We are a family of 5 with kids aged 9, 12 and 14. We did coasteering twice, rock climbing twice, kayaking and gorge scrambling during our holiday in August 2024. All were with Sol (except one day where we did the gorge scrambling and one of the rock climbing trips with Meg). It was an absolute blast and I would recommend it, without hesitation. Sol and Meg were both really friendly and great with the kids, putting them at ease instantly and judging their levels before adapting each of the activities accordingly. They were all over the safety aspects of the activities and managed expectations really well given the choppy conditions at times. We were able to do everything we wanted to do in the end but were made aware that activities would not go ahead if they had concerns and I was very impressed with the level of testing before giving the go ahead - very reassuring. All of the activities we did were brilliant fun and contributed to a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. The only possible downside I can think of (and this is largely because I never believe a review if it's all glowing!) is that, as someone who likes to know exactly what I'm doing in advance, I felt we could have been sent location and time details a little earlier. Having now done the activities, I suspect that's because they are monitoring conditions etc and adapting in real time but also because they are (quite rightly) focusing on the activities they are doing with clients at the time rather than responding to my annoying texts! Once it got to our week, they were absolutely focused on us and made the holiday for us. I would absolutely recommend Sol and the team.

Fantastic day walking through the gorge . Instructor Don was lovely guy , really patient and kind and very knowledgeable. His years of experience really shined through . Wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again . Very well organised , great communication. Well done guys .

We booked in with these guys and had a fantastic time throughout. Whilst there is risks I and the people we went with felt completely safe with a very knowledgeable instructor, Zack our instructor made sure we had a great time and even had sweet treats for the end. Highly recommend! Also very impressed how absolutely everything on the route was optional.

First class activities with excellent instruction from Zach and James. Both my 14 year old son and my 50 year old self loved every minute and pushed ourselves to our limits. Such a wonderful setting as well in a beautiful woodland gorge. Amazing!

This was present for my teenage sons birthday, he had such an amazing time with Dom that he now wants to be an adventure guide himself. Dom took the time on the walk into and out of the gorge to chat about his experiences which really lit up my son's imagination and interest felt totally safe in Dom's hands and especially loved the climb up the waterfall at the end Dom was super accomodation of all abilities and really made us all feel safe and not pressurised to do something we were t comfortable doing Would highly recommend this company they seem to have the highest trained guides out of all the companies we have used in the past in this area.10/10.

I highly rate this experience as a quality adventure outing ,I booked for myself and my girlfriend on the discription of the event and it was a top adventure with 7 others of mixed ages ,the venue is wildly unique forest and gorge ,the instruction is professional and slick and the kit was brand new and super comfy to cope with the cold water sport .its a bit of everything a fun tame start that gets more challenging as you progress through a spectacular ravine .the Tyrolean zip line is a belter and when you think you have done the harder elements it’s time to take on the real stuff ,a slide and plummet into a huge plunge pool in the lower canyon .its better book and go to experience the rest . Absolutely amazing experience! Zak and Russ where brilliant with everyone in the group. We went with our 4 daughters ages 13-15, highly recommended. The walk back upto the car parking was a challenge and one of our group struggled but Zak was amazingly supportive and helpful. Thank you for making our experience above and beyond expectations!

The activity was awesome and Zack was a legend. We've done loads of extreme activities before and many in Wales but the tasks involved in this excursion still got the adrenaline running. Very helpful company, easily confident in the instructor and equipment, and the environment for this activity couldn't have been better. Plus with the access walk in and out made you feel as though you had actually earned the remote opportunity. A definite recommendation!

We did Classic Canyoning not Extreme Canyoning as I was a bit nervous. Absolutely brilliant experience. The team were so friendly and helpful and tailored the trip to our needs- nervous mum, thrill seeking teens. Nothing was too much trouble, our fun was their priority. Such a privilege to see parts of the woods and river that you can only see by getting into the water. Loved it, massive recommend. Thanks to Meg, Russ, Ben and Garn. And Sol of course, this is our second trip with these guys , our go-to adventure team in North Wales.

Great fun, guides were amazing. Pushed us out of comfortable zones! Our usually grumpy teenagers had a great day and really got in to it.

We had a great family canyoning trip with Sol with our 7 and 12 year old. They loved it after the initial shock of the cold water and it ended up being the highlight of their holiday! Sol really looked after us and was great with the kids.
