Have been before, you used to see a countdown of how long you got in the chamber. The latest scam involves them putting a graphic on the screen so you can’t see that you have less time. This was confirmed to me by someone who works there. Make sure you check your videos to check you get all your time on each go.

I have been a regular flyer and loyal customer of iFly Basingstoke for 5 years now. I have kept flying throughout the years despite the (outrageous) price increase and have always honoured my bookings. I got injured a few days ago (severe knee injury), which meant I could no longer fly the 1h time I had booked through my coach a couple of days later. I was honestly disappointed when iFly refused to reschedule the time, meaning that I lost £700 in the process while they actually had interest from other people to buy that time. I expected much better from a business I have been loyal too, this is an appalling customer experience.

After a layoff of nearly six months Ireturned to iFLY Basingstoke, it did not disapoint! Great instructors and staff who really look after you. Miles of smiles!

Treated as a birthday gift.....what a rip off. Each 'flight' is 30 seconds if you're lucky, paid extra £30 for the high flight part x 2 and saw on my footage is was a TOTAL of 28 seconds. Wouldn't do this again.

My partner and I loved this activity! It was our first time trying indoor skydiving and both picked it up pretty quickly thanks to the help of our instructor Jordan. We only booked 2 minutes each (1min x 2) in the tube but it felt like longer and was fun to watch other people having a go to. We were allowed to prop-up my phone to film in the waiting area so thanks again to Jordan for allowing me to run and grab it mid-session. Highly recommend this experience. Staff were friendly and helpful!

What an absolutely brilliant time had by all. Youngest was 8 years old, birthday treat for her plus cousin and parents. Fabulous viewing area for Grannie! She even wants a go next time!! Jordan explained everything beautifully, we felt safe, he was super encouraging and made the whole experience fun. We had 3 flights each plus a high flight included in our last flight. Wow! It was brilliant! We had photo and video package included , what an awesome memory. Birds Eye view of our flight was shown as well! Well worth the extra. We all received a certificate as well. Thank you Jordan for making our experience epic, and your show at the end was awesome! Definitely coming back and requesting you!

Thank you Jordan! Jordan made me enjoy my entire experience and get the best out of it. He is an excellent instructor and due to his passion, skills, professionalism and dedication I've gained so much more than just some air time. He offered the perfect balance of support - enough to help me gain confidence but not too much to take away from me really earning my wings. Not only than he contributed to me enjoying the experience-but he acomplished so much more. He opened up my heart to wanting to improve, to fly again and get better - to see this as an activity I'd like to pursue. Due to his care & attention to my learnung needs and experience enjoyment - I'm now booking my next flying times.

This is the third time we have bene to fly and eventing is fantastic. Jordan was our instructor and he was amazing. Informative and encouraging and made the experience one to remember. We had a fantastic time!!!!!

Our 4 and 6 year olds loved it - Cat was their instructor and was brilliant with them (despite their frantic nature in the wind tunnel she managed to get them to improve hugely from their first ever flight to their second). We will definitely be returning and would be back sooner if it was closer to us

Bought as a Christmas present for an 12 and 13 year old. We drove all the way from Devon to the venue. The girls absolutely loved the experience. The instructor, Jordon, was enthusiastic and highly skilled. My children are buzzing to go again.

This was my first time indoor skydiving and it was a challenge to myself. I was very nervous to start with but my instructor Jordan was wonderful. He was calm, patient and funny and helped put me at ease. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would definitely do this again.

This was my second visit to iFly Basingstoke. Jack was fantastic - took the time to explain everything to us before, and then do a detailed debrief after our flights so that we knew what to work on next time. Really looking forward to our next visit (which we booked straight away). If you've tried it before and didn't feel as though you could breathe in the chamber, it's definitely worth asking for a full face helmet - they're cheap to hire and, for me at least, made a huge difference to my enjoyment.

Arrogant, uninterested and rude. The instructors were unhelpful. Disregarded my son's questions and looked down on him as though he were stupid. We came here for a great experience for our family. All we ended up with was being made to feel stupid, ignored and belittled.
