I would book through the tour company directly and NOT through TripAdvisor. They refused to give me a credit when my flight was canceled even though I rescheduled my tour when I arrived. I ended up paying for this tour twice and never got my original payment back because Tripadvisor claimed they had reviewed my case and found no reason that I shouldn't pay for the tour again. Then they ignored my emails. Buyers beware.

Absolutely the best ‘food tour’ experience I’ve ever had in Paris. I’ll never again be intimidated when ordering in a restaurant in Paris. No, I don’t know what years are best, or have any real expertise, but I now know enough to at least ask pertinent questions and (hopefully) understand the answers. It wasn’t just delicious(!!) and informative, but Gerald was funny, witty and made it an experience I was sad to leave. I’ll go back for one of the other ones at Ô Chateau! 100% 5-star reviews can’t be wrong.

Had a really great time with our sommelier Marie Pierre. We found out a lot of information and a few surprising facts about the manufacturer of different wines and champagne. The cheeses were paired perfectly with the wine choices. A very enjoyable couple of hours!

Paris was absolutuely FREEZING in January. I went because my daughter chose to write her dissertation there, so I returned with her after her holiday break here at home. I visited the Palace at Versailles, The Pantheon, The Lourve Musuem, went to Mass at the Cathedrale Notre Dame and the Sorbonne Library. The subway system was very clean and efficient! Coming from NYC that was a real plus! I enjoyed my stay very much, the plus side of going when it is cold is none of the attractions are overly crowded. However I look forward to going back during the spring -brrrrrrr!

It was supposed to be our last night in Paris and had booked wine & champagne tasting for it. Due to misunderstanding we learned only when at O Chateau that kids were not allowed and we had 4year old kid with us. However, Pierre kindly accommodated as one time thing and made sure that we had really good time. His knowledge of Wine / Champagne was outstanding. Overall vibe was entertaining and interesting throughout those 2 hours... Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to learn about Wine and Champagne or simply want to enjoy it !

Interesting and fun, but very poor value for money. Good quality wine, nice venue. However for the price, I would have expected a full glass of each wine and more food. Instead we got about a quarter of a small glass of each wine and a small plate of cheese and meats. I would suggest you spend your money on buying a few good bottles of wine from the venue and taking them home and enjoying them. For the price of the experience for two you could buy the wine.

Lovely cruise with great sightseeing, very knowledgeable and engaging host, and plenty of Champagne. Clement was excellent. Highly recommended and well worth the price (£58pp). 🤓

Excellent - wonderfully knowledgeable sommelier, lovely selection of wine and cheese - overall great tour and would highly recommend especially on a wet afternoon in Paris!

We were looking for something different in the way of a short river view of Paris and this definitely met the mark. This is a small group that is separated upfront from the rest of the relatively small river cruiser so seating and viewing is not an issue. The boarding is a bit disorganized but if you stick with the sommelier who is at the dock by the "O Chateau" sign it all works out. Our sommelier was particularly delightful - knowledgeable (about both the champagne and the city) and funny. The champagne was nothing special, but the interaction with the sommelier more than made up for it. We went well past Notre Dame which was great, but did not go as far down the river on return as to go past the small replica of the Statue of Liberty if that is something one wants to see. All in all, a nice way to get a sense of the city.
