Fantastic Ghost Tour
Oct 2021 • Family
We had a fantastic evening looking around some of the most interesting and haunted areas of Edinburgh! Our guide ‘The Hangman’ was excellent. His descriptions of what the streets and underground caverns would have been like many years ago really brought the scenes to life. By far the best ghost tour we have been on, even the rain didn't make the experience any less enjoyable.

Disappointing
Oct 2021 • Couples
Disappointing. Too much walking across the city and not enough time underground in the vaults (last 10mins). Not scary at all and the graveyard was full of other ghost tours happening at the same time. Some interesting stories from our guide though but not worth the money.

Dr Knox, was very informative, and very funny.

Jessie King

Our tour this evening with the infamous Jessie King was amazing. The weather was typical northern rain but it did not dampen anyone's spirits. Jessie was super informative and really passionate about her role with humour fit for both adults and children. Our girls aged 8 and 10 loved it, we would love to return and do it all again!

What a fantastic tour! Our 10 year old absolutely loved it and this was 100% down to the guide Jame Douglas! He was perfectly hilarious, scary and knowledgeable. An absolute master at story telling and crowd participation. We would fully recommend anyone visiting Edinburgh to take one of these tours.

Hanging out with the Hangman
A very interesting and entertaining insight into Edinburgh. The Hangman aka Alexander aka Paul was very engaging and a great storyteller. Very professional and an excellent guage of his audience. Loved the atmosphere in the graveyard!
