Excellent game of adventure and fun.
Excellent way of discovering parts of London you never knew existed, with great clues & planning for a fun adventure. We did Moriarty’s game -The Professor’s invitation. Our ages ranged from 13yrs-52yrs and everyone was able to take part and be involved. Loved how the messages came to WhatsApp & how everyone can sign up to receive them. Interaction in cafes/pubs was brilliant and really added to the game (teenagers particularly enjoyed that!) It took us about 4 1/2 hours including breaks for drinks & food. Highly recommend.

    Brilliant, such good fun!
We played the 007 game :) The locations were awesome, we got to walk around one of the most beautiful parts of London, the props were fantastic, the puzzles were challenging enough to be fun, but not so hard we couldn't do them. We went to some very 007 places and the places we could stop for breaks had really good vegan options. I had so much fun, can't recommend this enough.

One of the best things to do in London
Such a good activity to see London, I have done every one of their scavenger hunts and they are all amazing. A lot of thought, effort and personal touch put in - more than worth the money!

    New ways to explore
I’ve lived in London for 10 years and whenever I do a hidden city experience I always see parts of the city I’ve never seen before. The clues are challenging enough to be engaging throughout the whole session and the hands on aspect of some of the clues makes it feel like you’re getting a more tangible experience than other similar experiences.

    Thoroughly recommended!
Having already enjoyed one of Hidden City's games, my god-daughter and I persuaded her father and a friend to join us on their new 007: Shadow Of Spectre version. It proved to be a thoroughly wonderful way to pass three hours - part London tour, part gentle exercise blowing the cobwebs away and part mental workout. Engaging, engrossing and an opportunity for hearty belly-laughs at the expense of your fellow gamers. Thoroughly recommended!

Shadow of SPECTRE: an unreservedly SUPERB experience!
We had an amazing time playing Shadow of SPECTRE across London. I can't imagine anyone not enjoying Shadow of SPECTRE, even if they're not a Bond fan. And Bond fans will keep pinching themselves, scarcely believing they're living out their Double-O agent fantasies! This really is something special - great writing, movie-quality props and, above all, the real people involved! It really does make you feel like an MI6 agent. Insanely good value.

I took part in a Hidden City game a few years ago and really enjoyed it so I thought it would be an ideal activity for my mum and my nephew on an afternoon out in London.

So with a 13 year old and a 73 year old in tow, we all set off on this ingeniously crafted route around central London.

We loved the cunning clues and most importantly we could all take part in solving them, so everyone was involved throughout. There were plenty of spots for a break or two when legs got weary and we spent about 3 hours in total on the trail.

Happy hunting!

We had a great time on the Hunt for the Cheshire Cat game - everything was very professional and incredibly well thought out. The clues were challenging enough (for 2 adults and a 13 year old) but not too complicated so that it became frustrating. It was a nice touch to have to interact with people in shops and pubs etc, which made it even more fun. Saw lots of London that we haven't seen before which is always lovely. Would thoroughly recommend the games for groups/families with teenagers and will definitely go on another game in the future.

A colleague and I took part in the Hunt for The Cheshire cat as a trial before a larger group at work went on it. I was sort of dreading it, but to my surprise it was a very cool day out of the office. For tourists and residents I'd recommend it as a fun way to spend a few hours and made me fall in love with London again.

This is our third return to Hidden City and the enchanted mirror trail delivered as normal. I can’t rate these experiences enough and Hidden City’s customer support is second to none. We had some technical issues during our game and Vassily was so quick and helpful to get us back on track.

If you’re looking for a fun, quizzical experience to explore london then I highly recommend Hidden City!

Ps I hope you’re looking to do more games!

The game was such a great way to find the 'hidden gems' in the city and we now want to revisit certain spots, at our leisure, The 'hunt' was suitable for all ages and the participating 'stops' were all so friendly and obliging. Time for drinks and food is built into the programme, although I would suggest taking some snacks/water as well. Team work was the order of the day. I would suggest comfortable shoes, waterproofs and if there are children in the group, make sure that they enjoy walking!! Ours were amazing - the four year old did 15,000 steps!! A memorable day to celebrate 40th birthday of an Alice in Wonderland fan.

Thoroughly enjoyed this experience. Saw lots of the London highlights and some hidden treasures. The clues follow a good storyline and while not too challenging are not too easy either. Scheduled breaks and discounts at certain bars are an added bonus. It took us ~3 hours including breaks, 1.5hrs excluding breaks.

After playing the Enchanted Mirror some years back, we were ready to explore London once again, this time in hunt for the Cheshire Cat. We didn't take too many pitstops this time round and the weather was definitely not on our side but we did about 6.17 miles of walking and managed to get to the end of the trail where we found the feline.

Some of the clues were harder than others but I don't think we ever strayed off the trail completely.

Overall, a fun way to explore parts of the city we never even knew existed with some great history and treats along the way.

Hi Emma, Nice work on foiling an Evil Queen, and thanks for the feedback – we’re keen to keep improving our games. I’ve passed on your feedback to the games team to investigate. Was there anything that we could have done to make this a five-star experience for you? We hope to see you on another game soon. Yours, Louisa

This was absolutely so much fun! I can't wait to do the other hidden city adventures. Your clues are sent via text and you decipher the clues to get yourself around and solve the hunt. It takes you all over the city, and into various pubs and places. We didn't give ourselves enough time - this takes a WHOLE afternoon if you want to stop at the place and have a drink, take a break, etc. We started at 12:30PM and ended at 4:30 PM but we had to step it up because we had dinner at 5PM and then a show after that! This would be GREAT to do with teens or get a group together. You stay in main areas which is nice so you are going through major streets and intersections.

This was so much fun! Really cleverly written clues, which were challenging but not too difficult or frustrating. Loved finding parts of London I'd never have seen otherwise. The locations where we had to interact with bar/cafe/restaurant staff were also fab and the staff enjoyed getting into character too. It's quite a lot of walking but there are plenty of places to pause and rest if you need, and there are built-in breaks too - and you get so into solving the clues that you forget how much walking you're doing!

Huge fan and hope that HiddenCity release more experiences in future (did Sherlock Holmes a couple of years ago just before lockdown and it was just as good!).
