      A Lovely Day
Rabbies luxury minibus 🚐 tour of Conway Castle 🏰 and Chester Cathedral. A thoroughly unique, bespoke, enjoyable fun day out. The mini bus was spacious, comfy, and immaculately clean. Robert, the driver, was very professional, caring, and extremely helpful. He provided us with an excellent commentary on the History, myths and legends of the places we were visiting and was extremely knowledgeable throughout. The tour was run like clockwork. The day started with a trip round Conway castle and a delicious breakfast in Conway. We got to stop off and visit various Beaty spots along the way which were breathtaking. These included a drive over both Menai straight bridges and stopping off in Anglesey at a viewing point to take in the Snowdonian mountains. A drive up and over the Snowdonia pass and stopping off at another viewing point looking out over the Snowdonian Valley, including Lakes, and Slate Quarry. Followed by Afternoon lunch in Betws y Coed. The final stop of the day was Chester Cathedral. A truly magnificent building which is steeped in history. Finally returning back to Manchester at around 7pm. A truly wonderful and fun filled day out. We travelled 🧳 on Saturday 11th January 2025. The weather in Manchester was -5 degrees. The Snowdonia Mountains were covered in snow and it was a truly wonderful experience. A beautiful dry, and frosty winters day. I strongly recommend this tour with Rabbies Minibus Tours. A fabulous and fun filled experience. A throughly good day out. Excellent value for Money. 2 very happy customers. Thank you Rabbie, and Thank You Robert the driver. Brilliant Service. 🙏

      Enjoyable nature journey
Amazing one day journey to lack district! Driver James is nice and friendly. Not too many people on the bus so everything is fine. We are quite lucky as there was a sun! Unbelievable fancy landscape that I might never see again.

I had an exceptional experience with Rabbie's Manchester tour, led by the knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide Clive.
I recently took a fantastic tour with Rabbie's, exploring Manchester with my parents who were visiting from India. Clive, our driver and guide, was exceptional – his knowledge and enthusiasm made the tour truly unforgettable. If you want to see Conwy Castle , Snowdonia NP and Chester City along with beautiful on road sights and learn about the area in just one day, I highly recommend this tour.

Exploring the Enchanting Lake District with Rabbie’s Tours
Visiting the Lake District had been on travel bucket list for a while, and Rabbie’s three-day tour provided the perfect way to explore this charming and picturesque region. Despite November’s unpredictable weather, I was confident in Rabbie’s professional driver-guides, and our trip turned out to be blessed with great weather and a fantastic guide, Clive. We stayed in Keswick, which served as an excellent base for our daily adventures. I opted for the B&B accommodation and was delighted with Rabbie’s choice—a cozy local house with a delicious breakfast each morning. While I typically gravitate toward Premier Inns, staying in a traditional home added to the authenticity of the experience. The Lake District offered an incredible variety of sights, from breathtaking natural beauty to literary landmarks. Our days were filled with scenic hikes to waterfalls, serene lakeside strolls, and even a cruise on Windermere. Clive’s commentary was both insightful and engaging, offering a mix of historical context, natural highlights, and even local music that added to the atmosphere. In addition to the stunning landscapes, we visited cultural landmarks associated with William Wordsworth, Beatrix Potter, and John Ruskin, which perfectly complemented the region’s quaint villages and idyllic charm. Clive truly made the trip exceptional. His expert driving through narrow, winding roads and over mountain passes instilled a sense of safety and ease. He also provided thoughtful recommendations for how to spend our free time, enhancing the overall experience. This was my first three-day tour with Rabbie’s, and based on my satisfaction and enjoyment, it certainly won’t be my last. The Lake District’s unparalleled beauty, combined with Rabbie’s excellent planning and Clive’s expertise, made this a trip to remember.

