Great, worth the pickup especially after traveling overnight, tired, smelly, and ready to get going! Had water and met us at the baggage claim area.

Zak was so fabulous!! He was super nice and friendly, his car was immaculate, he had cell chargers and water, he went to extra lengths to make sure we were happy and comfortable and tried to give us the best possible viewing of the city on our routes to and from Paris and the airport. He was our transport both to and from the CDG airport. When he picked us up on our last day to head to the airport early, he brought us fresh baked croissants that morning! He really strives to go above and beyond for his clients. We would 100% recommend him and we hope to hire him again in the future.

I have to expressed and start out with all my gratitude and appreciative for Zak's kindness & generosity! This is our second time using his service. My daughter and I were in such good hands with Zak. He truly goes above and beyond. I broke a finger nail from unzipping a heavy luggage. So I texted Zak that we may need to stop by a pharmacy store to pick up some nail tools. Before our pick up he handed me all the necessary tools to fix my broken nail. I was so surprised he's soooo kind to us. Also before our trip ended he bought us chocolates to bring back home to our family in LA. Zak thank you for making our trip so memorable because of you we feel so comfortably traveling to Europe in the future. We can't wait to go to Europe in December and tour with you again!! Booked transportation to and from Charles de Gaul airport for myself, my daughter and my granddaughter to our apartment in Central Paris. We were coming in on different flights on a very busy Sunday due to the Paris Marathon. Zak was there for me before I landed and due to some confusion on my part, had to drive to another garage and wait more than an hour for my family. He waited patiently in the airport with me, got us to our destination, gave us lots of helpful info about Paris and picked us up at a very early hour a week later to fly home. A kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable man and a most professional, careful driver. Zak helped make our trip to Paris a thoroughly pleasurable experience.

This is an amazingly professional, and highly reliable service. We were picked up in Ghent and brought to Paris with a scheduled stop at Chantilly Chateau. Zak is a consummate professional and an excellent driver. He is attentive to the needs of his customers, from climate control settings, to music selection, and even ensured that we were able to access refreshments. His navigation and knowledge of Paris is phenomenal. His car was immaculate, and well maintained. I would highly recommend Zak for all your limousine needs. Zak cabs is a great and reliable company. I would use them again and recommend them to others. We were personally picked up by Zak. He was at the airport when we arrived. He communicated well by text message, which I appreciated as a tourist. The car was very clean when we arrived and I appreciated that he offered bottles of water and cell phone charging after our long flight.

We used ZAKCAB twice on one trip to Paris. The first pick up was from our riverboat to a hotel. Despite our inability to provide good information about our location, Zak hung in with us and we finally found each other. After that wonderful ride, we knew we could count on him to appear the next morning and get us to the airport on time. Just know that he will be there on time and give you a great ride.

Zak was great and super hospitable. He was very warm and friendly when we first met him, he has good knowledge of Paris to give us a short introduction of the city. The car was spacious, clean and luxurious. There are bottled waters provided and also phone charging cables. Highly recommend!

Zak is wonderful! He knows every inch of Paris — plus the history of the area and it’s great sights— and gave us amazing tours during our trips to and from the airport as well as valuable tips about where to go and when to avoid long lines. He showed us how to get around Paris and pointed out places of interest on the map so that we could see the big picture. And he told us about lovely cafes and restaurants. He also gave important advice about staying safe while enjoying this gorgeous city. He knows the ins and outs of the airport as well and met us right at the gate. He was early for both picking us up and dropping us at the airport. His vehicles are spotless, modern, very comfortable and have wifi. I can’t say enough about how excellent this service was.
