Great visit here & Callum was a fantastic tour guide. Definitely worth a visit if in Glasgow. Tried the Tennent’s at the end but as a non beer lover promptly gave it to my husband.

Rum Masterclass with Tony & Tenants Stout
We actually did the rum master class but can’t find an option to leave a review for that….we had an absolute brilliant experience doing this. Our host Tony was top class, was so informative and interesting but at the same time very entertaining. He really took the experience to the next level with his personality. Also I tired Tennent’s stout for the first time…this should definitely be in bars across the county, please make this happen!

A definite must when visiting Glasgow!
Our visit to Tennents was really interesting and enjoyable. Whilst waiting for the tour to begin we were able to peruse the museum, play on some table football and an retro arcade machine. On the tour itself, Callum ensured we were throughly entertained whilst guiding us around the Brewery. Perfectly paced, with enough stops for photos and questions before heading back to the bar for the best pint of Tennents I've ever had. A definite must if visiting Glasgow. We even became rather fond of our blue hairnets by the end.

A really enjoyable informative and hilarious tour
Really enjoyed this tour learning about the history of tennents and it's impact on Scotland as well. Our guide Tony was informative and hilarious in equal measure which really added to the tour. I'll think of it fondly whilst drinking out of my engraved glass at home. The beer tasting was a nice paid extra that really enhanced the tour experience - thanks very much

    Must do 1 hour experience
Great experience! Started off in the visitors centre where there were a few games, fussball etc and a museum. Then we went all around the factory and up on viewing platforms. Ended at the bar and had a free pint to try (choice of pint too, including alcohol free and gluten free). We paid £6 for a really informative tasting flight of their 3 most popular exports! Dan our tour guide was amazing, knew so much and was friendly and enthusiastic, got the sense he really loves his job and the brewery! Would definitely go back!

Excellent & informative tour with Harvey
Excellent & informative tour. We booked late to be part of a small group on a Saturday afternoon. Our guide Harvey was friendly, informative, welcomed questions, answered with knowledge and humour and ensured the tour was a positive experience all round. Would definitely recommend.

I visited the brewery with my father and we both enjoyed the experience. From start to finished the tour was well organised and engaging. Fenna, our guide was knowledgeable and good craic; providing insights into the history of Tennents and the brewing process, she really knew her stuff. The brewery itself is impressive and we enjoyed seeing the production process. The tasting selection at the end is worth the extra few pound, the beer was fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend a visit for anyone interested in beer, history or just a fun afternoon out. It's a nice experience and I enjoyed spending it with my father.

Decided last minute to try get a tourfor my boyfriends birthfay, Tony who I was emailing and ended up speaking to via the phone literally done everything in his power to help me. We got booked in via a cancellation. When we arrived it happened to be him that greeted us and remembered me via the phone. The visitor museum had a lot more than expected and our tour guide Dan was incredibly knowledgeable and fun. When we reached the bar him and the very new barman (I wouldnt have guessed as he was as knowledgeable but stated he was New) we done the tasting we HIGHLY recommend doing the tasting and everyone running the tour was amazing, we might return on a weekday soon. Gutted we never done this sooner after living 42 years in Glasgow. Ps put the stout out for public consumption 😘

An excellent couple of hours spent at the brewery tour! We weren’t sure on our time availability but were able to book online same day for that afternoon. The group was nice and small of around 10 people and our guide, Calum, was super friendly and knowledgeable. The fresh pint at the end was beautiful, and an extra £6 for additional tasters was great value!

I booked the tour as part of a fathers/sons weekend in Glasgow and we were not disappointed. Calum, our guide, was brilliant. He comfortably mixed the history and heritage of Tennents with good humour. Thanks Calum.

The unpasteurised pint of T at the end of the tour was very smooth and probably one of the best pints of Tennents you'll probably drink. The additional beer flight, sampling several Tennents branded beers some of which are not available in the UK, was worth the additional £6, enhanced by Calum's knowledge and obvious enthusiasm.

If you're visiting Glasgow, this tour is definitely worth a go.

We had an amazing time at the tennents brewery tour, could not recommend the tour highly enough. Dan, our guide, was clearly knowledgable, made us really comfortable and put up with our many questions, answering them all really well! The history of the brewery and tennents is made really interesting, and it’s facinating to get a walk through a working brewery. Would genuinely consider booking on again, and would 100% recommend to tennents and non tennents fans alike!

We went on the tour on a Saturday afternoon and there was no production happening so was really just a walk round an empty factory. They really could have highlighted this when booking or had cheaper tickets if you're not actually seeing anything. The tour guide, Nicole, was quite irritating. She swore an awful lot, it was fine when she was quoting someone, but she kept doing it then giggling - didnt come across as very professional. And she needs to stop saying "back in the day". She acted like she was telling us a huge secret that Stella was brewed there, everyone in Glasgow knows it was brewed there. The tasting at the end was fine but she kept going on about hownit would be the freshest tasting pint we'd had, it just tasted like Tennents.
Ovall it was an OK tour but not something I'd do again and would recommend anyone goes at the weekend.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We must clarify that there is inaccurate information provided about our tour, including the fact that production does not occur on weekends. This information has been consistently communicated on five separate occasions during the booking process.. Regarding your comments about our tour guide, Nicole, we would like to emphasize that our team takes pride in maintaining a high level of professionalism which I believe that Nicole was during your tour.

The Tennent's Brewery Tour was absolutely fantastic! I gained a really thorough understanding of the brewery's history and operations, and just when I reached the limit of "school," I got to sample the goods! The standard pint of Tennent's Lager is included, but I splurged on the upgrade and enjoyed a taste of Tennent's export beers. It was a great way to taste and compare the various beers made on site.

A huge shoutout to our tour guide, Tony! He was quick with a joke, incredibly personable, and clearly very knowledgeable about the brewery. He made the whole experience engaging and fun. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Glasgow, and I especially recommend Tony as your guide!

Today we had a tour of the brewery with Callum, firstly we were so lucky to have a quiet tour it was just the 2 of us so we felt like we had a real personal experience but that was also thanks to our tour guide, Callum had a fantastic knowledge on the brewery and the beers history but also was a brilliant tour guide really funny upbeat and just made you feel relaxed. We felt like we were just talking with a friend would 1000% recommend a tour especially with Callum. The tour of the brewery was brilliant not like a lot of other tours it was real and raw and what we actually wanted to see.
We also had the beer flyer at the end which was fantastic well worth the money and great value for money especially getting to try the chocolate coffee flavour and scotch ale.
The whole tour was 100% great value for money and we will be returning with friends.

Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful experience! We’re delighted you felt the tour was personal and that Callum’s upbeat approach and deep knowledge made it feel like chatting with a friend. It’s also great to hear you enjoyed the real, behind-the-scenes look at the brewery and loved the variety of flavors in our beer flight—especially the stout and Scotch ale! A 50th birthday treat ! What a fantastic experience. A really interesting tour learning all about the history of Tennet”s Lager. Some pretty staggering facts and numbers !!
Our tour guide was called Tony and he was excellent. While being extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the history and business he kept us all engaged and interested with a great sense of humour. The pint at the end was exceptional and the taster session was also very interesting.
We visited on the weekend but we are booking again to visit during the week while the Brewery is in production.
We also met another tour guide Callum in the gift shop who was also excellent.
