The worker David was very polite and helpful he made our experience very fun, as well as the escape room being made very challenging but a fun activity to do. I really recommend.

Has to be the worse escape room i have ever done If you want to pay £25 per person to find tiny scraps of pieces of paper with a number on it then this is for you. However, that is not an escape room. Metal flooring sticking up. As the floor was broken. No story line. No start. Unprofessional. Dont be fooled by the photos on the site. Read the reviews before booking seeing as we weren’t the first to have this issue. When we got out the room and made a complaint we got excuse after excuse. I have emailed 3 times to complain and got no reply. Rib of. So many better escape rooms out there for the same and cheaper price

Edward is a great host and sets the tone! Would recommend and definitely an awesome experience! When you’re not sure what to do on a night out in London you should do this!

My first Escape Experience and it was super cool. I do recommend to visit. Amazing settings with a great team. The location was close to our hotel and great transport links.

This was the worst escape room we have ever done. Loads of clues, objects, machines and locks around that are irrelevant time wasters, a video that is unintelligible and tells you nothing anyway, and the only important info was on flimsy handwritten bits of paper. It took us longer to read the story they'd made up (which bore no relevance to the game) than do it. We were late and worried about finishing in time for the next party. Needn't have worried, there was just nothing to it and we were out in 20 minutes thinking "Is that it?!" Terrible waste of money.

enjoyed a lovely day out in london and decided to do an escape room last minute. had a lovely time we all enjoyed it very much. The service was also great .dave who was guide was excellent he was really helpful and humorous which made the experience better .would 100% recommend to do it with family and friends

I went with a friend and it was super fun. We absolutely loved it, great place if you're just getting into escape rooms. The worker Edward was really kind and helpful and made us feel very comfortable. Overall great experience, would absolutely do it again.

to start off, we got stuck in this elevator (part of the game) and they had to reset it wish made it go completely dark and shake heavily. next, after some time in the game we wanted a hint so we used the talky walky to ask for one, but the game master never responded. we kept shouting and banging the door for 10 minutes before he got back to us. of course we left the game and didn't complete after this traumatic experience. How can you leave people in a dark, un-ventilated metal room with no panic button and no human supervision! we asked for a full refund and they have completely ghosted us!

I went with friends and we had such a fun time and had help from Edward who was very funny and helpful. Thanks Edward! (From the 4 teenagers who came at 12:40)

First time visiting this escape room, at first it was a little difficult to find but other then that it was amazing, jakeem was very helpful and friendly and the room was amazing will definitely return

Timmaya was such an amazing host she handled and maintained a mistake that occurred with a double booking during our time slot in a professional manner and handled the situation very well. She gave us an experience that I personally can never forget and I would definitely recommend to others!

Came here for my birthday with my partner had soo much fun our game master was Timmaya she was so kind and helpful with giving us hints Definitely will come here again for the other escape rooms

Very fun and cool mechanics to discover in the escape room. One hundred percent should visit. Host is also a very nice and informative person making the game as fair as possible.

Luna was really lovely! Really well run escape room - I’d definitely come back again! Super unassuming building, but it’s genuinely really worth it!

Timmaya was absolutely amazing, she helped us through the escape room efficiently, guiding us when we were confused. She explained the brief really well and made sure everybody understood what they had to do. She was also really friendly and full of energy, making the experience even more enjoyable. The room itself was really interesting and it remained it entertaining for the whole hour.
