Recently returned from an 8 day south west tour of Ireland with Joseph Mulligan of Happy Irish Tours. Traveled with my family of 6, Sept. 19 to the 26th. I gave Joseph an idea of where I wanted to go and he planned the trip and picked us up at the airport in a comfortable van and we traveled the sites around Galway, Killarney, Cobh, and Blarney. We all enjoy Joseph's tales, songs, and history of his Country. By the end of trip we felt like he was family. I would highly recommend Joseph and when we decide to travel to Northern Ireland will use him again. Thanks Joseph.

We had an unforgettable journey through Ireland in July! We resourced Joseph Mulligan of Happy Irish Tours- he had such passion for Irish history and culture, he set a tone for an enriching experience for our family of seven. Joseph had quite an encyclopedic knowledge of Ireland's history, local folklore and traditions. Beyond sharing the wonders of Ireland, Joseph was a joyful SINGER! He taught us popular Irish songs (Belle of Belfast City was my favorite) while we drove from Cork to Donegal to Dublin and everywhere in-between. He tailored the tour to our interests, seamlessly planned our personalized schedule to accommodate ancestry stops and wonderful sites. Healy’s Pass, Slieve League Cliffs, and White Rock Beach were among my favorites. He helped coordinate our logistics- helped find hotels, entertainment, authentic local eateries, pubs for trad music- in every town. He effortlessly made us feel like cherished guests or even family rather than tourists. He had such a professional yet, warm, personalized approach! Touring Ireland with Joseph was an absolute privilege. He exceeded our expectations, especially the history buffs and nature enthusiasts in our group. Exceptional guidance, cheeky banter, loads of fun! Highly recommend!

I was so terribly pleased with the driver and tour guide we had today. Richard was personable, funny, and had a wealth of knowledge. Stuart was great on the road and also shared information when we were on breaks. It was so nice to hear the stories and background of Northern Ireland. They couldn't have been any better!! It was an experience I would definitely do again

We had three couples take the tour of Northern Ireland. Joseph was a blast. Lots if history, singing, stories, and wonderful memories. Got to see the Glens and all the other sites mentioned in the tour! If this is the only tour you take in Ireland you should take his tour. All of us had a great time with nothing but good things to say. Very comfortable nice bus, good food, and good company. Joseph gave great advice as to what to see and do. Would love to go back and do it again some day! Be sure to ask for Joseph Mulligan.

Set up a tour for 14 of us off a cruise ship and made sure that Joey Mulligan was our driver and guide after reading the glowing reviews posted below. We were so enchanted with him that the time flew by as we had a customized tour. He is a excellent singer, a superb entertainer, an extremely knowledgeable person and a joy to be around. He made us laugh, taught us songs and got us to our sites early and with an extensive understanding of what we were seeing. Do not miss a tour with Joey if you are in Belfast.

Joey is extremely authentic & passionate. He has incredible knowledge of History, folklore and a huge repertoire of Irish songs (he sang the whole day)!! Absolutely loved this day and wish we could have had him in every city we went too. He took us to amazing waterfalls, bridge, Dunluce, Giants Causeway and more!

This is the best tour, we as a group, has ever had! (And some of us travel damn much!) Joesph is such a nice man and knows everything!! The things we saw was very special, interesting and the stories we heard on the road was amazing! We would definitely recommend. Best tour guide ever. It is as simple as that.

Me and 6 lads had the pleasure of a private tour with Joseph. We went to Cork and Blarney from Dublin. Josephs storytelling and Tales of Legends was amazing. Joseph has an incredible ability to make the tour intimate, and full of Joy. I send my warmest recommendations to you who want a tour you wish would go on for ever. We did the giants causeway tour and rope bridge along with bushmills what an excellent day . our driver Roberta was a bundle of laughs and our tour guide Sean was brilliant what a double act, had the best day and learnt so much about the area, Totally recommend this tour aswell as the hop on hop off tour. we did it twice it was so interesting and our tour guide Brian English (great name for an Irishman) was a wealth of knowledge and a comedian to boot. can't recommend these tours enough well done guys. this was a coach trip ,,start in Belfast and drive around county Antrim ,,seeing alot of small towns ,,nice country side ,,giants causway ,,,value for money and the drivers and guide were very helpfull with information and with questions ,,,

Had a wonderful time with Joseph, he's knowledgeable, humorous n sings very well.He took the 13 of us to the Giant Causeway n Dublin in June, we enjoyed our time in Ireland very much

I've been to Ireland three times but have never been able to make it to Velfast or the Causeway. The shops tour was excellent. We had a great driver and a very knowledgeable tour guide. Our group was moderate in size. The Causeway is quite something else. As you walk down to the main area you look at a few average looking rocks and think - what's the big deal. Then you head a little further, round the corner and oh my what a sight. It is really cool! Everyone who works at the site are so nice and friendly. I loved every minute of it. Then our driver gave us a nice tour of the city and provided us with a lot of background d i formation on the turmoil and terrible history that had gone on there. Very interesting. Great tour,

Joey is the best tour guide I have ever had. His Mercedes bus which held all ten of us comfortably and was perfect for us, can take up to 16 people. We had a few older people in our party who were easily able to get off and on. Joey showed up on time and got us back to the ship on time He was so knowledgeable and shared with tus the amazing history of Ireland, legend and folklore. Additionally he serenaded us with beautiful Irish song in an amazing voice. He was flexible and changed our tour up to meet our desires. We would go with Joey on a journey to the end of the earth and back. Thank you Joey!
