So, the tour guide was very knowledgeable and pleasant. The Eiffel Tower segment of this experience started punctually and it was nice. Our group gathered at the meeting point and walked to the tower a few minutes away. One huge let-down was the Seine Cruise segment. Upon arrival at the meeting point, the 'Paris Trip' tour operator distributed paper tickets for the Seine cruise and asked those who opted for the cruise to sign a register. Unfortunately, I lost the paper ticket during the Eiffel Tower tour and was thoroughly disappointed to be told by the 'Paris Trip' tour operator - when I called for assistance - that this loss of the paper ticket meant I couldn't attend the cruise! I paid for the cruise and, weirdly, I was told that my money + TripAdvisor confirmation wasn't enough to secure my access to the Seine Cruise. The tower's nearby, so I suggested coming back to the tour HQ/meet-up point to collect another paper ticket. This was declined. It's also very upsetting that 'Paris Trip' operator didn't forewarn me that the loss of the paper ticket would result in such a harsh sanction. So, effectively, my money was wasted. The 'Paris Trip' tour organisers encouraged me to buy another Seine cruise ticket! Anyone who's booking this experience should bear the above in mind. 'Paris Trip' tour operator: you need to do better.

Nils the tour guide was really good. My wife needed a wheel chair and he got her one and carried it up stairs between exhibits. He was knowledgeable and also kept my teen son interested.

Tour guide was passionate about the art and building. She made it interesting. Loved not waiting in the huge lines! She was knowledgeable and found good ways to get around the very crowded museum!

Good value for money. We got to skip the line and go to the second deck. Our guide was a wealth of knowledge and gave us a list of attractions, restaurants, and bars. We weren’t able to make time for the river cruise, but you could use the vouchers within a 6 month timeframe. If you’re traveling during the Olympics allow extra time!!

Our guide was so passionate about the subject matter. I learned so much about the works we saw. Her enthusiasm and GREAT information really went so far in making a crowded, hot day very enjoyable. Well worth it!

Our guide was able to help us avoid the huge crowd at the main entrance by taking us to an alternate entrance. Be prepared for HUGE crowds. The Mona Lisa is roped off, so you can't get very close to this small panting. It takes a long time to even get to the rope because 75% of the people are working to get just the right selfie with the painting! There is an overwhelming amount of artwork here. It may be best to decide if there is a certain time period or type of work that you want to see and make that your focus.

We did the 90-minute guided tour of Versailles, and our guide was Maxime. He was excellent, and provided great context for what we saw inside the palace that we would have otherwise missed.
