I was notified by company a few days prior that my tour was cancelled as I was the only participant. I was offered an alternate tour which did not include Verve Clicquot, which I declined, as this was my primary purpose for attending. I was offered a full refund, which was processed promptly, with apology for inconvenience.

The tour of Verve Cliquet was terrific; the other two smaller wineries were unique, but after a long day of driving around, it did become a bit cumbersome. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about champagnes and gave us a few recommendations which we went to the next day- thanks they were great. It would have been good to have been given a bottle of water as part of the day- it was long 9:20-17:00 and without that added touch for the costly price. It would have made the day more enjoyable. In would suggest a half day tour to anyone having difficulty deciding.

Anne was an amazing tour guide, very knowledgeable, friendly and made the day special. The wines were fantastic and a great lunch too. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

Perfect way to explore the Champagne region. Our tour guide, Suzanne, was a local young woman who knew so much about the region, the wine and grapes of the region, and the growers. She was wonderful. It was fun to start at Veuve and then go to a number of smaller, family owned growers and wine makers. We had beautiful weather and were able to sit outside for lunch at a Maison of a wine maker who turned the estate into a B&B and wine making facility. The food was exceptional. We were a small group of about 8 people, which was perfect. Several of the wineries we visited also shipped to the U.S. which was very convenient, especially with growers that we wouldn't otherwise be able to find at home.

Small scale champagne chateau. Very nice and personal experience giving a good basic lesson about champagne. And during lunch we met some other nice people.

We had a private champagne tour with Jerome! We learnt so much. Jerome is a truly wonderful guide. He is extremely knowledgeable about the history of Reims and everything to do with the making of champagne. Thank you so much Jerome!

Anne was a very good and knowledgeable host. Comfortable vehicle. We really enjoyed the day especially because we visited small family owned vineyards. A very good day out.

Bertran our guide was fantastic. He knew the champagne industry intermittently. He was comical and knowledgeable and we really enjoyed the tour.

Great lunch and champagne education at the lunch spot. Guide at Vueve Cliquot spoke too fast and was difficult to understand which marred our enjoyment of this part of the day. Second small producer tasting was a bit drawn out as we were tired by that time of the day.

We did a full day tour and made it a day trip from Paris (easy train ride out and back from Paris Est). Carla met us at the train station and immediately was kind, friendly and funny. Our tour was only 4 people, so it almost felt like a private tour. We tasted champagne at 3 houses, and lunch included and interactive tasting and learning session. Everything was perfect, we had a great time, and Carla was an amazing guide of the area!

Anne was an amazing guide for our special day touring Epernay. From start to finish we had an absolute ball. Anne’s knowledge was unrivalled and we had a lot of laughter throughout. We met some other great travellers on the trip which also made the day more enjoyable. Lunch coupled with some champagne games really tested our knowledge but also brought a bit of fun into it. Lots of tasting throughout the day across a good mix of champagne houses big and small. Food was great and the day felt very well planned out. Thanks Anne we will be back.

Suzanne was an amazing host, she spoke very good English and was passionate about the region and it's beautiful Champagnes and really made the day special for us. Also the van was comfortable and clean and we had plenty of space to explore the wineries. We had a great half day tour and would recommend to anyone coming to Reims to do this.

Very nice friendly guide who told us a lot about how to make champagne. Great tour with visit to small winery and the huge Pommery house.

The tour was well organized and Suzanne was amazing. We had amazing tastings and learned a lot about champagne. We loved doing one large house and two family houses.

This day tour was AMAZING and so worth the cost. Our guide, Xavier, was so knowledgeable and such a delightful person. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to know, in great detail, the champagne making process and get a beautiful tour of the Champagne region. I would do this again if I came back to Reims.
