I was very happy about, that almost half of the tour was going throughout the Scottish highlands and we could enjoy that amazing nature.

We took this tour with Ryan who was an excellent guide with exceptional knowledge of the highlands. The tour was perfectly paced with plenty of rest stops and stops to take magical photographs of the loch and other highlights of the highlands. This tour definitely over delivered on all fronts - thanks Ryan and team.

Our guide for the day was Malcom. He was excellent. So interesting to listen to and so knowledgeable. We really enjoyed our day cruising around the banks of Loch Ness. Urquhart castle and grounds was amazing. Walking through the field of purple heather on a windy day day is amazing. The scenery is spectacular. I would highly recommend this trip.

This tour was really enjoyable. Lots of lovely scenery and enjoyed the minibus taking us out of town and seeing the beautiful landscape.
Ray was a great driver and guide. Helping in any way he could. The friend I was with couldn’t walk very far and Ray sorted out a mobility scooter out for him at Urquhart castle which was excellent.
The Scottish music playing as you drove around the beautiful highlands was something that will stay with me. Pictures don’t do justice to the parts of Scotland we have seen today.
Wouldn’t hesitate to book with this company again.

Conducting a bus tour in COVID times is not easy yet the tour company made it a really enjoyable experience. We were a small group and there was enough space to socially distance in the bus itself.

The tourguide was very personable and gave us time to explore the various sites on the tour (including Fort Augustus, Loch Ness, the river cruise, Falls of Foyers).

I'd definitely recommend the tour - a must-do and a great day out if visiting Inverness

Our driver for the day was Chris. He was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our day round the banks of Loch Ness hunting for Nessie 😉

We elected to do the stop at Urquhart Castle (which I’d recommend doing if you’ve not done it before) and the cruise with Jacobite Cruises. These are at an additional cost and should be booked before the day of your tour. I was sent a link by Timberbush to do it online, which all worked smoothly.

We made lots of stops for photos and had lunch in Fort Augustus at the Lock Inn, which I’d also recommend.

Timberbush is our go-to tour company in Edinburgh and were an excellent choice in Inverness.

Due to Scotland coronavirus restrictions, instead of visiting castles, we took Loch Ness cruise. It was a nice journey.

The wind in Highland was something. But I enjoyed the trip.

I came back with the conviction that Scotland is one of the most beautiful places on earth, very specially the majestic Highlands. The tours were banquets to the eyes. The land is unforgettable. What one sees, smells, hears, and touch will stay with one forever. The tours offer melodious Scottish music; wonderful, imaginative romantic, magical, scary, sad, and happy stories; views to die for of the lochs, rivers, mountains, cascades, bridges, castles, green emerald grass and plants. My husband and I did two tours with Timberbush Tours: "Loch Ness and The Highlands from Inverness" and "The Isle of Skye & Eilean Donan Castle", both with beautiful Tonks.
Tonks is the best as driver and tour guide. She is a heart, mind, and body charged with energy, happiness, and kindness. She radiates goodness towards the tourists, profound love for the land, and generosity in sharing her knowledge about the points visited. Thank you, Tonks! God bless you!
