      Get rid of the driver/guide!
The sites visited were beautiful. The company leaves much to be desired- No information once payment was taken. Upon check-in, no company representative seemed to know which bus was allocated for our six day all Ireland tour, is was chaotic and departure was late. Itinerary changed often and times were all over the place; we were having lunch at 15:00 and 16:00!!!! Guide gave no information, history, he was moody and rude several times. Guide NEVER did a head count - that is another story! Accomodation on one night was shocking. I emailed Paddy Wagon and received no reply. The last day the guide’s behaviour was atrocious. Tour was due to arrive at Paddy Wagon office around 19:30 hours and actual 21:00; this is acceptable as traffic can be unpredictable. Guide said he could only drop us off at another location - which was very inconvenient for all passengers, mostly everyone needed to book an Uber trip. I would not recommend this company.

      Worst Tour Ever
We had the 11:15 pickup at the Tourist Center in Killarney where we parked. More on that later. Our "tour" guide if you want to call it that knew nothing about any points of interest, told us little to nothing about anything. He was merely a bus driver. He was tough to understand. 95% of the time he said nothing and when he did couldn't understand it and the microphone cut in and out. During down time from him saying anything it was the hum of the bus. He did try to play one song and it was a John Denver song called Take Me Home To West Virginia??? He actually had pulled out and was leaving 3 people on the tour until another person on the tour stopped him telling him we didn't have everyone. Not once did a head count. Poor language skills, total lack of history of the Dingle tour( we learned nothing and never even knew what towns we passed through) He then dropped us a 13 minute walk from our car at a different spot from where we parked and were picked up. Ridiculous to do that to all of us parked there. We are 68 and 71 years old. He said oh it's only a 5 minute walk and I told my phone said 13 minute walk which it was. This tour was the worst part of our trip so far. We are letting Trip Advisor know as well. You need to get knowledgeable people to conduct these tours. This was totally unacceptable.

Ring of Kerry Tour was totally misrepresented
Our tour was awful. We paid for a Ring of Kerry tour and the itinerary highlighted on the internet did not even come close. We never saw the water except for Inch Beach. We did not go on the ring road or see the Skellig Islands or anything else along the ring except for 20 minutes in Adare and 2 hours in Kilkenny. Our driver pushed everyone to take the Jaunty tour in Kilkenny telling the bus that there is nothong to see or do in Kilkenny. We spent 15 euros each shoved into a carriage with 8 other people. We couldn't even turn to take photos since there was no room. Independent travelers had 3 passengers. The ride was a simple stroll through a park and nothing more. Does the company get a kickback? Our driver was opinionated and insulting. He said that not leaving him a tip reflected on our culture. I am American and tip all the time. His comments were uncalled for and could have been communicated in a much more tactful manner. We essentially wasted a whole day of our holiday sitting on a bus driving through the countryside from 6:30 am to 7:00 pm. I sent two emails requesting a refund for the two tickets I purchased. I expected a refund on good faith since this excursion was totally misrepresented. I took the same excursion several years ago with another company and it beared no resemblance to what we experienced with Paddywagon. Paddywagon will not respond.

      Dreadful Company
Paddywagon Tours will take your money and then flat out IGNORE any email, telephone call you make to contact them to request a refund. I have sent 7 emails and made several calls, to be completely ignored. After 8 days of waiting and not as much as a return e-mail, I realize that Paddywagon Tours have NO INTENTION of replying or issuing refund for the most disappointing experience in Belfast. Our tour ended before it even began. We dismounted the tour bus within 1 minute of being on it due to it being overcrowded, claustrophobic with no room to move at all. SHAME ON PADDYWAGON TOURS!!!!. As part of my 60th birthday celebrations, on arrival from Canada, the sole purpose of visiting Belfast was to go see the Giants Causeway. On boarding the bus, along with another 8 or so passengers, we immediately noticed that the bus was packed with no seats together. The only seats available were at the furthest back left hand corner and one or two scattered around. There was no room to breathe never mind move an inch. My husband was still searching for a seat when we decided to leave the bus. The driver advised us to contact Paddywagon Tours for a refund. We have never heard back from Paddywagon Tours. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

What can I say about Paddy (Jackie) Waggon! The coach is supposed to be the worst part of a the journey but for us the hosting by Jack was the best part. Knowledge and passion about Ireland was passed on capturing the entire coach… if you’re looking for a boring museum lifeless PC tour this is not for you, but if you’re looking for a lively, passionate informative tour get on that bus with Jack for the Craic! I came to Ireland being half Irish not knowing but searching to know more about my much my heritage. Jack has single handily more than fulfilled this in abundance and made me even more patriotic!! Life changing your!

