The trip and was wonderful, the drive along the coast was enjoyable, and the Giant's causeway was breathtaking. Michael Smith was knowledgeable and gave us some background information about all the stops/spots. The best part about going with Mick's is the cutomizability, one has the option to visit either the planned tourist route or a more customised route. Just as an added advantage Michael can suggest restaurants (hidden gems or popular) along the way that will suite even the most picky eaters palate (just inform him at the start).

Make sure you flick your Bic and pick Mick! Our entourage included two elderly Brits and a couple rascally Americans and Mick flawlessly constructed an experience that was tailored to our interests and varying physical capabilities - not an easy task. He went out of his way to facilitate unique requests, which he made flow seamlessly into his plans. His informed insight, coupled with his passion and knowledge of the area, made for a fabulous day. We were entertained and unexpectedly educated throughout. Should we be fortunate enough to find ourselves back in Mick's realm, our first act of business would be to retain his services.
Thank you, Mick and here's to seeing you again.

We had a fantastic 3 days we Mick. He took us on the Atrum/Giant’s Causeway tour, the Belfast city tour, and provided two airport transfers. He was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and very accommodating. He took care of all the little details so that we could just enjoy our trip. He has a deep understanding of the history of Belfast based on growing up in the city during the troubles. I highly recommend Mick for a hassle free tour provided by a friendly, knowledgeable local.

To say that Mick was the best decision of our week in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, would be a gross understatement. By chance, he was referred to us by an Uber driver. He has great respect among that community and it was assured that he would take care of us. That he did. He customized a full 8 hour day based on our conversation. It was spectacular and very reasonably priced for all that we did and the miles that we covered. It was beyond my greatest expectation.

In fact, we enjoyed him so much, that we hired him again for another custom trip south to Dublin via the Passageway Tombs. To our surprise, he added a few other stops before we ever left Belfast. I returned home completely satisfied in gaining so much knowledge of NI and Ireland. We saw areas of both that we would have not been able to see otherwise.

He shared his passion, his heart and his knowledge to ensure we gained a wide perspective of history. And, when he found out my Goddaughter was also a major Game of Thrones fan, he added even more stops to her thrill.

Early 60s gal and mid 20s gal felt completely safe in his care. Quite frankly, I am not sure why anyone would go to Northern Ireland and not hire Mick to share it with them. Again, he was our best investment. Make him your first contact and then book hotels, make plans, etc. He will guide you through what you want to do!

In fact, I plan on doing just that for my next trip back!

Hi Susan, Nice to hear from you again. You gals were 100% delightful to spend time with and felt like family. It was a pleasure to show you the best parts of Ireland and to make new discoveries along with you. I have updated the website to now include the crosskeys inn and new grange for other guests. Thank you for your honest review and I look forward to meeting you at the airport when you return to fulfill your mission. Thanks Mick
