      A Must Do Tour
This was an outstanding tour. Patrick, our driver, was so well spoken, informative and kind. The bus was perfect and the stops along the way were well done.. bathroom breaks, stretch your legs, eating and of course, taking in the sights of Northern Ireland! My husband enjoyed the stop at the Bushmill Distillery ( not long) and I enjoyed everything else! Ha

Loved this! Lots of good experiences for the price. Patrick was a great guide and driver. I loved the clear organization and timings. I can’t think of a single complaint. If you’re wanting a tour with this itinerary, it’s a great choice!

      Fantastic, must do trip
The trip was excellent value for money, and we both thoroughly enjoyed the day. Paul, the driver was funny & informative, without talking too much and unnecessarily. He gave context to each of the places we visited. We did not feel rushed at any of the stops. We had plenty of time at the Causeway, too, which was the highlight. Plan for the weather, and wear sensible shoes to get the most from the visit. There is the opportunity for a pub lunch that can be booked ahead of arriving at the lunch stop, but you can bring your own lunch and use the pub beer garden, though it was a dry and warm day for us, it might have been less fun on a rainy/cold day. There were covered areas, but there was limited space.

      Giant Causeaway trip
Fabulous day trip. Our coach driver was very informative, extremely polite and very funny apart from the odd corny joke. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Well worth the cost and a day that left me with so many fond memories. Thank you Mcomb’s for a wonderful day.

A nice day trip with beautiful scenery
It was an eventful trip. We were lucky enough with both the weather and the traffic, no rain and no big waiting anywhere, it definitely helped with the experience. Plenty of stops for bathroom/coffee needs:) I recommend to sit on the right side behind the bus driver, it provides beautiful views when driving alongside the shore. Our driver/guide Paul was great, knew a lot and was entertaining. There's an option to order lunch in advance from a set menu, so when you arrive to Ballintoy, you get served immediately (not included in the price, you pay there). The lunch was ok, nothing to write home about, but it was filling. There was a lot of gorgeous scenery, Paul stopped at many places so you can stretch your legs and take a photo if you like. The Giant's Causeway has two trails you can take to get to - red one and blue one. Blue one is easier, red one is a bit more challenging, I'd recommend good shoes. If you have troubles with your knees, maybe not for you. There's also a bus going from the visitor's center to the stones directly (and the other way as well, Paul said it costs 1 pound). The last stop is the Dark Hedges - I'm not a GoT fan, it was nice, but nothing that special. If you are a fan, it might mean more to you.

      Excellent Trip.
Outstanding driver and compere, the best guide a group could want. Paul was very knowledgeable, detailed, thorough and had a great sense of humour. He gave a wonderful insight into the history of Ireland. The journey was ten hours in total and we enjoyed multiple stops along the coast road to many sights. We weren’t rushed, nobody complained and he praised our group for being so punctual and entertaining. Highly recommended trip. A well deserved five stars. 🌟

      Couldn't fault it.
Absolutely fantastic day out. Everything was spot on! Paul, our driver and guide, had incredible knowledge of the tour, really great historical facts and helped us understand exactly what we were looking at, but also had great humour and stories to tell! Coach was great (had USC charging points, wish I'd brought my cable as we took lots of pictures!) It was such an easy day, too - every stop was well organized and the perfect amount of time - toilet stops, coffee stops and Paul filled us in on everything we needed to know, logistically. We ordered a pub lunch, Paul showed us a menu at our first stop and we ordered with him shortly after - food was ready at the pub when we got there, good quality and value, too. Couldn't fault the day - even though it's a Giant's Causeway tour, it was all the other parts of the day that made it perfect. Highly recommend.

      So fun and easy!
The tour and our tour guide, Patrick, were both awesome! You go to so many different places, many of which I wouldn't have gotten to otherwise. Though you don't have a ton of time in all the stops, there's plenty of time at the Giant's Causeway, which is the most important part. You also have the opportunity to buy lunch from a local pub (I don't think many other tours have this option). Book this tour!

      Super easy and enjoyable trip!
Awesome trip! The guide was great and the scenery was amazing. My first time in Northern Ireland and got a great feel for what some of the landscape is like. The trip gave plenty of time at each of the stops, and had a wide range of activities so people could check out what they were interested in. It made getting to Giant's Causeway really easy and accessible.