      Disastrous service
Due to the Corona lockdown, our trip was cancelled - I've still been waiting for my refund for over 2 years. The answer from Paddywaggon is always the same: "We have received a huge amount of refunds from March 2020 and are still working on early 2020 at the moment, due to being unable to process refunds for so long." I find it absolutely incomprehensible that the refund has not yet been made, even though my request was made at the very beginning of the pandemic.

Arrived here for tour for ring of Kerry today and the company seems to have gone out of business. A local shop said they were gone since March but they still took my booking in July. People arrived yesterday who had booked 2 days ago and bus never arrived. A lovely company called Dero’s across the road have fitted us in for tomorrow. Can’t get hold of paddy wagon tours at all. Disgraceful. Please don’t book with this crowd.

3 Day Tour Of Southern Ireland (Galway and Kerry)
Fantastic experience! Well organized and very informative. Nice chance to see Galway and walk around the town. The tour guide Alex, brought a lot of laughter to the bus and ensured we were well informed about all of our stops. Would highly recommend for anyone travelling to Ireland!

Part wrong day, part tour itself
Ring of Kerry sports some beautiful country. Hint: sit on drivers side. The day I took the tour it was driven by a very competent driver but not a regular. The coordination between driver and commentator was off. Found myself past the point of interest before words were out of commentators mouth. The driver never slowed down! Not dangerous, just bad timing. There were only a couple of scenic stops - the others were at gift shops where, unfortunately, the only reststops were available. I found myself getting bored with repetitive scenery and disappointed at missing points of interest. I may be being to harsh but it is how I feel.

      Great day out
Went on the ring of kerry tour, would certainly recommend it if you want to fit a lot of sites in, DJ our driver was a great host and tour guide , he has the gift of the gab and made the journey enjoyable, had perfect weather which made the stops more enjoyable, and allowed us to avail of the spectacular views. From the booking to end of tour experience great friendly and informative staff and will definitely book again

      Ring of Kerry Tour
Very comfortable informative tour of Ring of Kerry. The guide was fun to listen to throughout. A couple of notes- the tour picked up at several spots which we weren’t aware of and ended up with the back of the bus if we wanted to sit together. Stops were very quick and often offloaded in the front so our 15 minute quick stops ended up being shorter. Stops, except for lunch were very short.

we started the day checking in at pattywagon shop/ great souvenirs and discounted special for being on tour. we booked our tour with two friendly faces. we toured with Dingle and it was a lot better than ring of kerry. our guide was professional and funny and we learnt a lot but nothing can compare to the amazing scenery on slea head. would advise taking a tour instead of driving. those roads were wild. thanks pattywagon

      Choose a different company
I returned an hour ago from Our Dingle Peninsula day trip on a Paddywagon.....other than the peninsula’s beauty, which I have seen a few months ago- today’s experience was awful from Beginning to end. Advertised as first come first serve in seating, my husband and I arrived very early and waited to board - only to find out the tour had originated elsewhere- unknown to us. We were first but not first. The inside of our bus was filthy and reeked of stale cigarette smoke. Our driver, while nice enough, looked as if he had been out all night/and his uniform unkempt and dirty. There was no guide on board and I listened to 5 hours of static from the sound system. No schedule was advertised, and I returned over an hour later than anticipated. My email correspondence , even prior to The tour, was poorly managed in response time. I stopped at the local office to request some form of reasonable compensation- I was told PW never refunds their complaints (they must have many). Choose another tour company for your tour.

Unfortunately the weather was bad so some views were non existent which obviously is out of anyone’s control. The scenery we could see was beautiful. Coach was 20mins late initially. Although Natalie, our guide, was lovely and very knowledgeable, most of the trip the last few rows of people could not hear it. We raised the issue but apparently others in the front had complained it was too loud. She said we could come to front but we obviously wanted to stay as couples. We felt it could have been suggested people could put something in their ears if they were unwilling to swap. We were not given much time for lunch and pub was busy so some people had to abandon their order. We all felt rushed. We arrived back on bus at exactly time stated and I felt ‘told off’ like a child for being late even though others were still to come. Final nail in the the coffin was being dropped 15mins away from dep point without being advised of this so we nearly got driven on to Cork with others. We had to use sat nav to find our way to our car. Would have liked to see more of the park but we were running late. Got back at 6pm. Shame overall as could have been a lovely trip.

This tour was very nice!! Our driver was skilled with driving the bus and making sure we got to all of the places on time and made sure we had as much time possible at every stop. Warning though when you enter Killarney national park if you get carsick the roads are very windy so be sure to bring medicine if need be, the drivers are accommodating!

