The tour was ok. Our guide is very nice and accommodating as to what we want to see. He answered all questions that we had. The transportation was nice and on time. But all in all, it was just being in a van and driving around with some commentary. Nothing special.

This was a 5-star service all the way, the communication with the provider was timely and efficient, we knew who was picking us up and how to get in touch with the company/driver beforehand. Our guide Dincer was there at pickup point ahead of time (punctuality is always appreciated), he made contact and we set off on time. He was extremely knowlegeable, very friendly and attentive and made suggestions we really appreciated. He kept us informed of times and traffic and we saw a lot more than we anticipated or could have wished for! Such an amazing guy, really good driver and guide, good command of English too. Had us at the airport ahead of time and we even had choc and water on the way, and could charge our phones. The car was immaculate and the assistance with my mobility was wonderful. Highly recommend! Welcome pickups was able to resolve an issue I had with their refund policy to my satisfaction. It took a few emails but they agreed to my request.

I booked transfer from my hotel to a rail station in Paris. I was assigned a driver. The night before I was to have the transfer the driver who originally took us from the airport to the hotel sent me an email through the booking service to “confirm” my transfer and make the payment. Anxious to not miss my transfer I though I had booked I then made a (unknown to me at the time) second booking and payment for this transfer to the train station. I only one about the double booking when the second driver contacted me- I was already at the train station. Welcome Transfers accepts no responsibility for allowing a double booking on their system. They accept no responsibility for their driver contacting me unsolicited for a transfer I did not request. They brush me off and accept no responsibility at all. I am angry. I asked for some compensation - a discount, a credit and was rejected throughout. I have used them for the last time.

Great service. The communication was excellent. We had 3 different arriving flights and each driver was polite and helpful. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

I booked for pickup to and from the airport. On arrival in Paris, no driver. He showed up 2 hours later. Had called at 1 hour late and said we could book another service or wait an hour for him. Since we were prepaid and no refund we waited another hour. For trip back to airport, we got three updates about driver changes. On morning of pick up we could not get driver to respond to texts. We finally booked an Uber and cancelled the WelcomePickUps at which time the driver finally called and said he was coming. Too late, we were already in an Uber and have now lost our prepaid money for WelcomePickUps. This service is terrible, undependable, and has absolutely no customer service.

For our trip to the airport to return home. Driver was on time (a few minutes early) and very pleasant. Vehicle was spacious and tidy. Bottled water was also provided

We were met and collected by Kesavan at the arrivals hall at CDG, Paris and escorted to an immaculate Lexus NX. Communication between us was perfect. Kesavan answered all our questions on our journey into Paris and provided a great insight in to how to get around Paris and places to visit. He spoke perfect English and readily conversed with my wife in French. He took time to understand our requirements and what we wanted to get out of our break in Paris. He is an absolute credit to the company and we were so impressed with him, we employed him to take us back to the airport four days later. Great price, great vehicle, great service.