      Best coach trip ever!
This was a wonderful day! We loved our coach driver, who was very informative and made our trip enjoyable. Each stop gave us enough time to check things out and take photos. The Giant's Causeway and Bushmills were both highlights of the trip. Travelling along the Antrim Coast as spectacular. The bus was very comfortable. Thanks to McComb's for providing us with great memories.

      Splendid day out
What a splendid day. The coach was full, but we were comfortable. There were lots of different nationalities on the trip, but everyone got back to the coach on time at the many stops. The thing that absolutely made the day was Patrick, our excellent driver and guide. What a character, and we forgive you all the bad jokes. If you are looking for a day trip from Belfast to the Giant's Causeway, this is the one to go for; we can't recommend it highly enough. Superb!

      Fun Day!
Overall, this was a fun and interesting day tour. Our driver, Patrick, was exceptional. He was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. The bus was clean and comfortable. The Giant's Causeway was spectacular and beautiful, and we enjoyed a nice walk around the Red Trail (or take the Blue Trail if a longer, steeper walk and 156 steps are too much.) The other stops weren't remarkable.

This tour is well worth the money, you get a lot considering you pay £30. Set off on time at 8:30 and back at 6:00. I recommend getting there 10 mins early at least so you can sit together in groups. You get amazing views all along the north coast, lots of history and stories. If you're lucky enough to have our tour guide, Ray, then you're in for a great day. He knows a lot of great information and is the perfect light hearted character for a trip like this.
Loads of stops and the longest we were on the bus at any one time was one hour and a half. Kings road and the cave Melisandre gave birth in were amazing locations relating to GOT, but you get to see and learn so much more.
I read a lot of reviews before going and I can't believe people said the food was bad. We had option 3, chicken goujons and the portion was very generous and it was delicious. The size of the tenders was unexpected! Careful of buying drinks though, they're not cheap at the pub you stop for lunch at. A small lemonade was about £2.50 (smaller than half a pint if you can believe it!).
I'd recommend instead getting some drinks from the shop you stop at earlier in the tour next to where Arya climbs out of the water.
The giants causeway is a great bit of the day - but if you can, take whatever you may need for weather protection as you're completely exposed for a good couple of hours!! Also, take cash with you if you want to get the bus down and up the steep road down to the feature. It's only a couple of pounds I think (we like walking so did that).
I'd highly recommend this to anyone. I would say though, there was one disgruntled Game of Thrones fan who thought there'd be more on it. For me, who is also a fan but not die hard, there was plenty there. But I can recommend visiting the Game of Thrones studios (short but great).

This tour was about £15 cheaper than our first choice tour, but once you get on board the driver then tries to sell "discount" admission tickets to the rope bridge and Giants Causeway, which cost £15 and supposedly save £6.5. We decided not to do the rope bridge at Carrick-a-Rede and decided to have a walk around the area, which was a great alternative as if you walked down to the second carpark towards the quarry this is another GOT location so a good alternative to the rope bridge, there's also a tea room at the entrance to the carpark if you want to sit somewhere warm as an alternative. At Giants Causeway we also opted out of the official tour, we found here that if you walked behind the hotel you could walk yourself down to the Giant Causeway with no admission fee. Overall the tour covered a lot of ground, there's a fair bit of driving on windey coastal roads and it's tough for the driver also to be the guide, we got back to Belfast at about 6pm so it's a long & pretty chilly day, for me I'd have been happier to pay a bit more and not deal with the "opt in / out" issues, but there was no availability on our preferred tour, but this one was still worth doing as a backup

We booked a coach tour but given that many people cancelled, we were offer the opportunity to do a private tour. I have to say we were lucky to have done it. My partner and I had the most wonderful time with Richard Hodgen. He was an extra during the series and he told us all about his experience at these locations. He was an amazing guide but, more importantly, a wonderful human being. It was such an honor and pleasure to meet him and to share this tour with him, showing us his beautiful country. We had the opportunity to do some LARPing (live action role playing) with swords, shield, and costumes provided by the tour in the same exact locations the Iron Islands where located on the series. This is by far the most comprehensive GoT dedicated tour, showing clips and behind the scenes photos of the locations, a first hand story of how the crew developed this fantastic series. And the best aspect for us was the fact that we got to see the real beauty Ireland has to offer and all the history behind it told by one of their own. I recommend this tour, specially the private tour, to couples or small groups to get the most personalised experience!