This tour is an amazing day and does not disappoint. The weather always adds to the success of these types of excursions, and our day the Gods shone upon us! Great cloud formations for pictures, no fog or rain to contend with, blue sky and sun, incredible atmosphere and never a dull moment of interesting things to see, touch, taste and smell. A great combination of bus, walking and exercise to keep you engaged. I would have given this tour a 5 rating, but fell short because although our driver was entertaining and knew the areas/stops well, his attitude at times was a bit "off putting". Harsh at times in his tone, a "tough guy" image that might be part of his "act", but does came off as condescending at times. For example; at the end of the tour when we left the bus, he sincerely said, and I quote; "I don't want your thank yous, you're supposed to leave tips!", wow! His name is Patrick and he was entertaining and his stories were interesting but needs to tone down the attitude a wee bit ;-)

I booked the Ring of Kerry tour for my two children and myself which we went on today. It did not disappoint. There was just the right balance between being on the coach in transit and stopping at various locations for pictures, strolls, comfort breaks and ice scream stops (and lunch). The tour guide Aidan was very knowledgeable, providing commentary throughout the tour. The driver Saas was lovely too and together, they made everyone feel comfortable and looked after. They took time to get to know us all and were very friendly. The Ring of Kerry is breath taking, the views of mountains, lakes, waterfalls were outstanding and well worth the trip. We have come away with great memories, amazing photos (thanks Saas for the tip on pano shots with the mobile phone) and videos. I would highly recommend this tour.

My daughter and I took the Ring of Kerry tour with Paddywagon Tours while we were in Killarney. It was an amazing day, made even better by our driver and guide, Martin. He was informative and had a great sense of humor and he gave us a lot of information about the area and history of Ireland. He never made us feel rushed and we felt we had enough time at each stop to take in the beautiful scenery. It was an unforgettable day; we highly recommend Paddywagon!

There was some Confusion around pick up location. There were 14 of us from multiple international locations who were sent to Killarney visitor center, but the bus driver came walking in from some other location to see if he should bring the bus!? Then he came back about 10 minutes later with a bus full of people....so no one got a window seat and it went down from there.
Driver rushed the hell out of the trip. Many of us knew more about area than he did. He didn't stop at most of the pullover areas where there was room. We were beginning to speak out as a unified bus group even though we weren't. He just kept trying to tell us excuses.
Then, final icing on the cake, he dropped us about 12 minutes walk from where we had been picked up so those same 14 people roamed around lost for a bit. Worst part? We had 2 gentlemen with canes and health issues who BEGGED him to go around the block to the visitor center to accommodate their disabilities and he started spewing nonsense about not being able to pull over (maybe) because people park along the street.
I don't know if he had a hot date waiting for him after work or he just wanted to get home for the Rose of Tralee competition on TV.
We started late and we ended early.
Fortunately, you can't possibly ruin the beauty of Ireland and there were a few locals on the bus who filled in the blanks.

This was a good tour, plenty of stops for photos and extended stops in Waterville and Sneem. The scenery on this tour is amazing, helped by the fact that we had perfect weather.
The pick up, however, was a little confusing. Instructions stated meet at Paddywagen office. This has closed. There is no signage, no indication we were in the right spot. We were. Tour guide came and picked us up from Main Street and we walked to bus station (about 10 minutes). Also take note that you are joining a tour coming from Cork or Limerick….there was a bit of chaos trying to find seats for the Killarney joiners…which did make us feel a bit like intruders.
However, this aside, the tour was great and Martin gave great insight into the Irish way of life.

Definitely better than driving the Ring of Kerry on your own! Meeting spot in Killarney was easy to find. We didn’t know the bus had already picked up passengers in Cork so even arriving early, we had limited seat selection. Fortunately for us the tour wasn’t full and we were able to get a spot nearer to the front. We enjoyed the stops but would’ve preferred more time, even 10 minutes, at Bog Village and Sneem. The tour guide provided interesting history but was not very friendly. He was even a bit rude when I asked a question early on, which was unpleasant and put a damper on my experience.

This was a beautiful tour that allowed you too see the Ring of Kerry in its entirety. Our driver handled driving on the twisty roads with excellent skill. The only stop I would have rather skipped was at the Bog Museum... I would have rather spent more time at the Waterfall later on in the tour. But I thought this was an excellent way to see as much of Killarney as possible if you only had 8 hours time to spend.

Booked the tour as we have used Paddywagon in Killarney before. Just know that their old office on Main Street is closed. We waited and our guide arrived and collected us at the time the tour started

We stopped at the bog cottages first which was a bit of a tourist trap after that the tour progressed and it was very good. The stop in Waterville for lunch was grand
