When my father said he was interested in going to Ireland I jumped at the chance to book the best trip I possibly could. I'd read a lot about Killarny and environs and felt that this would be a great destination for us. I searched and searched for a guide and was having no luck -- and then I had the best luck of all. Joe was (amazingly) available for our dates (a true stroke of luck) and, in quintessential Joe fashion, quickly responded to my inquiry with genuine warmth and incredibly helpful advice. I did not hesitate to book two days with Joe for myself, Dad, husband and our cousin. The first day we did the Kerry Ring and the second, we went out to the Dingle peninsula. Joe immediately fit right in with the family banter and jokes and we laughed nonstop. When I tell you that with Joe, you'll eat at the NON-tourist restaurants (and walk right in to your table) as well as end up in magical, hidden spots that only he knows about. The trip will forever be one of our most treasured memories and Joe is what made it next-level. Stop reading these reviews and just book your tour with Joe. We spent two days with him, on the Kerry and Dingle tours. He picked us up at our hotel and had everything planned out for us, with some amazing lookouts and attractions. Not to mention that he knows all of the good lunch and coffee spots. Do not rent a car! Just let Joe take the wheel and whisk you around this beautiful part of Ireland. Thanks again Joe!

We had an absolutely fantastic time with Joe on our tour. He was personable, kind, and very knowledgeable. The weather wasn’t great (big surprise lol) but he rearranged the itinerary so we could see the sights at a later time when the weather cleared up. Joe is a 10 star all the way for being a private tour guide. There is no better way to see the Dingle than by a private driver. He was very quick to respond when I asked we ended up doing three days with him one on the Ring of Kerry, the Dingle Peninsula and more on Killarney Park ending with private driving us all the way up to our next adventure. Joe helped us to pick a very nice hotel to stay with and he finds lovely restaurants to eat at that are off the beaten path I highly highly recommend him he is very professional and he is very kind and we left knowing we have a dear friend in Ireland! A highlight for me was that he went above and beyond and arranged and helped me to find a place that I could ride along the beach! Because of his recommendation I was able to do that! All we were writing along the beach Joe took my husband to an aviary and that was a highlight from my husband!: We got to see prehistoric 4000-year-old places and scenery beyond beautiful of course when we went there was no rain so it made it even more special. You will not find a more professional amazing tour guide than Joe! He goes above and beyond helping to get everything arranged! I cannot say enough good this person is trustworthy and knowledgeable! We had a great day on the Dingle but it was even better with our new dear friend, Joe.

Because of a travel disruption, we were separated from our travel group and needed to get from Killarney to Galway. Joe provided a great tour of the sights along the way, including a stop at the Cliffs of Mohar where he got exclusive access to a very close parking lot, cutting out the long hike to get there. Our driver Joe was a very courteous tour guide and driver, and was knowledgeable about the Dingle Peninsula. He set out a well-planned tour for us, and we really found interesting the various spots we visited. The scenery was amazing, and we enjoy the little town of Dingle. I would highly recommend Joe and this tour to anyone who is interested in visiting this area!

We hired Joe for 2 days, one for Ring of Kerry and another for Dingle Peninsula. We rented a car so we wondered if it was worth it and all our worries were out to rest on the first day. Joe was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. My husband and I were traveling with our 2 kids and Joe customized our tours to fit our family’s needs. We were blessed with beautiful weather and Joe have us so much grey insight, better than our guide books. He took us to many grey stops and took the stress out of driving so our entire family could take in this sights, stress free! We would highly recommend Joe!

Joe was a great host. He was very communicative before the trip and very flexible with our pick oh my home up location at our Airbnb in Killarney. He was a safe driver, had a clean comfy car, and he was great to provide alternate options when weather didn’t cooperate. Connor’s Pass was shrouded in clouds, so Joe took an alternate but very scenic route through the mountains. He knew of a very affordable group falconry class and called to see if we could get in. It was €23 per person and it was about an hour long and amazing. He was very willing to be flexible with where we wanted to stop and did not hold us to a very strict timetable at the end of the day. Our group of four all would highly recommend Joe and would tour with him again.

Joe was very accommodating, thoughtful, and we got to see everything we wanted, despite the bad weather on the day of our tour. I was traveling with my 18 yo daughter and she wanted to see water, green landscape, and animals - which is exactly what we got to do on this tour. Joe took us to a small coffee shop once we reached Dingle that had some of the best homemade scones and quiches. We didn't get to see Funghi, the local dolphin, because he likely passed away. But we got to visit a lamb farm, and I found the Kingdom Falconry tour in Dingle that Joe helped us fit into the day. Joe even did his own research of the Falconry options too in Dingle and Killarney to help us out. The drive was very comfortable and the views were amazing. The tour was what we were hoping to see along the West Atlantic Ireland coast and Joe made sure we enjoyed our time.

My family was guided by Joe on a fantastic tour of the Dingle Peninsula. Although we were a little leery of a full day tour, we thoroughly enjoyed our day and would have no apprehension recommending it to others. The stops we made were at breathtaking, natural points, rich historical sites, authentic shops and food establishments. Joe was happy to take cues from us as well as lead us. We had a full and gorgeous day with Joe. He helped us feel comfortable driving the winding roads of the peninsula. It was wonderful to be relaxed and enjoying the breathtaking views.
