      Great guide
So glad we booked with this company and not one of the others. There was just four of us in the group which was really nice. We saw many other tour groups with probably 20 people and can't imagine that they had as good an experience as we did. Andrew was just brilliant, very knowledgeable and informative and didn't rush the tour and we really enjoyed it. Cannot recommend him enough. So if you're looking for a walking tour then book with this company, you won't be disappointed!

Booked this tour on short notice since it was 90 min instead of 2 h advertised by most others. Met up right on time (11a) and stoked to see it was only me and a young couple. Surrounded by larger groups waving flags, private it was (to our great advantage)! Our guide Andrew, an interesting personality, exhibited amazing stamina with the volume of facts and insightful stories he shared in what turned out to be a 2 h adventure. Balliol College, Bodleian Library, Radcliffe Square, Christ Church ("Hogwarts") & much more. It was brisk paced, so we didn't have time to access and savor each and every landmark, but it was a steal of a deal in my book.

We had a walking tour in Oxford with Andrew. He was very friendly - we were the first couple to arrive and were chit chatting as the others arrived. Even though one couple was late by around 15mins, Andrew was a little anxious as he had another tour starting at 1pm, he was extremely patient and professional.

The tour itself was very informative, hitting key spots with lots of facts and stories. We particularly enjoyed reference to famous people coming from Oxford and personal recommendations to places to visit around Oxford, especially the pubs and best beer!

On the whole, despite the weather being extremely hot to walk around - Andrew did a great job. He was so attentive to constantly warn the group about cyclists etc.

Totally recommend others to book and enjoy the history of Oxford with Andrew. Bonus to learn that he has a degree in history, which showed and shined throughout the tour!

Will contact him again to try and learn more about Oxford over Winter as we felt we only touched the surface and only ventured around 1/2 of the roads/streets of Oxford.

The rain and cold had a silver lining: we got Andrew as our exclusive, personal guide for two hours of information-intensive walking in central Oxford. He proved to be fountain of historical knowledge and good stories. We could move efficiently from site to site and got a chance to ask lots of questions. A learning experience we definitely recommend.

Andrew Parker was our guide and took our small group on a wonderful tour of Oxford. He gave us a great insight into the history of the city over the centuries providing wider national historical context also. It was a great tour and the dense fog on the day added to the atmosphere of the location and it’s history. Andrew was a great guide, very knowledgeable and insightful peppered with wry humour. Would highly recommend this tour.

Our guide, Andrew, was very knowledgeable and amusing. He took us into several colleges to explain how the university system works in Oxford. We also visited other sites in the centre of the city, the Bodleian Library, Radcliffe Camera, the Sheldonian Theatre and various chapels.
We had a small group of 6 people and a beautiful, sunny autumn day.

The guide was excellent, we visited most of the key colleges in the city centre as well as other key historic sites in Oxford. He pitched the tour just right for us in terms of pace , level of information. We were a small group so he was able to take us inside a few of the college gardens/chapels. Would recommend.

Escaped from busy London for a special day trip to Oxford with my daughter on our recent trip to the UK. Imagine our delight when we showed up for the tour to find it would just be the two of us! Nick's knowledge of the city and profound knowledge of the nuances of the University and its all its magnificent history was nothing short of spectacular. I cannot recommend this tour enough. It was truly a once in a lifetime and I'm so glad we chose this one of the many tours available. Loved all the detail about the architecture and especially the special stories relating to C.S. Lewis, Lewis Carroll, and the J.K. Rowling inferences. I found the All Souls College and Chapel to be especially beautiful. At the end of our tour we ran into Nick again at the White Horse while we enjoyed a glass of wine and watched the young ladies behind the bar singing and dancing and clearly loving their jobsI t's a magical place and a tour you shouldn't miss! Thank you Nick!

What an amazing 2 hours! Andrew, our guide, was fantastic. His knowledge of the city was unrivalled, and his sense of humour brought everything to life. He adapted the tour when needed and showed us so many hidden gems of Oxford, we will be back!
Thank you, Andrew, for making it a wonderful visit. We're going home so much more informed and in love, with Oxford!

Andrew was the perfect guide. Friendly, funny but most importantly he imparted the knowledge in a very interesting way.
The 90 minute tour flew by and the mix of historical, architectural and little interesting facts were perfectly mixed.
I would highly recommend taking a tour with him, he had such a lovely manner & a great sense of irony and humour.
I attended with my daughter & she found it very interesting too.
I know things about Oxford I never knew ..
