About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- KeriandAndre0 contributionsUseless instructionsThe instructions provided for how to redeem the tour were non-existent and instructions for cancellation were equally vague. I emailed the tour provider for help but it took them 2 days to respond. In the meantime, sensing that I had wasted my money, I spent quite some time trying to work it out for myself and eventually found some info on a forum, which pointed me to downloading the Viator app, so I decided to cancel that way. Would have been useless if I had booked on the day! Very dissatisfied, won’t use again.Written 7 December 2024
- MarcoLive0 contributionsBuyer beware - stay away.Paid for the walking tour, never received the link. Called the out of country help line (not toll free0 and received voice mail.Written 1 December 2024
- kimbQ4368QQ0 contributionsWaste of time - couldn't even access the tour due to no communication and no help from TripAdvisorAbsolutely appalling - couldn't even get the code for the tour to access the app. No instructions provided. No help from TripAdvisor despite spending 20 minutes on a call going round in circles with someone who didn't have a clue how to help me. Spoiled a surprise for my mum n dad's pre Christmas present trip to LondonWritten 13 November 2024
- elainemM7306NH0 contributionsA must see visit of a lifetimeIstanbul was an exciting venture. We enjoyed the bazaar and visited the town where they weave the rugs. You get a full tour of the facility where the women weave, by hand, the silk rugs. We bought one and they shipped it home to us. We ate at an amazing outdoor restaurant on the water. And don’t forget to visit Athens!Written 13 October 2024
- 987Rain0 contributionsDullDirections unclear, and so many missed opportunities for interesting information. 12 places were chosen, and too much and too boring information was given just on those. Chatty banter between two narrators was just annoying. I think this tour must have been cut & paste in 15 minutes. There’s so much history to every street in London- there’s no excuse for this.Written 12 September 2024
- Vandieman1110 contributionsA pleasant place for a strollThis is a nice way to spend some time soaking up the sunlight if the weather is good. The punters are sometimes amusing to watch. So if you want a short break from a meeting or from the town it is a good thing to do.Written 7 September 2024
- Cristian B0 contributionsVery misleadingVery misleading, looks like a real tour, the title says walking tour with a date, availability check and meeting point. :) In the end it turns out it's just the PDF/video for the self guided tour. Way too expensive for what it is. On top of that they would not refund when I realized the trap.Written 11 August 2024
- Dora-Ruxanda C0 contributionsMisleading and scam!Very dissatisfied. We booked a walking tour and we got PDF files. Of course it is a scam. They mislead people, take their money and then they can't cancel the tickets.Written 11 August 2024
- waynesX9130TL0 contributionsUnfortunately not goodNot good at all. Although the commentary/guides was very informative it was spoilt by lack of instructions on direction. Several times I had to pause the tour and google search the next point location as the map with the App was pointless ... it pointed to a route that didn't have location points of the tour and didn't match the site. The App also seemed to distort several times when walking so I had to constantly restart. overall the guide has good potential with refining but for now it was unsatisfactory and a waste of money.Written 29 July 2024
- 869intann0 contributionsAmazing the place is really niceAmazing the place is really nice, the main holiday recommendation, I took lots of photos there, in fact I still think about it and want to go back there againview!! I took many photos in thereWritten 23 July 2024
- becks77670 contributionsStratford walking tourKate was an excellent tour guide, informative, knowledgeable and helpful. We visited many of the key attractions of Stratford on the tour. Well worth it.Written 20 July 2024
- 380IanM0 contributionsA haven in the cityA stunning oasis of calm and nature in this very densely packed city. Above the street level the noise disappears and all around is planting, trees and birds - and the occasional rusty railway line. Get some close-ups of the eccentric architecture of people or corporations with more money than sense. En route you can stop off at the buildout into the Hudson River, and take in the views of Jersey City, drop down to the street to visit densely packed shopping arcades for a bite to eat or cup of coffee.Written 4 July 2024
- debaney0 contributionsHow do I download this …Unable to download tour -I managed to download mine but no one else could. Took the tour and it was informative and engaging but had to quit 1/2 way through - legs got tired but I’d been walking previously.Written 20 June 2024

- Pioneer7904770 contributionsBuyer beware. The link I was sent didn't work. The pdf version wouldn't download. I wasted a lot of time trying to access this tour on my last afternoon in London and I'm mad about it all.Written 16 May 2024

It was interesting and diverting to listen as I walked through bath. It was also very instructive, guiding me which places would be of interest

This is a nice introduction to Austen’s Bath - both her own life experiences and the two books that reference it, with lots of humour and fondness from the guides.