      Explore to your heart's content!
The tour with Darren was filled with his shining personality, humor, amazing food stops, photo opportunities, and self exploration. We saw the most beautiful places in England and Northern Wales. We learned so much about the culture and language on the way there through his stories. Darren entertained us the whole ride, played music, and we were able to bring our food on the ride from different stops. My favorite part was the ability to independently explore each area for about 45 minutes each to an hour. He would share the go to spots to explore in each city. It was lovely to choose which areas and roam the city as a couple. There were so many local artisan shops to buy unique gifts from. Overall it was such a fun and relaxing day! It was one of our favorite tours the views were just unbelievable.. 😍

Enjoy the beauty of Wales and so much more!
My son and I were in Manchester for a work/personal trip, and we decided to take this trip. It was extraordinary. The scenery, the stops, the information from our driver/guide: all of it was simply incredible. This was a day well spent, and I would encourage anyone to take the day and enjoy this trip. You won't regret it.

Sooo much to see! A few helpful tips included
Three impressive locations in one day! I saw so much that I’ll be processing my photos for days. Wales is beautiful, even in the pouring rain. Things I wish I’d known: There are stretches of as many as three hours between bathroom breaks. You’d better be able to hold it because options are few and far between. The mini bus has double seats and single seats. The heaters blow full blast under the single seats. 💺 🥵If you’re menopausal - stick with the much cooler double seat side. If you’re perpetually cold, then the single seats will warm you right up. All of these locations, including the Conwy castle, are essentially outdoors so bring your ☂️🧣 or other gear you need for being exposed to the wind/rain. But you can also leave stuff on the bus throughout the day if the rain dries up.

      Good Overview
Good overview of the area. Our biggest complaint is that the mini bus seats are super uncomfortable. It is a long time to sit in a cramped (we are not big people) seat that has no ergonomic design left. The extra cost for the castle visit is above the cost of buying on your own. Knowledgeable driver.

We spent 4 weeks in the UK and our day trip with Darren to Wales was our absolute favourite of the whole trip. Wonderful stops, excellent bus and we can't speak highly enough of Darren's narrative of the sights and the area. Darren really made this trip for us. Thank you

The tour guide was knowledgeable and funny. Our group was 8. Wonderful scenery. One of the drawbacks was the cave admission fees were included when I booked. Actually, we paid admission fees instead because cave was changed finally. The correct information should be provided. Besides, we did not have adequate time to visit Monsal Trail. Finally, it was quite difficult to locate meeting point: M1 2WD.

We went on vacation to the U.K. with another couple in March of 2020. We’re all from the US. We all agreed that, even after seeing all the sights in London and partying in Liverpool, that this tour was the highlight of our trip. The scenery is undeniably beautiful and the tour was a nice low-key look at countryside of England. Do yourself a favor and book this tour.

Terrible experience! Given postcode is M1 2WD, but don’t get fooled by this, you have to go underground parking which is not this post code. Despite of reaching 30 mins before the tour and relentlessly speaking with the tour operator a family of 4 (includes old people) and a tourist were not able to locate the giant car park. While we asked for number of driver or asked the driver to call us for ease, that was declined and someone sitting in Edinburg was trying to locate a car in Manchester.

30% of tourist couldn’t make it and the car left was the advise. I wonder if there was any real car available! To add in frustration, refund was declined

Took this tour with Clive. To say this was a fantastic experience is an understatement. Although seating 16 it is cold and low season and there were 2 of us but they went with the tour anyway so this was in essence a private tour. Clive is a excellent guide. He is personable and energetic. He explains things en route so you have more than ample time to discover once on the ground. I also did the Snowdonia tour with him. Took fantastic photo stops along the way. I am sold on the Rabbie concept and hope to use them again for future trips.

Very nice day with tour guide/driver Chris. Knowledgeable and funny and going the extra mile to satisfy his customers. First to Castleton, thereafter to Bakewell and finishing at the Poole’s cavern. Stops in between at Monsale Head and Chatworth. A fantastic day, and a great way to spend a day out of Manchester.