Had a great time on McCombs tour today! Derek was a very friendly and knowledgable guide who gave us lots of information and history on the sights. A bit of history, some irish legends and some humour thrown in too.

At the start of the tour he went through Covid 19 protocol on the bus. There was alcohol hand gel provided on entry and leaving the bus and everyone who could wore a mask on the bus. Also it was not jam packed. He kept to time and gave us more than enough time at each stop. He also told us where bathrooms would be at each stop and if there were any shops about where you could buy snacks. We made a stop for lunch also which you could order in advance if you wanted or you could just chill out/have your own food either. There are USB charging ports on the bus as well!

The sights included on the tour were great. We had brilliant weather as well which was good for photos. The rope bridge is closed at the moment because of covid restrictions but we saw the ruins of a castle instead which definitely made up for it! Would and will recommend this tour to friends!

    Thank you!

First of all I want to say I have never watched GOT but this tour was great anyway! The driver Derek made the tour great all day. He had a great sense of humor and an excellent way of delivering informative facts about the area. The scenery and the drivers commentary really made the day. I strongly recommend this tour.

Our guide could not have been better. Derek was so, so funny! He was so calm under pressure too (more later)!
The tour on the whole was a 4 out of 5 but Derek elevated my score to 5. The Covid restrictions meant that the Carrick-a-Rede bridge wasn't something we could cross, nor the circular walk at the Giant's Causeway (although you could get to the GC on a there and back walk).
Giant's Causeway was the main attraction as I have never seen Game of Thrones. However, the Dark Hedges was definitely worth including on any trip from Belfast to the North Antrim coast.
We had a 30 minute delay due to an engine problem which the unflappable Derek sorted after a tip off from a local farmer to try and spray Lynx into a vent (which worked!). Towards the end of the tour a small van ignored a passing place and almost wedged itself between the coach and the hedge...again, Derek dealt with the situation with comedy rather than rage.

Wow what can I say?! Booked to go on this tour with my partner during our 3 night holiday to Belfast. £25 is a very small price to pay for the experience you receive. We travelled with driver Patrick who was informative, funny and conscious of guests needs and told us exactly where everything was, couldn’t have asked for a better coach driver! The tour itself is fantastic, you don’t need to be a GOT fan to enjoy the stunning views and incredibly scenery around! Included was an hour and a half at the Giants Causeway which is unbelievable and plenty of time to explore around the place. Fantastic trip and would highly recommend. Thank you Patrick and Mccombs.

You will need to pay extra fifteen bucks to have the causeway and bridge- only cash
Lunch not included but food was decent.
Troy was good although you may not like him as he never gets out of the microfone during the entire day. anyway, lessons learn. I am not a tour type a person and was probably my last tour experience. Don’t have the passion anymore to tolerate some stereotype (teenager pretending to be a blogger/singer/whatever; some chineses taking million pictures everywhere, always late and not let people enjoying the time etc)

    Schedule and transportation were great.

The tour overall was excellent. The guide Patrick was informative and knowledgeable. The starting point was easy to navigate to and easy to find the person to check you in. We were able to leave a few minutes early and the journey began. The stops were quite brief in the beginning but indeed had enough time to use the restrooms, and take pictures. Giants causeway had to most time to explore which was about 2 hours. The disappointing part of this trip was that we did not get to visit the caves or bush mills. We went on a Sunday and bushmills is closed on sundays. The restaurant they take you to for lunch was not good at all and I don’t recommend you order from them. It was expensive and poor quality. My husband had the burger and it was so dry it was nearly inedible. I had the Caesar salad which was okay. Our table mates had the seafood chowder and they did not recommend. There are a few markets to stop at prior to lunch so I would recommend buying lunch items from those and getting a drink at the restaurant instead. The tour was over an hour shorter due to the closures of the two locations but it was a full day nonetheless. We lucked out with weather but prepare for muddy walking and def wear hiking shoes for the causeway.
