The location is phenomenal with access to the best venues for entertainment, dining and shopping. The hotel breakfast was delicious and very healthful. The staff are personable yet not intrusive. No negatives to report!

Pickup from the airport went really well and it was super to easy to find my driver. Driver helped with my luggage and the car was very clean. Highly recommended

The driver was already waiting for us when we landed. He is very friendly and helped us with our two large pieces of luggage. The ride was smooth, and we are very happy with the service. We will definitely use it again.

Great service. Met us at the airport and suggested places to see during the drive to the hotel. Comfortable ride with sightseeing tips. Same driver picked us up at the hotel for our return flight and dropped us off exactly where we needed to go at CDG. Nice man and great service.

No show on arrival. Had to call several times. Finally driver shows up. Had a bit of an attitude and seemed very uninterested in us. Started to turn it around but frankly would not take Paris shuttle again. There seemed to be better options with many others waiting for their party at airport either signs. Praying the return transfer is better since I already prepaid

Our driver was on time to do a “greet and meet “ at the CDG arrival hall. The driver was exceptionally friendly and polite. Our family was really impressed by the driver who possessed knowledge about France. We think this driver was the best driver we had used many times that we had travelled.

Driver was waiting outside baggage claim as stated, large comfortable van fast, friendly and easy door to door transfer. Well worth the extra cost over catching the train and/or bus.

I would recommend Paris shuttle for transports from the airport to the hotel and back. The drivers were very professional. I was impressed on how much they care about their costumers. They notified me early in the morning that my flight was canceled which gave me time to rebook another flight. Then they accomodated me for a new pick up time.

The departure transfer was great! Our driver was friendly and on time while the drive to the airport, was quick and smooth. For reference our arrival ride (different driver) was the complete opposite: late upon arrival, unprepared for us to enter the car (he had to clear things out), unprepared to drive us straight there (he had to get gas) and took 90 minutes+ to get us to our hotel (it was supposed to be an hour drive with traffic), so this was a wonderful way to close out our trip.

The link to contact the driver wouldn't connect -so i called. The person at the office couldn't have been more helpful and gracious. The driver was excellent.All in all, other than traffic, I'd recommend

Our driver took 20+ minutes to meet us and an extra 30+ minutes from google maps' time frame to get us to the hotel. We arrived at 4:30 and got everything done around 5pm, called the number provided as instructed and was told to wait 20 minutes. When the driver arrived, he helped us out with bags no problem and noted he needed to get gas on the way, which we were fine with, mind you at this point with traffic we were 1hr away from our hotel. However, he then began to talk about Paris' history and aggressively suggest places to write down and look up, while driving. This was fine until he would let go of the wheel or just stop driving in the middle of the street or at a light to look at his phone or talk to us. This delayed our travel by over half an hour and we got to the hotel around 7:30pm. While we appreciated the suggestions, if we knew the conversation would distract him from driving or he'd be googling places while driving, we would've rather not conversed at all.

Transfer to and from CDG to hotel was fine, but please do use GPS ... there lots of hotels with similar names that can get mixed up. On the transfer to hotel, I was dropped off at wrong hotel and had to walk an extra 10 minutes to findncorrect one. Also, I would recommend drivers to contact using WhatsApp for international travelers and well ahead of time rather than just showing up.

Used them 4 times and everything was great. The trip home the driver showed up 5 hours before my flight and was a little upset when we were not down stairs. As the plan was stated be ready 4 hours before. But all the drivers were great and arrived everywhere on time. Would use them again but get my phone to work so that I could do the confirmations. Might be good to have an alternative way to confirm pick up times as my phone never worked in Paris for some reason but had access to email.

We used the Paris Shuttle private service during our recent trip to Paris, we read and followed the instructions emailed to us when we signed up and everything went off without a hitch, the driver was waiting for us outside the CDG baggage claim area with a sign when we arrived and got us to our left bank hotel in an hour through heavy traffic, on our departure a week later the driver arrived at our hotel four hours ahead of our flight time as stated in the instructions and got us to CDG in an hour through heavy morning rush hour traffic, this is so much better than dealing with taxis or RER/Metro issues, we will definitely be using the Paris Shuttle private service again on our next trip to Paris, highly recommended.
