afoot and it’s very obvious to anyone who’s been before…you are in and out in around 30mins…the only thing that hasn’t been cut back is yep you guessed it…the price…not worth it. Go to clink museum it’s less than half the price and you can read about and see real history. BTW the nephew did enjoy it.

We booked this activity as we've previously done many of the others (London Dungeons, Madam Tussauds etc.), and unfortunately it was a bit disappointing for the cost and time involved. We paid €51 for 2 adults and its advertised as lasting for 60 minutes. But in actual fact, it lasted 30 mins and of that, only about the first 10 minutes was interesting with different characters doing a show about London and the Bridge. After this, it was a walk around some horror decorated rooms with other characters scaring us. And this was fun, but not really value for money or much information about the Bridge. It was more like a Halloween activity and that's fine, if it was what we were expecting. In my opinion, I was go with the London Dungeons experience over this one.

Booked on the recommendation of others as something to entertain 5 children. And it did entertain them but the whole thing is very short - over and done in about 30 mins. 1st 3 rooms have actors telling some grisly stories about the history. They were fairly unconvincing, especially the one in the inn who I felt was winging it and had barely learned his lines. Then into effectively through the set of a horror movie within the tombs which the kids enjoyed. I took my 7yo based on a review I now think was actually meant to be on the London dungeons. IMO, definitely not suitable for anyone under 15 really but we, steered him through with hands over his eyes and we all survived and enjoyed it. There is an option to drop out before the scary part but that's really what it's all about and tickets would be very expensive if they were just for 15 mins of potted history presented fairly unconvincingly. London dungeons are better value if you want to spend longer on something.

Did this on a day in London. Used Tesco vouchers to pay for the experience but would have been disappointed if paid full price. Short experience for the price they charge, in total took about 40 minutes.

Very good acting by the staff throughout however would have liked more history about the various bridges. Lots was skipped over. Tombs at the end not suitable for small children and would not recommend for them. Actors in the maze were amazing and made me and my girlfriend jump several times.

All I all enjoyable experience but not worth the price. More of a scare maze type experience than historical.

We visited as a family, two adults and two children (12 & 14). Thankfully we used Tesco Clubcard points to pay for our tickets, if we’d actually paid for to visit we’d have felt like we’d been fleeced.

You can tell that a great deal of effort had been put into setting up the London Bridge Experience and couldn’t fault the performers throughout the visit, but the overall experience lasted all of 40 minutes! We were expecting something more akin to the London Dungeons but the ‘history/story element of the visit felt quite rushed and wasn’t in a clear coherent order. We very quickly got to the stage where you walk through what I believe was the Halloween experience. It wasn’t clear that there were two options here, one called ‘Guardian Angel’ and a scarier experience. We just followed most of the guests. This part was good (but incredibly short) but our 12 year old was petrified. Had we known there was another option we might have taken the Guardian Angel route or split up with our older child. After about five minutes you exit this part of the visit and find yourself in a Bier Keller 🤷‍♀️ We stayed for a while to play a few free games of pool and table football.

Overall, I would say this venue is more suited for older visitors who maybe want to go through the ‘experience’ part and end their visit with a beer. I’m not sure that the venue is really meant for families and certainly wasn’t value for money. Maybe visit the London Dungeons instead if you’re looking for something fun to do that lasts longer and actually learn some history at the same time.

We attended this show because we were nearby and it was included with our London Pass. We would never have done it if we had to pay full price, but we actually really enjoyed it. Being more of a museum and historical sites family of tourist, we could tell it might not really suit us, but since it was already paid for…

The actors telling the gruesome history of the bridge(s) through the ages were quite good, and the stories they shared (presumably reasonably accurate historically) were very interesting. The second half of the show was pure carnival haunted house and was mostly silly with some jump scares. There was also a small museum at the very end of the haunted house that nobody looked at but us. The attraction may be trying too hard to be too many things, but I’m glad we did it, if only for the bizarre description of how to properly preserve and mount a traitor’s head on a pike at the bridge. Certainly not something I’ve heard before!

I visited with a family member and my two boys age 6 and 11, the experience was quite eerie from the beginning with a couple of slight jumpy moments, the actors were great and played their parts convincingly well, the sets were also impressive with some really interesting facts along the way. My boys are quite easily scared so I was dubious about booking until I read about the guardian angel tour online, it was a little vague so I emailed for clarification and they emailed straight back to confirm that these do not need to be booked and to just ask the host in the final scene if you would like a guardian angel tour for the tomb section, the person on the desk when we booked in also reiterated that you have to ask as these are not routinely offered by the host. When we got to the final scene the host suggested that anyone who was easily scared etc to leave through the left door or anyone who wanted to continue to make their way to the tombs, some people with young children left at this point others surprisingly continued. We then asked for the GA tour, the host was very accommodating and arranged this for us. Our GA then appeared with a very bright light and explained that it would keep us all safe from any zombies etc she also warned us about any loud noises and bangs before they happened. The tombs were pretty terrifying even without the live actors/actresses with lots of gory sets and scenes but very well done! I am glad we got to experience them without the children becoming distressed, I can imagine the full experience being pretty terrifying- this was just right for us at this time but we will be back when the boys are older and braver.
