What to expect
We set off around Belfast city center to take in the murals and art work that has become so synonymous with the Belfast troubles. We take time to write a message along the peace wall of the loyalist/ Republican divide. We then make our way right in to the heart of the city, stopping at one of Ireland’s oldest pubs, pointing out spectacular churches and monuments along the way. Next stop Belfast city hall where we hear some of the history behind it and marvel at the unique architecture. Then south to the Belfast Botanical Gardens, Palm house and Ulster Museum, taking in the sculptures along the way. Through the Holy Lands and along the River Lagan to the unforgettable St George’s Market, an overload of the senses. Stopping to sample some the traditional food on the way through. Over the Lagan and in to the Titanic Quarter, a lot to see here and plenty of photo opportunities. As we cross back over the River Lagan we enter the vibrant and ever trendy Cathedral quarter with some real surprises if you know where to look. Your tour guide David is fun, knowledgeable and you are guaranteed to have the “best craic” in town.

A bike tour can be a great way to see a city, and Belfast Bike Tours is no exception
Jul 2021
A bike tour can be a great way to see a city, and Belfast Bike Tours is no exception. Dave's style is very personable and having no obvious set patter, he just talks about the things you're interested in. He also knows how to take some good photos.

There's no rush and being on the flat, it's all very easy going. The bikes are in good condition and easy to adjust size wise.

So if you fancy a fun way to see and learn about Belfast centre and the Titanic Quarter, try this. It's far better than a bus tour. We know, now we've done both.

Guided Bike Tour Belfast With Dave
Jun 2021
Myself & Julie did the bike tour with Dave, thoroughly enjoyed it, very informative about Belfast and it's history especially about the Titanic :-). Highlight of the tour was stopping off for a couple of pints of the dark stuff!! Would do it again :-)

The best way to see Belfast!
Jun 2021 • Couples
Perfectly paced, and extremely safe, this is without a doubt, the best way to see Belfast!
The tour took us through the several distinctive quarters of Belfast, stopping at key points along the way.
The tour is exciting, and unexpected, and our tour guide David had such a depth of knowledge.
The bikes are super comfortable, and the ride is for any fitness level.
I thought I had seen most of Belfast on my first trip, but taking a Belfast Bike Tour on my second visit to the city has shown me so much more.

Super fun city tour!
David gave us a super fun tour through the city. A super nice way of getting a good overview of Belfast. I particularly liked the stop at the St. George’s Market. Thanks, David!

Excellent and memorable bike tour
Sep 2020
David was excellent so friendly yet professional and informative. It was just me Colette and my brother Sean on a road trip around Ireland and this was a highlight. We saw and feel in love with so much of Belfast and David was instrumental to that. Thanks to him we had the most amazing breakfast in St George's market. He felt like a friend by the end of it.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND. WE LOVE BELFAST, WE DO!!!! <3

Unique and incredible experience, not to be missed
Aug 2020
This was my second tour with Belfast Bike Tours, and like last year, the first half of the route was around Belfast centre, and what really struck me was how one minute we were out in the open (at the Game of Thrones studios and where the Titanic was built) surrounded by the open air & sea breeze, and only minutes later we were winding through the high-sided cobbled streets of the Cathedral Quarter. It really is something you can only do on a bike.

The second half was different to last year; this time we saw the beautiful Botanic Gardens and Queens University, which again were such a different experience, but still only 5 minutes ride away from the City Centre.

All in all, this is just a must do. In a car or on a tour bus, you just couldn't get to all these places through the narrow and intricate routes, and on foot you just couldn't get round in a day as there is so much to see.

Massive well done (again) to Belfast Bike Tours on providing a unique and incredible experience!

Just do it!!
This is an absolute must do when you visit Belfast. A fun, enjoyable, interesting and educational way to see the city. David the tour guide is fantastic and full of knowledge. I went along with a friend and had a superb morning. It took about 2.5 hours and we got to see all over the city from the Titanic Quarter to The Peace Wall, Shankill Road and much, much more.

I'd do this again in a heartbeat.

Amazing!
Aug 2020 • Couples
We had a superb experience with our guide David, it was like being out with a friend seeing Belfast off the beaten track! We've both been to the city many times before and we saw a side we hadn't seen previously and learned so much new information. An incredible experience that I'd highly recommend!
