First off we booked for 12pm, got there at 11:40 and when we asked if we could enter we were turned away and told we'd have to come back at 12 which wouldn't be a problem usually but this day it was absolutely tipping it down and we there is no shelter or anything to stand under

Lovely 30m-1hour. Not worth the price. Little one enjoyed it. Tunnel was the best bit, seeing the large fish swim over. Little one was obsessed with the penguins that came up very close to the glass.
